Although i was 30 minutes from home, i had time to kill and decided to stop in the Beavercreek store to look at new phones. Brittany G provided stellar customer service - working through every level of the new phone gauntlet, while handling other customers efficiently and training a new employee! i was so impressed that we drove back the following week, consolidated 3 other lines (transferring one from at&t, one from t-mobile) onto the account, and buying another phone. She deserves a medal! This kind of customer service is rare!
Autumn was soooooo helpful. She was very welcoming and very knowledgeable. Someone of this magnitude should immediately be in a leadership position as they are difficult to come by! Thank you !

Bree did a wonderful job. she was here by herself, she had other customers that came in and still took excellent care of me. She helped me get my new phone, get everything transferred over, then she took extra time and helped me to figure out what some of the apps are on my Apple iPad so that I could get more use out of it. Bree deserves a pat on the back and a big raise in pay. She really did an excellent job she never once looked stressed or anxious and was very aware of who was in the store and took care of everybody’s needs. I am a new iPad user and I am new to all the Apple products. Bree really took a lot of time to help me out and I really really appreciated it. She should be the one training all your new employees. she really was an example of what customer service should be.....and many times, at and other places, is not.. I will definitely be a Verizon customer for a long time. And I will also be recommending Verizon to my friends my coworkers.
Bre was was very friendly and helpful today. After she finished helping an elderly lady and hold the door for her...you dont see that kinda customer service anymore...she assisted me in deactivating my talk back option on my phone that I some how turned on. And then she found a way to disable the short cut function so hopefully will not accidentally turn it back on... I hope lol... she was very friendly and answered all my questions.

The lone employee greeted us as soon as we walked in and was incredibly helpful. He answered questions before we even asked, including how the new phones would differ the most from the old phones. Every answer was answered with confidence and accuracy, from technical details to plans and pricing. Store was clean and set up well for distancing (not needed as there were no other customers). Zero pressure to purchase, which was absolutely appreciated. Unfortunately I did not notice his nametag, but kudos to the afternoon/evening shift gentleman on 25 Sept 2020.
I stopped by to upgrade to a iPhone 12 from a 6s and the whole process took less than 20 min. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I arrived mid afternoon and the place was empty. Excellent service.

Today was the 2nd time I had been in this store. Lance was the gentleman who was assisting us in regards to my sisters phone. She gets anxious & starts pushing all kinds of buttons. She had her phone a mess. Lance had the patience to go through her phone. Very thankful for this young man a great asset to your company. Wonderful customer service personnel. In general I cant stand Verizon. However, I had to purchase a new phone. I did so online and set pickup at this location. Calli, hands down, has been one of the best people Ive had to work with when dealing with Verizon. She was amazingly helpful, knew what she was talking about, didnt pressure me into anything (even though I ended up buying some extras), and was honest throughout the entire process. Knowing what I know about the industry, its easy to spot someone who is just trying to make a buck, and someone who is honestly good at their job and passionate about it, and she was the latter. Living closer to other Verizon locations, I will still pass them to go to this one if I ever need! -The guy who drowned his S8+ and picked up an S20+ from you on a Sunday afternoon.

Usually have a really good experience there but today was just average. We were there to buy a new phone. Sales associate said she was an iPhone person and didnt know much about Samsungs. couldnt even tell us what color phone was in the box that she got and actually thought there was no way to tell.Also, almost none of the phones they have our for display are labeled as to what phone it is and none of them had prices.
The people at the store couldnt help me and now Im on hold for 10 minutes so far I just want someone to talk to to help me with my bill. Verizon has the worst customer service in the world next to AT&T

I came in with an issue from an online order, I attempted to get it fixed at a different location but they had told me it wasn’t a critical issue so they couldn’t fix it. I had no service with Verizon as my account was already set up and my phone could only work when connected to WiFi. This store helped me out with getting my account fixed, my SIM card fixed and left me with service. It was great

Absolutely great store. Have never had to wait more than a few minutes before someone was available to offer assistance. Any problems have always been solved quickly. Very friendly staff! I highly recommend this Verizon store.
I signed up for service and got 2 i phones. 1 works fine, the other has problems. They rudely told me to call Verizon customer service. Wouldnt do anything about it after only having a WEEK! Im not getting a refurbished phone from Verizon and still paying for the brand new phone. Screw these guys and this store. Go to the more legit Verizon stores.
The tech who helped me was excellent. Was extremely knowledgeable about the specific phone I was interested in, without seeming over eager to make a sale in the slightest. This, combined with a great attitude in general, made the whole experience easy as well as informative. Plus I was out the door, new phone in hand in less than 30 minutes. I have found my wireless store.

The one associate that was working was very helpful and knowledgeable, but I suggested to him that Verizon should have at minimum two associates working. The wait time between customers was in my case 45 mins, but he explained that they are short handed currently. So if youre needing a job, apply at this Verizon location cause they need help!!

My wife and I visited the Dayton Xenia store last night (25 Apr 2017) to activate our new S8+s and have the content transferred to our new phones. The guys at the store were extremely cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. They even helped identify a contract plan that wound up saving us money every month, which we signed up for on the spot. And we even got a military discount which I sincerely appreciate as a retired USAF veteran. We are very glad we visited your store, and well continue to be long-time customers. Great service. The team member that helped me was Daniel. He was very thorough and even assisted me in setting up my new iPhone. I’ve had Verizon employees get too pushy at times due to it being a commissions and the sales environment. I did not get that vibe from this location. Everyone was greeted and helped accordingly.

Great service with Benjamin when I went a couple days ago. He brought out just about every phone for me to see, printed out stats to help me make my decision, and made the whole process less stressful than it usually is. Will be going back to this store and to him.
I arrived at the store 10 minutes before closing. I was flustered due to the fact that I had just realized after a 12 hour drive that my phone would not hold a charge or reboot. Daniel took his time to explain my options and never made me feel rushed despite the fact that I was keeping him well past closing time. Daniel was very personable as well. Firstly, the staff was polite and personable, and the store was clean. However, Ive since learned that when you go to an authorized retailer they have a different system for commission than a corporate store. While out of town, I went to a few Verizon stores for troubleshooting with my new phone. And no less than 3 OTHER stores told me I really overpaid for my new but older generation samsung. Im talking a couple hundred dollars over what I should have paid. I suppose it really is my own fault in the end, so Im not going to rage at anyone. But I want to inform everyone to shop around at different Verizon retailers to make sure you are paying the proper amount.
Benjamin went above and beyond to assist me with my phone problems. He stayed with me past closing to complete my service issues and get me a working phone. He even scanned our family account to ensure that we were using the services we were being charged for. He gave clear explanations of what to expect on our bill and offered choices and his professional recommendations. His service was exemplary. Thank you!
