My wife and I dropped by this store around 4:00 pm not knowing we needed a appointment. Sarah the manager waited on us and was able to help us being she had a few minutes before the next appointment. We needed to activate two new phones. We cant say enough good about our experience with Sarah. She was professional, quick and very knowledgeable. She was able to help us all the while she watching the door doing costumer service for incoming people. We were very impressed.
Cant walk in and get assistance, appointments only and they carry no stock of relevant phones. They discouraged is from upgrading to save us money even though we had a non functioning phone we were trying to replace, due to the release of new phones that will decrease the price I just couldnt believe a salesman was telling me not to give them my money.
Didnt even bother going to the appointment I made. Receptionist wanted to argue for 10 min instead of making an appointment. Showed up at 3pm, and for a new customer seeking a new account and a new phone, I couldnt be seen that day. Youre better off handling literally anything with your account or new products online than wasting your time at this store.EDIT for owner: So here is the issue, the front receptionist needs training on accounts. I literally tried to explain my sharing of an account but not in anyway associated with that account, either financially or as an actual named person on the account whatsoever, 10 different ways. The only reason I came to the store was to see if there were other ways to verify my veteran status in person due to the issues with ID.me I was having at the time. So Ill ask here, if I walked into the store and bought a plan and phone, would I be able to provide documentation in person to be eligible for Verizons veteran recognition plans? She had no information to help there as well. Thanks for your time.
Recently, I had to visit this store on two separate occasions. I was assisted by Alyssa, both visits, who provided outstanding assistance and support. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and extremely courteous. She helped me remedy my cracked screen and get my replacement phone set-up. Thanks Alyssa!
Very good service. Im satisfied. Only suggest is no per line charge for unlimited. At least offer it for 2 lines at 70.
Waited almost 50 minutes but I sure got great service and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
They were more helpful then anyone we have encountered in years!
This store should not be allowed to be open, we showed up to get a new phone we walked in the front door (with nobody at the door) and we went to the phones after a few minutes maybe six or seven minutes a guy came over and we ask him about the I phone 12 pro he ask our names and said he was watching the door and he would be back when an associate came out of the back we watched him and of course nobody was coming in, and we was wanting to buy a phone, so we said the hell with it we would order online and we left walking by him and he said nothing THE STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED if that’s the kind of service your gonna get the hell with them!!!!
Understaffed, unprofessional, and slow. You gotta have more than one associate at open.
As a business customer, they respond in person and on the phone the way you would expect a large provider to treat customers
Needed a new 5g Sim card and I was seen quickly and the tech had my issue fixed in 10 minutes. The best experience I have had in a Verizon store.
They were short handed today longwait. But mark helped us and was very professional, and delightful to say the least
I left on a Sat to go see the iPhone 12 mini. I’ve been drooling over it since it came out. Wanted to see it before I purchased. At first I was being helped alright then I was made to feel like I was an imposition. Not only was my person not helpful I had to drag everything out of him. He didn’t offer that I needed a different charger for the 12 it came out through my questions as well as the fact the charger is not included and you have to purchase it. He rang me up for the charger then had to ring me up for the screen protector. He did not talk to me and kept looking away. The worst experience I’ve had at a Verizon store. I just made a large commitment to a company and a phone payment and was treated like they couldn’t wait to get me out the door. I will probably look for another store next time.
Staff were very adept and helpful with a wide variety of phone services provided.
My bank account was compromised. Had to cancel credit card. Set up on automatic withdrawal and payment. Issued a temporary card by local bank good only at ATM’s. Wanted to talk to a person not a damn computer. Message said an additional $7:00 charge for special arrangements. So disappointed in how Verizon handles loyal customers. Been with them since 2006. Might be time to startLooking around after Holiday. Thanks for ZIP VERIZON.
I stopped to discuss updating my S10e. Salesman Trevor very helpful.
My issue with cellphone was taken care very quickly. The new store is in a great location too.
Employees were not really pleasant to deal with.
Very good service.
Very bad service FFF RATING
The lady working there she is so rude.
Was fast & curtious
Poor customer service it has taken over a month to get a phone
My grandfather and I came in to activate a new phone. My grandfather had a face shield on, which wasnt to Jonathans liking, so he made my grandfather put a mask on. Jonathan proceeded to bully us with his stories of being shut down, associates testing positive, and previous customers losing family members to Covid. Very unprofessional, if I might add. He had an attitude with us from the start of our interaction.
Ashley was so helpful and sweet. I am very thankful for the staff at this branch, and will continue to return for any of my phone needs.
