While traveling I was in need of a charger for my cell phone for both the home and the car. But then just a few minutes I had both of what I wanted and well satisfied with both!

Dustin and Alex were very helpful in getting our lines ported and switched over. Their were several delays getting the phones but overall experience definitely had a good outcome. The team was diligent with compensating for time spent and delays. Im very thankful that they were able to help me.
Signed in at 6:30pm and we waited an hour and a half in the parking lot to be seen for an upgrade and a new line and was instructed by the sign to stay close by all for them to text after we watch them lock the door and wait for 10 minutes after 8 for the text saying “sorry we missed you.” How unprofessional. Get a better system and don’t waste people’s time. I was already skeptical about going back to Verizon and this really makes me not want to do business ever again.
I’ve worked with Dustin on 2 separate occasions and he has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our purchases/service. He doesn’t push you to buy what you don’t need. We have gone to other stores before, even Verizon corporate stores, and no one has done a better job than Dustin at understanding our needs for our business and personal phones. Everyone else in this store has been welcoming as well.
Our rep Dane was amazing and very very knowledgeable about the products and didn’t hide anything. He welcomed us to Verizon with welcome arms. Thank you for hiring such an amazing young man.

The worst experience ever with terrible customer service. I’ve tried to buy a new cellphone and transfer my line from another carrier for over a week now with 3 different different trips to this location. They could care less about their current customer or future customers. Every time I go there I’m dealing with someone new and get absolutely no where. I’ve been beyond patient but this is just getting out of hand. I don’t know why they are making it so difficult to buy a $1200 phone. So here we are 10 days later with no new phone and still on my old carrier. Expecting a call from the manager to fix the issue but I was also expecting one on Sunday that I never received so guess we’ll see what happens today...
Our sons iPhone 7 was not getting any service and he tried eveything to fix it. He is a full time student at UC and we all rely on computers/phones these days. Friday I called Verizon@the Greene, talked to Ryan and went in Saturday for new phones. Our daughter also had an iPhone 7 and both needed upgrades. We had a great experience at Verizon Again. Ryan was very helpful, efficient and made the process of getting a new phones quick and easy. Thank you again Ryan.
Dustin Owens was a wonderful....Again! My husband and I wanted to add my mother-in-law to our current plan and I contacted our local Verizon store where I first met Dustin- I didn’t get the same feel for the answers I received from the employees there. They were kind, but, didn’t seem as willing to figure out the best plan for our family. I knew Dustin had changed locations, so, I drove 50 minutes to the new store where Dustin works- I contacted him before driving there and he didn’t disappoint. He is hands down the best Verizon employee I have worked with. He made sure we were happy with our new phone and plan. He also suggested we continue to try to get the frontline worker’s discount to help even more with our plan cost. I will drive out of my way anytime to work directly with Dustin. He is a true asset to the Verizon company.Dustin Owens was a huge lifesaver to me after my son watered my phone while playing outside. He was kind, knowledgeable and also offered to stay after his shift to help me purchase a replacement phone. I love my new phone and was very appreciative of Dustin making sure my plan was the correct one for my family’s needs.I had a follow up question and had to leave a message for Dustin at the store- he quickly returned my call and further went above and beyond to answer my questions. I would be happy to drive out of my way to have his help in the future. Thank you for such a positive experience during a stressful time.
Arrived in curbside to pick up new phone. Rep was courteous and friendly when answering the phone, communicated well. I didnt wait very long for him to come outside, he checked ID & asked for my pin to verify, he went and got the phone, asked if I had any questions, and then I was all set!
Wait forever to get help but still the representative are super rude. They kept saying I could place the order online even though I was in the store and they could just help me

Was lied to about their service prices and now am being charged twice the amount the employee ( Dustin) said that our plans would be.When I went back to the store they did absolutely nothing to rectify their employee’s actions and the store manager basically called me a lier. Worst service I have ever received and would not recommend doing business with this store.

This and other Verizon Locations have BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. All Locations have no way of helping customers nor fixing issues with phones. I pay extra for insurance on my device and tried to see why my GOOGLE PHONE was losing a charge within a 2 hour span NO ONE FROM VERIZON WILL HELP.Will most likely go to a carrier that has good customer service and support.

Previously tried to sell me a car phone cord that would not link my GPS to phone. This time, clerk had mask cavalierly under her nose -- only enough to muffle her voice -- but demanded I wear one. Oxymoron attitude with no larger shield at her work station to protect fearful people from her attitude against covering her nose. Only went there because the real Verizon store was closed -- supposedly because of a Covid case. Waste of trip in both cases.

Wanted to buy a new iPhone SE. The person before me was getting helped by a young man, however the lady with brown hair and tattoos was more focused on smoking her e cigarette and talking on the phone than helping me a long time paying Verizon customer. Stay away from these fake Verizons. You’re better off going to the real one by the Dayton mall. These fake “retailers” are just a bunch of young punks that want to rip you off!!!!!!!

