One of the best car buying experiences ever. Jesus Martinez was amazing. I got a great price because Carr Chevrolet was one of only two dealerships from Seattle to Eugene that was not charging “market adjustments”. As in over MSRP in the 2021 vehicle shortage. Even the financing guy wasn’t bad😂. I can’t remember his name but he was great as well.

Quick service this time around, and friendly staff. However, yall really do take advantage of those without the tools. After self-diagnosing my issue, I was almost going to change my thermostat myself until I learned Id have to handle and dispose of coolant. Estimated cost ~$100 and an hour of my time. However, didnt want to mess it up, buy a pan, coolant, etc. Dont even have the time or space, got my car parked in a full parking lot in the rain.Believed Chevy would be able to help me out with just a little upcharge. Boy was I wrong. Tell me how a job like that just cost me almost $500? I really do appreciate it being quick and getting my car in one day, and appreciate the trained professionals..but really? How does labor equate to that for just changing my thermostat and adding some coolant..Thanks anyway, just the price for my incompetence I suppose..

Wife and I showed up to look at the cars on their lot. Were greeted by salesman who told us to go look around and he would come back and check on us later. Several minutes later another employee came out asking us which vehicles he could open up for us to look at. I told him we were still looking and didnt know yet. He became insistent that he open up vehicles for us to look at. I told him we werent ready to do that yet. He asked us to leave the lot, so we did. Normally car dealerships dont want you to leave; Im still confused...

I had forgotten about the mileage Vs. percentage on my oil and the dash reminded me. I called to see if it was Possible to get the oil changed. Talked with a service rep. and he assured me I could bring it in now and theyd be able to fit me in. We drove across town stopped in and they were able to get right on it. I was happy.

Bought an awesome and beautiful Chevy volt from here. Made an appt and bought the car within a few hours. The only reason lowered the stars was that our car we traded in was in perfect condition with all maintenance records, in fact we just did the tune up and put in the 30,000 mile spark plugs but none of that mattered. We were only trading our car in for gas reasons as we went from about 12 mpg to 80 mpg in our new electric hybrid. We love our car. Next time we need a car we will think about them first. I also loved their parking lot in the back to test drive it because we are not used to all that city driving. It made it a much better and relaxing experience.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.Put a $1,000 hold on a car and never received any communication after that. The next morning I reached out for the 3rd time and they responded by telling me they sold the car. They already had my $1,000 and RAN MY CREDIT. I will never go to this dealership or refer anyone to it. Throughout the whole process you’re bounced between 3-4 different people. What a joke. Do not go here and waste your time.

We had the best experience buying our Yukon XL from Jaime Larios.He did everything he said he was going to do. When we arrived he had the Car cooled and ready to test drive. Im a little disappointed that I didnt get a discount off the sticker price of my new vehicle considering it had been used for courtesy passenger transport and had a little over 3400 miles on it but I did get a decent price on my trade in.

Came to Carr Chevy after purchasing a used car at Carr Nissan and needing DEQ. I didnt think to make an appointment, but they told me to drive it on in and they would get me all set. They have an amazing waiting room with SNACKS. Sodas, juice, chips, candy. Like a little market. Complimentary tea and water and coffee. Nice people, nice facility. You cant be the Carr family of locations.

Experience was fine, good explanation given of the problems that needed to be fixed. Liked that Lyft was available to help with transportation.Somewhat disorganized when I came to pick up my vehicle, I went inside to the check-in window, she said to go outside in the garage and wait, then I was directed back inside to wait, then I was directed back outside to wait. It was busy, so understandable. Might be good to have a protocol as to where to wait to pick up the vehicle. But overall experience was great. Great customer service

The services I asked to be done was not done at all. I told them on the bucket seat repair that the seat cover and seaty pad had alreadyh changed out on the warranty and had hot helped the seat situation at all. The seat was still wrinkled up and slated down on one side. I told the service advisor (Tyler) something was broke inside the seat structure but nothing was done. Tyler was suppose to get back with me opn building a new seat but never did.