Very wonderful staff
My wifes old phone finally died. Went to Verizon to get a new one, and the staff here we very unhelpful. Told us that we could do it online for cheaper. I told them that I wasnt worried about the money, and he acted like he was going to help us, he came back and told us his manager got involved and that we HAD to make the upgrade through the Verizon App and that we could do it in our car. We messed up using the app and now my wife is without a phone for a week. I was going to pay cash for her phone. Dont have a store if your not actually going to sell products. This will be my last contact with Verizon and I have been a loay customer for over 20 years.
Picked up my mother-in-laws new iPhone from this new-ish store, and the staff is very friendly and mindful of your COVID safety by meeting you outside with masks and keeping their distance. Well done Verizon!
Excellent experience. Sarah was the most helpful person. She explained everything I was confused about with specific and clear detail. She worked with me and made me feel like all my questions and curiosity weren’t inconvenient to her but she was genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. 10/10 would go again
First, let me say that its difficult to give any Verizon affiliate 5 stars, but these folks earned it. This is one of the few non-contract stores of which Im aware, which means they can fix more issues than other Verizons stores. If you need something done/fixed with Verizon, these folks are your best chance for a positive outcome. The individual helping my son and me was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to resolve a problem with my sons phone in a way I had not thought to explore. If Verizon had service like this everywhere, theyd have a totally different reputation in the community.
Been here twice and have had to wait over an hour both times to be seen. Second time I had to come in because I never received my purchased items and I just wanted to see if they were in. Had no idea what I was talking about. So wasted my day off trying to get what I purchased almost a month ago. Idk if all Verizon locations are like this but Id try another location.
Employee we dealt with treated us with visible impatience and slight condescension. He neither listened nor seemed to care why we were there, other than to make the sale as fast as possible and get us out of the store. He also did not have answers to questions, did not go find them, and inaccurately answered others (after the fifth or so curt answer, I got suspicious and tested him on a few issues with known answers). He kept directing us to stand in different areas while he disappeared into the back for long periods of time. Phones on display were smudged and did not appear to have been cleaned recently. A cord was pulled from where another customer had just used it and given to me to plug my phone in without any attempt at sanitization of cord or hands. Other employees appeared to be doing a better job, and selection on hand seemed decent. However, we walked out and became T Mobile customers the next day for a MUCH better deal...and were treated much better, too.
Excellent customer service. I needed help activating a newly purchased phone
They are very VERY HELPFUL. I was in & out in a good time frame. Didnt try to sell me extra stuff. Explain everything to me. I mean there customer service was amazing. THANK YOU MICHAEL D. AT VERIZON FOR BEING A GOOD GUY AND HELPING ME OUT.
Representatives just standing around. Didnt seem to care that I had paid almost $600 to get my bill caught up and get my service turned back on. One of them eventually came to help me resolve my issue. He was helpful. Just took forever. Strongly considering switching providers
The sales manager had a nasty disposition, obviously did not want to help anyone that approached the store. After signing in we waited in the car and overheard other customers approch the store and ask questions. EVERY question was answered with go online, or call customer service. Even the other employees know how he is. If you want me to go online then why build a new store.
Trevor was very helpful and informative and made sure we got all the information we needed. He was very helpful even when we came in last minute. Definitely look forward to dealing with him in the future!
First time went here signed in and waited for 25 minutes. Finally just left. Came back a different day, signed in and waited another 20 minutes. 3 employees hanging out at the front desk, 2 of them dancing to the ambient music in the store. Place was empty and they couldn’t be bothered to help me. Finally left with no assistance. Will go shop elsewhere.
I just got a new iPhone and had no idea how to download my contacts from my old phone, so I went to the Verizon Store. I got there early and was the first person through the door. I was helped by a young man named Matt, who was friendly and helpful without being condescending. He helped me move my contacts after he set my phone up for me. He was professional and very competent. I give my experience 5 stars!
Such a pleasant visit! Had to to replace SIM card in new phone and it was pretty much an in and out visit. Its so nice to deal with people who know their stuff!
I always use this location if I can. The staff is very well mannered and efficient. Even when the store is packed and it takes awhile to be seen, the quality of care is worth the wait. Sometimes Ive walked in a store and they dont know much about product they sell. Not a problem here. They are very knowledgeable of current devices and plans. I highly recommend this location.
The employees here are really nice! They greeted us as soon as we came in. Helped us find exactly what we were looking for and werent pushy about selling us on extras! Highly recommend!
Brantley and Matt (William) at this store was able to help me solve concerns and issues I experienced at Verizon on Polaris Parkway in Columbus. These 2 men were very patient, extremely helpful and took the time to ensure I was taken care of. Thanks Brantley and Matt, I appreciate you both and your help! Youre both awesome!
