Completely unprofessional. I was in the area looking for a different company to do my embroidery. Accidentally walked in and asked for some help locating this other company. Instead of pointing me in the right direction instead they tried taking the business away from the other company. Never met a more unprofessional group of snakes ever.

Switched from Oregon Screen Impressions (after 19 years) to Hyder and I cant be happier. Great work, great owners, and they used to have the best separator in Steve Miles. Hope to use these guys (& women) until I retire.