Got sold an over market priced truck that doesnt start the following day. Reached out immediately to the dealership and the salesman never gets back to me until days later and every time we spoke and said he would call me back he wouldnt until I call and asked to talk to the sales manager. Quick to respond when you want to buy a vehicle but nowhere to be found when an issue arises. As a roofing business owner looking for reliable vehicles I would not and advise you as well to avoid this dealership.Anyone reading this here is perspective of how hard they tried to help,, I was told by the manager that the most they can do is offer 1 hour diagnostics, and wont charge me if they go over to 1.5 hours. Since I live in Seattle I asked to get reimbursed gas to drive there to get it looked at since I was sold a disabled vehicle ( 2001 Silverado 2500hd @ 16k price, which I out 6k cash down trusting the word for salesman they truck has NO issues) but was told the MOST he can do is that hour of diagnosis. Rather than dealing with these phonies I went to a Chevy dealer in Everett and got a several hours of diagnosis and other services for $120, better service by a long shot and saved money from not having to drive to Beaverton, multiple staff members recommending me here to pursue issue against Carr Chevrolet and how poor service this place offered, the staff I dealt with at this dealership talk a talk but when it comes to dealing you the best helping hand possible they fold their arms and tell you a story about how they once bought a car with a failing transmission shortly after purchase. If I can gives less stars I would.

I placed order for my custom build Camaro on January 19th, 2021 and had to wait for long 6 months until July to get my car, which I understand because of National Semiconductor shortage which affected the industry. Although, I was made to sign the lease on July 5th, when the car had not even reached the showroom and was still in transit from the Assembly plant. They promised me that i would be able to get the car on following Monday which is 12th of July, but apparently they ran into some issues with installing the accessories and I had to wait until 22nd of July to get my car, until they fixed the issue and got my car installed with all the accessories. And when I went to take the delivery of my car, I was very upset to see that the front bumper had some scratches on it. Waiting for so long even after paying the first month installment well in advanced, I did not have my car for more than 15 days and also in damaged condition. I had also opted for Clear-bra and Paint protection to be applied on the car, which was still not done when I received the car. They scheduled it on 2nd of August, for which I had already made travel plans and I was supposed to take my car(Completed with all the protection and accessories), and I did not want to take it incomplete.. so I had to book a rental on my own as you guys could not even provide a loaner for the weekend.I am very much disappointed in the service, even after showing so much patience and waiting for so long. I hope Chevrolet takes up the responsibility by acknowledging this and does something to satisfy its valued customers!

I took my Silverado pickup for a 100,000 mile tune up (all the work done on my truck was by Carr Chevrolet). While draining my oil the technician pulled out the helicoil with the drain plug. The service department called me to inform me that I will have to have that fixed (they said my truck was old (100,000 miles is not old for a truck that has been driven in town). The extra cost for thier mistake was going to be $1300 and I would have to pay for that. I was not only taken back by thier comment but no one called me back or explained why I should be paying for this mistake. The best the dealership could do was charge me for 1/2 of the repair costs for the drain plug. This is unacceptable and the helicoil insert was a bad Engineering design and I was told by the service manager that this fails when the vehicle has excessive miles on it. I am not only upset with the manner the service folks treated me (after years of bringing my truck to them for service) and when I asked to apply some discounts that I was mailed by the dealership I was told that I could not use them (since the service manager had given me a discount for thier poor workmanship) no other discounts could be applied to my bill. I will not take my truck to them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone I know (which by Facebook would be 700 people). I am now out $1765.94 for the tune up and 1/2 thier mistake. Thanks GM

The first time I was in to fix a problem under warranty, they acknowledged there was a problem but could not fix it. Another problem they blamed on things probably bouncing around in my *empty* trunk and they didnt even investigate.Yesterday I came in for a second time and the appointment that I had was somehow deleted from the system and I had no appointment. They did manage to squeeze me in to perform a recall, but I still have a problem with my drivers side window that has not been addressed.

Carr has been fair to me over the years. The purchases have gone smoothly from test drive, to negotiating the price, to finalizing the sale. The service has always been top notch as well. They have a nice lobby and the staff makes you feel welcome. For my last two vehicle purchases, I have worked with salesman Andrew Wisely (highly recommended) and sales manager Jaime (tough but fair). Both were easy to work with. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, look them up.

