I ordered a Golf On the Moon limited headcover on release day, and had noticed some delays, as the order was placed on the 5th of FEB. but i reached out to customer support making sure my order wasnt lost or missed.It had slipped my mind that the limited release covers are fully built to order. Landon Joy reached out to me from customer service and was very professional assuring me that the order was still in Que and outside forces had delayed the production. very excited to see the cover come in. very happy with the responsiveness of the team at Seamus, and will definitely order more items in the future!

I ordered the speciality golf head covers to arrive as a bespoke Christmas present. The courier website specifically gave dates by which you would expect delivery prior to Christmas day. I paid extra $30 to be guaranteed before Christmas. It is now January 15 - I received the parcel today. Plus inconvenienced by having to pick up the parcel and pay extra $25CAD of duty on top of the shipping. Such as shame!

Big golfer here. I purchased 3 Seamus Head Covers last year and I could not be happier. Classic styles and master craftsmanship. They look good and slide on/off effortlessly. Would strongly endorse for avid golfers.

We have ordered twice now from Seamus and the product is amazing and beautiful quality. However, both times we have experienced significant delays in the ordering, upwards of 7 weeks for product to arrive. We have reached out only to be met with excuses and blaming couriers.

The customer service is atrocious. The product is solid but if anything goes wrong with your order, good luck. I was so excited about this product but after issue after issue and nothing being resolved I will be moving on. Bummer

Most overpriced products out there in Golf. The muni kid covers are better quality and cheaper.