Horrible service, horrible management... I would leave nothing if it all possible. The manager (Derrik or Dominic.. cant remember exacty) will flat out lie to you and the associates have no clue what they are selling you.... It took Verizon customer service a week to figure out my account because of how badly they screwed it up. Avoid this place like the plague..
The Verizon employees at the Greene are no help at all. Not eager to assist customers. The Verizon at Fairfield Commons has great trained employees that are curtious and know how to handle problems. FIVE STARS FOR FAIRFIELD COMMONS..NONE FOR THE GREENE.
The employees here are always so knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean. We always end up being there for a minimum of 2 hours when purchasing a new phone. Would be nice if they offered water to customers and had an easily accessible bathroom.
Mark S. was my Tech and did a fabulous job in assisting in my data transfer. Great customer service!
No help with phone problem but willing to sell me a new one.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The rep was absolutely no help. He was rude and said that he had never heard of what I was talking about...and sent me on my way. Without even an Im sorry I couldnt help. I tried to show him my issue on my phone so he could see exactly what i meant, and his response was yeah.. i dont know and shrugged shoulders. I responded with I guess Ill figure it out. In the midst of walking away, he says alright. I am amazed at the level of unprofessionalism. If you can avoid this location, I strongly urge you to do so.
Best coverage area in the country. We love our business plan and are happy to partner with them!
Just went in for one thing. Of course they tried to up sale, but thats ok, thats what they do. My service rep greeted us, help us, and let us go.
Needed to switch back to Verizon. I was greeted immediately and put on the list. I ended up waiting only about 15 mins and everything else was painless. Everyone seemed friendly and knowledgeable.
Friendly service but a bit of a wait and low inventory post sales weekend
Kevin (or whoever the tall, curly, blond hair guy is) was amazing with my mom and I. He helped us save so much on her bill AND upgraded her plan to boot! Definitely would recommend him when you go in.
So went to the store to pay off my phone so I could upgrade my phone broke.they paid my wife phone off instead.got the new phone to find out its been assigned to my wife number instead of mine.went back to the store.thier solution.lets swap sim cards.now the account says I still owe on my old phone, but my wife wich has an older phone cant upgrade when its time because she now shes had a new phone.nobody knew what they were doing!!! Never going back to this store.they deserve no stars!!!
Wonderful customer service, our salesman really listened to what we needed and provided a good number of options to choose from.
I went into this store to get a new phone and was told there were two people in front of me and my wait would be 10 minutes. 45 minutes later i still hadnt been helped, and no one had come to apologize for the wait or offer any help. I wouldnt recommend anyone go to this store unless they have a couple hours to wait around.
Im upset that Ive had my Samsung Galaxy S10 phone 7 months and have had two problems. I purchased a supposedly full protection plan and was told no matter what happend to my phone it would be covered at no additional cost to me. I gave several scenarios....all covered. Well not true!!! They didnt mention there was a deductible, in fact a $200 one to take care of my second problem. My first problem was not even resolved without additional money out of my pocket! Not happy with Verizon and the way their salespeople are trained!
Friendly and helpful.
Best Verizon I have ever been to. Came in with speaker issues on my phone and questions about my plan. Don was knowledgeable, helpful and didnt try to upsell me on anything. Wonderful!
Slow service. Save your time and go elsewhere or shop online.
It was time to upgrade our phones. We got great deals by switching to Verizon. The staff were very professional.
I had a replacement phone and I went in TO get it set up and that wasn’t working so they said “I’m just going to bypass everything to get you what you need to get out of the store” this was said by a MANAGER AND is AFTER being there for over 3 hours and WAITING over an hour for him to even come help. My phone is STILL NOT fixed and they are trying to blame it on apple. My phone isn’t even a year old. It’s brand new. No problem with apple it’s the connection to their servers and they want to talk to me like I’m an idiot and point the finger at someone else
This location is terrible. Poor customer service. I added 2 lines to my account and 1 of the brand new phones reset itself the next day. Immediately when I brought it back in they said they would replace it for a $50 restocking fee. Also they took away the credit I was given for the line activation fee. They treated me and my family like we havent been loyal customers for 8+ years. Definitely will go to the miamisburg location in the future, they treat you like verizon customers there.
I wish their customer service was as fast as the data speeds they offer! These stores need to be 4 times the size with 5 times the employees to be more efficient.Side note: they LOVE IT when you turn the little tiny BOSE speaker up all the way and tell them how crisp it sounds! Keep those jams going son.
The guy was nice and helped us get our new phones
This store front near the Fairfield Mall has been closed and torn down. Where did it move to?