I brought my truck in for its first service in early February and mentioned it had a weird thing it was doing. I picked up the truck after work was told the parts and service was just under $500. I wasn’t thrilled with the bill on a truck I just purchased a few months earlier but I paid it and got on the road. Within a few blocks it was easy to tell the problem was not fixed. I went back to schedule for it to be looked at again and retuned the next morning. They said they didn’t have a loaner to give me which was a major inconvenience. The next calls were to tell me it would be over $2000 to fix. I argued that since the money I already spent was worthless to fixing my truck and that I had the lifetime warranty as well as invested in an extended warranty. Fast forward to 6-7 weeks later and being without my truck while service supposedly haggled with Warranty issues and how to fix the truck, it still has an issue. I have asked my warranty’s be transferred to another Chevy dealer. I have been waiting for a call back regarding my trucks issues and to follow up on my warranty transfer request. It’s been the worst service experience I have ever had at Carr and yet I was really happy with the sales experience. Truly disappointed and will never do business there again or recommend them to anyone.

I have taken my vehicle to car chevy multiple times for the same issue. The first time I took it, I was told the issue was resolved but it wasnt I think they knew that because before leaving. I was told they did not guarantee the service. Shortly after I started having vehicle problems again same issue and I found myself back at car chevy. I was told that I had to pay over $1,000 to get the car fixed. I was not happy about the situation but I paid.This time around I asked if they guraratee the service. I was told yes that I would no longer have any problems. Unfortunately the issue continues.....

I was acknowledged and checked in quickly and updated on progress often. I had used Carr Auto before until I purchased my new car and used a dealer closer to my home for a couple of years but after the other dealer could not service my car for two weeks and the prices increased I contacted Carr Auto which scheduled me right away and was at least a couple of hundred dollars less for the same service . This dealer wouldn’t take a business check for the full price of the vehicle without a credit check. Once the credit check came back over 800, they DINGED me by DENYING me credit, as though I had applied for credit in the first place. I do not recommend them, nor will I ever buy another vehicle from them. Jose and Joseph? I’ll buy elsewhere for all future vehicles.

Brought my car in for oil changed and to have other things looked at(leaking from rearview mirror, chips in paint. Was told to wipe area by mirror and it would stop... was told that manager would call re paint issues. Still no call back I had a concern that my traction control did not come on in winter months and I thought it should have. They said there were no codes. I drive over 4 hrs home. Go on a trip my car then says service 4wheel drive, then while driving home from work my car says service engine and 4wheel drive. So now I get to the dealership again. This time my car sent me a text and email. My car is brand new just over 9,000 miles on it.

Your definition of “sleazy car salesman”. So so bad. My husband and I were looking at getting a truck today, the first guy walked us through everything and when we got inside he just stopped helping us and another guy came up and literally everything we told the 1st guy we had to go over it all with the 2nd. But when the 2nd guy came up he only introduced and acknowledged my husband and not myself. Completely ignored the fact I was sitting there and I’m the one buying the truck! The good: I got the car I wanted in amazing condition. Difficult to find color and trim so I had to buy it from across the country.They helped get it shipped quickly.The bad: car arrived with the gas light on. Can you not put $20 of gas in a vehicle for a customer? Passenger door wouldnt lock due to a bad actuator. Didnt come with temp tags, so I had to wait for them to send temp tags before I could drive it. The worst part is it took almost 7 weeks to get it registered because they failed to send the paperwork to my states DMV and by that time my temp tag had expired, so I was forced to drive illegally. If I wouldnt have called to figure out what the heck was taking so long, Id still be waiting. After sale service was pitiful. Definitely feel like since I was an out of state buyer they really phoned it in. Not hard to see why the doc fee is so low, they really dont do much to earn that fee. It would have been far smoother if Id had done the paperwork myself.In the end I got the car I wanted, but it definitely wasnt a positive buying experience.

Really professional team over at Carr Chevrolet. There wasnt really any haggling and so far it was the quickest and easiest car buying experience I have had. Gene Panter gave me a really competitive quote on a Chevy Bolt lease in advanced, and held to that price when I went in to look at the vehicle (The monthly payments were $100 dollars less than some of their competitors). Leo Lopez was the dealer that I met with in person and he was very helpful and I never felt like I was being pushed through the process. He was very thorough and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

