Jenny has been successful for me in the past and is again. My consultant and current manager is experienced and understands. Shes great! If nothing else works try it. It is expensive but so is poor health. You choose.

Stay away unless you really need the encouragement. Really, if you would just turn off the TV, stop the sweets, and exercise, you will do much better than just buying their premade meals.