I didnt want to leave the house, but my phone, my life-line, died. The staff were professional and careful. Not only did I receive excellent customer service related to my purchase, but they followed social distancing rules with grace and humor, while still being polite but firm with those who did not understand. Walked in to get a sim card since mine stopped working for no apparent reason...End up being in the store for an hour. First they tell me they can’t do it? Then after talking to customer service they were finally able to activate the sim... Complete Nightmare! (Both ladies had the worst attitude ever) They kept telling me to go to a corporate store....This store has gone down hill big time from 4-5 years ago

Callie was exceptional from the moment we walked in - this was my first experience setting up phone lines and merging from a previous existing account - also decided to purchase a new phone due to get exceptional level of customer service - she effectively created a connection, explored my needs and exceeded my expectations. Amazing staff here. Before going to this location, I was ready to drop Verizon due to a horrible experience at a Corporate location. The staff here went above and beyond working with us through numerous visits and over 4 hours with tech support to get the errors previously made fixed and everything working like it should. I cant say enough about Andrew, Robyn, and DJ at this location. The staff here are probably the best thing associated with Verizon.

We have waited for over an hour and not one employee has bothered to tell us how much longer we will be waiting. At this point 4 customers have been helped who came in behind us. There is no sense of urgency by the employees and someone who appeared to be a manager walked in the back of the store (presumably to do paperwork) while we waited. This is unacceptable customer service. I would recommend everyone to switch to AT&T.

I couldnt receive texts or calls! Not a good thing for my business! Not only did I qualify for a new phone and a free tablet but my bill will be a little less with more gigs!! Very rude/racist! I walked this location at 3:50p on 09.15.2019 never once was I greeted or even told that theyll be right with me! I waited for about 5-10 minutes then walked out to shop around only to return to more customers being in the store. The blonde young lady would not even make eye contact! Again never greeted nor attended too. Verizon employees never said we apologize for the wait well be with you shortly. Finally at 4:50p I walked out! I would never recommend anyone let alone anyone of color patronize this location. I will be filing a complaint with the CFPB &BBB about this racist behavior
Two people working, one providing intensive tech-support, and the other one outside in the alley talking on her cell phone. Several people in line. I stopped in to pick up a prepaid phone that I ordered directly from Verizon. Should have taken less than five minutes. I gave up.
Callie was working by herself today and I must say, as someone who had three people in front of her and decided to wait, yall better be payin that lady right. Absolutely exceptional. Despite having a busy room full of people waiting on her and her only, Callie did not rush anyones process and made sure she kept it moving while also making sure everyones last need was met. I was not expecting a pleasant experience at a phone service retailer but walked away truly in awe. What a patient and thoughtful sales associate. CALLIE = BOSS.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was pressured to buy a newer and more expensive phone than I came in for, not allowed to express what I wanted, and made fun of for asking questions. They were not willing to get me what I wanted and were obviously pushing their own agenda. There is a verizon store ten minutes down the road and it totally worth the time! They were helpful and respectful and got me exactly what I wanted!

Awful experience with this store!!! Been with Verizon for over a decade and recently added an extra line in our plan. Was told that the activation fee was going to be waived which was not the case when I received the bill. Went to the store and was told to leave a number for the manager to call me back. Never happened and got the run around every time I called and asked to speak to the manager! Ended up talking to the assistant manager who assured me that the fee will be credited on my next billing statement and provided his own number to call back if id did not happened. Guess what? That did not happen either and the same assistant manager who was supposed to take care of this acted like he did not know what I was talking about and gave me the same line I heard over and over again the manager will look into this and give you a call.I did what I should have done in the first place, called Verizon customer service and they credited the charge back. Customer service at its absolute worst at this Greene location!!!!

I live closest to the Fairborn Verizon location, however, I go out of my way to come to Z Wireless at the Greene. The customer service there is above any Verizon location Ive ever gone into. I received informed information about my account and every option I had for plans and devices, and the representative went out of his way to find the best plan for me. I finally felt like I wasnt getting taken advantage of. I will always recommend this place over any other Verizon location.
No stars. Avoid. This is an authorized retailer NOT a corporate store. My mother got scammed by this store. Broke her phone while in Ohio visiting a relative, went in to replace it and was talked into also getting a tablet (its free, they said), and all the overpriced accessories for her phone. Wasted about $300. (I wish I had been there!) I called several times before the 30 day period to fix the situation and no one ever called back. Chalk it up another sales person/store targeting a sweet old lady they could take advantage of. AND she has to pay the early termination fee.
I went in today to pick up a new phone, a Sony Xperia Z3v. Despite having told me it would be in on Wednesday, when I came in Tuesday, it was ready and waiting for me. And then when we ran into a problem, the whole store worked to resolve it for me. Great job, guys! Extra points for Gabriel, my sales rep during the initial order, and for Jeff, Allen, and Patrick. Never shop here unless you wanna pay an additional set up charge of 20 dollars per device on top of your out the door price.Rep tried to tell me the retail tax on a phone was over 160 dollars. An when I traded my old phone in they took photos of me an my girl off my phone

Great experience, I had just left the Verizon store in englewood and had a sub par experience, all the staff there were attentive and did a great job. Very happy I didn’t give the englewood location my business.

I strongly recommend working with them for all of your Verizon needs.I walked into the store wanting to get a last minute Verizon Wifi card before going on vacation. I didnt realize that they were not open yet but they gladly served me as a customer. After noting that they were out of the type of card that I needed they sent one of their employees to another location 30 minutes away to pick one up for me.Kudos to these guys, the store manager and his team have mastered the art of excellent customer service that rarely seems to exist these days!! Got 5 iPhone 6 plus. The clerk was great but they lied about overnighting one of the phones to my son, as theyd promised. 2 days later, my son do not have the phone and they could not give me the shipping company and the tracking number. Very frustrating! It is difficult to get them on the phone, after purchase but not so before.