Got the Bolt final recall for my 2019 BoltEV, and it went relatively smoothly with the EV technician.The tech who was working on my car seemed to be well trained in electric vehicle repair and new everything about the recall, including nuances. However, the first service tech that checked me in seemed to not even know that a final recall was available. I think it might be better for now while EVs are being adopted, and especially a part of the recall, that all EVs being checked in are done so only by an EV specialist. Also, I was not called when my car was ready, even though when I called an hour before close, the tech indicated that it was ready. I had to bike in to pick it up, so needing a 30 minute noticed before close was critical, and I asked when dropping off if someone could just stay in touch with me about updates.As an additional item that would have made the experience better for everyone would be if in the after service notes, the remaining maximum battery capacity down to the tenth of a kW, was presented. This is kind of a fun piece of information that you can really only tell from your diagnostic tools, and might leave customers feeling like they got something for a repair job that otherwise feels like an invisible fix. And it costs your team next to nothing to provide it.

Leo Lopez did an amazing job finding the exact car I wanted. We really just went in for a test drive, but when Leo was able to find all of the features I was looking for I was too excited to say not today. Leo and John Reuter made the process so easy and Carr has done an excellent job making customers feel safe and comfortable during a pandemic. I would absolutely recommend Carr!

We had a really nice experience buying our very first electric car. Jesús Martinez answered all our questions and Kindle and with a lot of patience guide us through the process. He even help us to entertain our children while I was signing all the document.The fact the Jesús also spoke Spanish was very much appreciated it.

Made an appointment online. Dropped car off on time with team that made me feel safe. I was given an estimate for 60 - 90 minutes for completion and a price a little higher than the coupon I brought in because I have more oil than the coupon covered. Car was ready to pick up in 50 minutes and it actually cost $2 less the the coupon amount because they found a better coupon. Great customer service. Thats why this is my home dealer.

Horrible communication, worst customer service I’ve experienced by far from any Chevy dealership my appointment was cancelled twice because there was no advisors to take a look at itI was offered by one of the phone reps that I could have them pick my car up, they never showed up HORRIBLE as a veteran and not law enforcement I don’t think I’ll be back

Made an appointment to get my new Corvette serviced. Showed up at the dealership on time at 1 PM. Service manager came in at 2:30 to tell me they hadn’t even touched my car yet. Told him to give me my car back and I would never be back there again.

I ended up not purchasing a vehicle from them due to a sense of them clearly wanting to do it their way. They acted inconvenienced because I didnt want to go sit down in their cubicle and do the whole dealer bargain mess. Pre-approval not an issue through my credit union and I only wanted to get the priced dropped (the second time I asked a very reasonable price...first time, I low-balled due to misreading the price on my phone). Anyways, a few days later I literally had financing ready and was going to pick up the car and sign for the price they offered but they informed me that they typically didnt put gas in used cars when I requested. This was after they were unwilling to budge a single dollar on the price of the car. The car has sat on their lot a LONG TIME, and still sits there. They honestly lost a customer and a sale over the kicking back on putting gas in the car and no real concern over lack of floor mats even though the picture showed them. Lost a sale because I was only that to them...a sale. Long story short, another dealer down the road called me back about the same make/model that was a premium trim and roughly 15,000 miles more than the base trim at Carr. They were willing to drop price 1,000 for a one owner, no accident, perfect condition, loaded (low miles) and filled the tank of gas up with no hesitation. I will not return to CARR. I spent 500 more on a PREMIUM trim with everything in it and a full tank of gas from a dealership down the road.

I bought my used 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 from Carr in 2018 and had a very good experience with the purchase. Even though I live 18 miles away I have been taking the truck back to Carr for services and the service department has been great. They communicate very well and from what I can tell have been honest about service needs and costs.

UPDATED 09/21:We recently had to get a starter replaced. The staff were kind, thorough, and got us in quickly. However, I wanted to use the credit that should be on my account since I overpaid the last time I had services done because they did not give me credit for the coupons I brought in and then refused to credit my bank account the money. They said I had to use it the next time I came in. So, I tried to use the money that Carr owes me and was told that they would not be able to use it on this service and I would have to come in for an oil change or another service like that to be able to use the money that apparently I am currently loaning Carr. It is frustrating that a company with I assume makes millions of dollars can not give me my money back that I overpaid because of a mistake that your employee made....Previous postGot us in quickly but didn’t apply coupons I provided. I called to ask them to credit my card for the amount I overpaid. I was informed that that wasn’t possible so they would apply a credit to my account. Not super happy about Carr holding on to my money and not returning it like they should.
