I go here because they have what I want.Most of the people here are Courteous and fast.Except the old guy, he’s hard of hearing, on the fourth time saying it, he told me “you did not say that” yeah I did, he stopped what he was doing pointed his finger at me again told me that I did not give him complete information.Dude don’t get an attitude because you can’t hear and don’t put me in my place when I try to correct your half information.Definitely don’t go alpha male on a customer.All the other guys here are great to work with.

Great customer service!!!Came in here on a Monday and it was super busy, however, the sales guy still took the time to help me figure out what kind of paint I would need for a small project at home. The staff here actually use their product, so my sales guy shared his experience in a project similar to mine and gave me great advice on what to use, and also how long to let it set. At the end of my purchase, I had a bag of heavy stuff and a couple of tarps I needed....there was a decent sized line behind me, and the sales guy still went the extra mile to help me carry my items to my car so that I wouldnt have to make two trips. The great attitude is why Ill keep coming back, but my sales guy putting in the time to help me to my car even after the sale...well, that made my day. I definitely feel like a valued customer. Wish I would have gotten his name...thanks guy with shaggy hair and nice brown eyes, youre the best!

Walked in today for advice on paint choices for my new house. Chatted with Bryan for quite a while, he was very friendly and helpful with lots of great advice for me. Great experience overall, very happy with customer service.

Wonderful, fast and friendly service. Happy that they took previously purchased and not fully used containers of paint. I did learn the Sherwin-Williams on Beaverton Hillsdale didnt take recycled paint so I did have to make a special drive over to this Sherwin-Williams which was a tad out of my way. Otherwise everyone was very helpful and I was in and out quickly.

My mom and I needed to get rid of old paint and they took all 12 cans! Thank you 😊

Will never go in this store again! Were out of stock of every item I asked for, and not the first time its happened. Also, playing violent, none relevant movie in the background. Very disturbing. Tried to talk to them about it and they responded with its just a movie, and I cant work without something playing in the background. Had a hard time making eye contact with me, because the movie was so much more interesting. Weird way to do business.

Long waits, even before the pandemic. Not a competent staff, even if you call ahead, they do not have things ready for you in 24 hrs. No offer to help customers in store. Not a calm place.

When I go into a store and I’m just being stared at by your employees, not even getting a “welcome to the store” and then being looked at like I’m crazy when I just ask for an extra-white semi-gloss water based paint for a simple project. It’s not a comfortable feeling. The employee then wanted to know why I wanted to buy paint there at your store. Is that a question you’re supposed to ask a person who comes in every so often? I was just in shock when I went in the store. That has never happened to me at this location.

The paint selection and quality are good but I dont recommend purchasing from this store.We came in needing assistance with the quantity of paint for our room and were recommended to buy double the paint we actually ended up using. Because we specifically came to a paint store for assistance we trusted the sales associate but still purchased 1 gallon less paint than recommended because it did seem excessive to us and figured we could purchase more if needed. When we were left with so much paint after finishing I called the store and was told that it was my responsibility to know how much paint I needed and that it was my fault. The fact that they ask for room measurements and put it into some sort of calculator that takes into account windows and doors is apparently useless and randomly generates a number because according to them, I shouldnt have gone with their recommendation.They did end up crediting our account for one of the excess gallons of paint but kept blaming us for the mistake.

Helpful staff, good selection, and Sherwin Williams brand was recommended by the painters that will be painting our house. The sales associates went out of their way to help match a color sample that I brought in. It took several tries, but they were friendly and accommodating the whole time and matched the color exactly.

Always has staff that know their stuff. Their paints are goid quality. Painted my exterior with their mid-level paint and if painted all of my interior and all of the paints are good quality easy to wash and last