I usually hate going into verizion stores because of the wait. With that being said, this store was great. They were busy and I still had a minimum wait. People were friendly and knowledgable. It ended up being a quick process.
Tom is best! He put on my screen protector with no air bubbles.
Speed of service is horrible. Manager makes you wait for a rep that cant even do something that the manager said the rep had to do then the manager ends up being the one to do it.
I love Verizon. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.
I recommend buying your phone from a 3rd party and then activating it at a store. The store reps do not get comission thisnm way, so they may act annoyed but you will save $$$$$$$$ and then some. Gem City Wireless at the green is where Ive bought a few iPhones and Galaxy Notes. Ive also used amazon and years ago ebay.
I was expecting to pay $75 for a charger and tempered glass. Walked out with a Note 9 and tempered glass, charger, and case for $32. Thanks Trevor! Truly helped me out.
I have been a Verizon Customer for 15 years, and they continue to show me that they dont care if I stay or not. Unresponsive, too expensive, and overrated. I will be looking for a new cell phone provider.
All this years been paying my bill five days in advance, but Im one day late( because there Paystation was down and nobody could help me for at least 30 min.....so I come back the next day and they charge me a late fee... damn mf.
Stop here are not that friendly. I was sold something that really I didnt need and had to return. This is not a place to go if youre frustrated and went good service.
They solved my issue.
Took a while to set up my Galaxy smart watch. Problems with the watch being able to connect to the internet without Bluetooth. Not the fault of Verizon store staff.
The beavercreek store has some of the best service Ive seen in some time
One person working, five customers standing around waiting.
Worse than car salesman, will attack you at the door and not leave you alone. Plus they will fabricate details in order to land a sale. Individual working there pressured me into buying my phone saying the promotion ended in a few days, which actually the promotion was on-going... Just go to best buy across the street
The staff is very helpful, and service is better than over the phone or online chat. That being said, theres always at least a half hour wait to be helped.
Love my Verizon service & my Samsung Galaxy phone
I went to the Verizon store to ask questions about my plan/bill. The associate did answer my questions but was either unable or unwilling to make the needed changes. I was instructed to go online or call to make them.
The top shelf of cell phone providers
If youre there to buy a phone, they pay all kinds of attention to you. If youre there to try and buy a replacement part, youll get ignored or shuffled from useless person to useless person while they try to sell you a new phone. Dont bother calling the store number, its an infinite advertisement loop while promising that a human being will be on the line shortly. My experience in buying a phone was good, thus two stars. The rest of the time, this store was a waste of effort.
Matt was a tremendous help to us. Great guy
After a terrible experience at the Centerville store, i went up to the Beavercreek store, per my boyfriends recommendation. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They were extremely helpful and made sure that i knew all of my options and everything i needed to do before I left, including how to get everything transfered over to my new phone once i got it.
Wanted to disconnect a line....told couldnt do it in the store! Gave a number to call.....really!!
Very helpful and took your questions and issues seriously
Hi, I am writing to complain about sales reps at 2755 Fairfield Commons, Beavercreek, OH 45431 store. In isolated incidents it would be one thing but I am concerned at the misinformation given out, either intentionally or not. First off, when asking about the base cost per line I was given a figure at the start of discussion. It was cheaper than a noted competitors price. But a hour later in the contract period the price was 10 dollars more than the competitors price. Second, look at prepaid plans I was told to a direct question that unused data would rollover to the next month. Now finding it that was untrue as well. Third, my mother in law was told that adding an iPad would only cost an additional 100 dollar, but failed to tell her about the ongoing service charge for data. I cannot speak to motives, but the patterns is suspicious.
The wait was a little long, but Johnnie is amazing. He knows what he is doing. He had us in and out in no time!
Everyone has given this store a bad rating. They must have changed something in their policies or management because Ive been twice in a week and had a fantastic experience both times, whether they were making any commission off of me or not.
Slow rude
A simple task of adding an additional line to my family plan required 3 visits because of erroneous charges appearing on my account, wrong charges for some of the lines, etc. Since all of these errors were increasing the cost of the package for me, it is very unlikely that those were random; instead, it appears to be a simple, but efficient method of defrauding customers.
Always best customer service!
It was horrible the lady thats was singing people in was lieing to people saying that there was 8 people ahead of you then 2 hr later you go and ask and she says there is 10 in front of you it was the worsened ever they need more wrks on the holidays js it was good at all
The people helped me pick out a phone and made me be sure on what to expect with the phone just a great experience
Good visit. Great service.
Kevin is the sales guy that helped us. He is very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Everyone is friendly.
