Pretty good place for basics. In the summer I have found great garden and entertaining items, and this visit I found a comfy fall shirt and a great fall sweatshirt! This sweatshirt is my new go-to!

I love the prices and the selection of items they always have BUT I absolutely hate the fact that the cashiers always insist that I sign up for the card. They literally do not take no as an answer, to the point that I feel like I have to be rude because I have to say no 5 to 10 times every time I go in and I only shop there 2-5 times a year. That makes me so uncomfortable that I just shop there even less! Love the items they sell, hate that management makes them force a loyalty card on customers.

I really like to buy my comales to heat tortillas since they come out of good quality and lets say all their articles are very good and their promotions I recommend it

Always love shopping at my local big lots. The employees are friendly and helpful. They have made some changes in the store lately and made it more customer friendly.

Purchased a 9 cube $40. The storage bins are $6 a piece. I like the 9 cube for the grandchildren’s smaller toys. This is the third one I have bought from big lots.

Good selection of furniture and kitchen small appliances. The staff is wonderful. Edgar was available and helpful in answering all questions. They were also kind enough to place the furniture that was kind of heavy in the car. Overall their customer service is excellent.

Bought a couch from them for over 1500.00 cash the people said there is no way that they could get the couch into our apartment when we went back to see if we could work a way to move it in and they took that permission to resell it when we got to the store they said sorry we spoke to you and sold it then when we said we will take the refund said we dont have that much cash on hand bit we can return it on a card and it could take 7-10 business days. So we said fine then they couldnt make the card work so told us we would have to come back multiple times to get the refunded cash.

Keep an eye on your receipts, sometimes the shelf labels dont reflect what is charged.

Shopped at Big Lots In Aloha OregonFound couch I liked .. wanted to buy it but salesman told me the one on display was not available to be soldHe further told me there were none to be had and if he ordered it no guarantee that it would ever come inI told him the display should be removed if never availability..... bad marketing !

I would not ever purchase any furniture from big lots the protection plan is a joke! They didnt stick to any of the protection plan policy. We bought a table it started to chip a week after we got it simply from moving the chairs around also putting plates on the table is leaving chips everywhere. 👎👎👎👎👎 WASTE OF MONEY!!!

They have a good selection of furniture and beds. Also, nice knick knacks for homes that are more like Target knickknacks as opposed to Dollar Tree knick knacks. They have a lot of other stuff but we only came to look at furniture stuff. We did buy, several months ago, an imitation wood burning fireplace (will send picture) that we put into our new bedroom! Will add more as we buy more stuff from them for our new home!!!

If this were the first Big lots I ever visited Id have a horrible opinion of the chain & never go into another one. Very trashy. Prices are almost exactly regular retail. Im going back to the one on SE. Stark right off I205. Night & day difference.

Dont bother buying furniture or especially wasting money on there fake warranties. They do not stand behind the products they sell and their warranty exclusions not covered are pretty much everything you could possibly think of. Had out furniture for less than a year and it fell apart and the leather depleted.

Its Big Lots... not much to say. Store is clean but feels slightly cluttered. Shelves are semi organized, not well stocked on some things. But it is what it is.

Good customer service, great selections. Fairly clean and organized a majority of the time. Which is the only reason I am currently giving it a 3 star. Dusting would be a great idea. Use bathroom somewhere else unless you are looking to catch something. Your odds are better at the gas station. Need to space shelves and product display sections better. More then one person checking out when lines are long would help with customer retention as well. Seen to many people tired of waiting and leave.

Just went in for a couple items and was asked at least six times if we needed help and three of those times if I wanted a cart all by the same person.....a little too assertive

Big lots have always been pretty good store staff changes a lot but theyre always right there when you ask them a question to try to help you they always seem to be training people too I noticed new people when they come in there and theyre learning pretty good when you come in the door to say hey hello to the people coming in so that was pretty good Nice ingredient prices are really good we were happy found everything we wanted quick and quick out big lots is what its all about

Always really good prices. I like coming in here to search for a good deal. This last time I got what is normally a $400 rug for less than 100. All because it had been opened and it had a little black smudge. Just a good place to go look for deals

I love Big lots! They have a little bit of everything and great prices. Their inventory changes often so dont expect the same thing twice.

Considering its notoriety as a discount store the prices do not support that. Even the clearance items are over priced.The only item I found to be a bargain was a coiled hose that was priced at Fred Meyet for 24.99 and Big Lots has it for 16.00.The cashier spent most of his time talking with a coworker rather than assisting me.

The prices use to be better. $300 is pretty cheap but if u are shipping it to your home it cost $100 and for someone to do the work for u is $50 per hour. Unless u have the time or want to spend time doing this there’s other options like Ashley’s furniture it’s free shipping

Big lots ....( weird name )is a good store to save on food, household, beauty, clothing, auto supplies, computer/phone, and even furniture!!! It’s not one stop shopping but whatever they offer for the week is a bargain. Oh... the bathroom, available but avoid it if you can. The problem is the shoppers not the staff ( people ..... have some respect, come on ....don’t be so nasty in there!!!)

The bathroom at this place is always trashed. They have cheap deals but everything is get what you pay for quality. That is to be expected with a discount store. What I do like is that there is a lot of products here that you cannot find anywhere else.

A place has decent prices. They have a inconsistent and unpredictable inventory that changes chaotically. But at the same time youll find things there that you never thought you could.

Big lots is in a weird spot when it comes to what you can get from it, especially when it comes to the price. Its in between a target and a convience store.That being said if you want some good deals sign up for the rewards program. Ive been going there for odds and ends since I live close and dont have a car. I got a coupon for $15 off a purchase of $75+. I bought a $119 vacuum (competitive price for the model). Member discount brought it to $95, then the coupon made it $80. Enough said.

Wish I had big lots in Tualatin....their Christmas decor is fabulous...many different styles to choose from...
