We came to buy 6 kettlebells and left because the woman working (petite lady with short white hair) kept being rude to us which was odd. It was unfortunate because the man we talked to on the phone at a different location was friendly and it would have been a quick purchase.

Limited selection because of COVID, but they are very honest and realistic about delivery dates. Their prices are competitive. Very friendly people.

I had a great experience here. I needed something to continue my cardiac rehab, and Jim set me up with the Inspire CS3. He dropped it off at my house on his way to work, free of charge. I really appreciated that. Great customer service.

Wonderful exercise equipment store. The gal that helped us explained everything clearly, was never pushy and made several recommendations for elliptical bikes we may be interested in. I highly recommend stopping by to see everything they have to offer.

I went in search of a recumbent bike for my small condo. Kim listened to what I needed and never attempted to up-sell me to something that wasnt in my budget. Just as we were walking to the counter to write up the order I saw this amazing rower and made a comment that it was my dream to row but I had no space for a rower. I think she saw my eyes light up and promptly pointed me to a Water Rower that stands up when its not in use. She took the time to show me how it worked and never once pressured me. There was already one assembled that I could purchase if the finish was what I wanted (it was). She helped me load it into my car, gave me pointers on how to fill it with the water and made sure I knew that if there were any issued to just call her. I had a question when I got it home and called her. She was patient, kind and respectful through this entire process. I went in for a bike, left with a rower and am totally impressed with her service and knowledge.

Excellent customer service. Great assortment of equipment. Competitive pricing. If your looking for top of the line gym equipment in the Beaverton area this is the place. I already wasted gas visiting all the other choices. Wish I would have gone here first.
