The rudest person Ive ever met. Went in to the Bend Or location to get a quote for five pretty standard windows. Didnt want to get my money to one of the big box stores, so I thought Id go local with this purchase. Well when I walked in, not so much as a hello, but a glare like I was immediately bothering her. I said hi, and Shelly went back to looking at her phone. So I wait for her to finish, a good 8 minutes, then walked over and asked if she could get me a quote. She put her phone down and gave me the fakest smile ever and asked if I the sizes or would she be guessing. I think she tried to make it sound like a joke, but it came across insulting. After a short period of time we finished up and she said she would email the quote later that night. Never got the email, so I called the next day, and she said she didnt got to it. But shed get to it that day. Nothing.... two calls and two excuses. So I took my business elsewhere. The customer service was not impressive to say the least and I wouldnt recommend going there to anyone.
