Im not sure how to rate a liquor store. This place is fully stocked with all of the standards. The service is good.

Dont drink and never once visited a liquor store. Maybe Fred Meyer next to it to shop for groceries! Nice try folks, but dont drink alcohol.

Its amazing how much of a selection they pack into such a small place. Dont know why youd need to go anywhere else. And the people are always helpful and knowledgeable.

This is one of those places that dont want to give there employees full time . They wanna pay the bare minimum n not let the people working for them get full time just hire 5 part time employees every thing to save a buck .n then complain about not being able to find good workers when u show no loyalty or respect for ur employees

The store is ALWAYS clean. The employees are all very friendly and seem pretty knowledgeable about there products. Pretty sure a couple were or are bartenders so if you know what a drink looks and tastes like they can 9 out of 10 times tell you what its called and how to make it on your own. And thats priceless in my eyes!

Very friendly employees. They have a great variety of every alcohol. I use hand crutches and the guy helping me opened the front door for me and offered to bring my products to my car.

Everything you could want in a store and its employees. Great customer service as well. Been there a few times and have not been disappointed. This last time I went in looking for a bottle of Taylor BiB, got that and more when they pulled another hard to get bottle for me. Just had to ask nicely.

Corey and Pamela (forgive me if I mixed up any names or spelling) were very accommodating the other night. There was some confusion over hours open but they made an exception and helped me out anyway which saved me a trip the next day.Ive shopped there a while, even before they renovated and generally-speaking the people seem really chill. Cash is fine, but when I do use a card, I wish they would allow me the choice between credit and debit, aside from that and the small size, the store is great overall.

Good shop, but unfortunately their bottles often are coated with heavy perfume from employees stocking them. Not great for those with allergies. I only shop here when other shops have already closed.

I used to love this liqour store before the new owners took over. The employees now are either rude or just barley talk to you which doesnt make you feel welcome. When Im putting in more effort than the employee to say hi or hows it going then clearly my business isnt appreciated. There are a select few employees that shine however. The cedar hills liqour store has such friendly people they make you feel welcome the moment you step foot in their store. I would recommend cedar hills to anyone that can make it there!It says alot about this store that Im not the first one to say pretty much the same thing about the employees here. And to recommended cedar hills. Do better.

Then laughs “ I ask again, then she proceeds to say”24 hours today..” then I’m like really ? “No hhahaha we close in like 5 minutes as her and another guy in the background proceed to laugh” ok I get it, you’re a liquor store but a simple question coulda just been answered . As a business that looks like it’s doing good employees like this make people not want to shop here . I’ll make sure people I know avoid this place and go down the street at cedar hills for a 5 minute drive and better employees .

I went into this store a few days ago on my way home from work. I have shopped at this store several times in the past and have always had a great experience. However last week I made the decision to not return. I had the WORST experience with one of the women in the store. She was a heavy set girl with freckles, glasses, and curly hair. She was blatantly rude to not only myself but the two customers that were ahead of me in line. As I waited in line I listened to her complain loudly about the music that was playing in the store, her coworkers, and how slow people were being when approaching the counter to checkout. When it was my turn to check out I was having a hard time finding the card that I wanted to use to pay, and very rudely she suggested that I hurry up and find my card because other people were waiting. I am not usually one to write a negative review but my experience with this woman was so horrible I felt the need to. I sincerely hope that this woman is talked to by management and that someone else does not have the negative experience that I did.

This is a larger liquor store than most and has a couple more selection than others. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do offer advice and suggestions if asked. The prices feel pretty standard. The booze is stacked wall to wall and very crammed everywhere, definitely use ALL the room for maximum booze capacity and thats awesome. It is a popular place and always busy when I go so I do end up feeling claustrophobic and like okay hurry need out. Thats the only down side.

Great selection unfourtianitly spent quite a bit of money and the cashier was quite short and seemed bothered or overwhelmed not sure. I was quite appalled that my 5 bottles of liquor was only worthy of one bag with none of them were wrapped individually and was placed sideways just to fit while clanging out the store while I carried my 4 pack of canned Moscow mule out by hand.

Took an Uber to Beaverton liquor, doors were locked at 9:59, customers were in line inside the store. Lady at the door just stood there and tapped her wrist watch. From a business sense, you don’t treat paying customers like that.

Gabe was absolutely the rudest person. Very disrespectful and trying to cause drama over a parking spot all because we didnt have our handicapped sticker kept engaging more and more with insults and threats. We went home and got our sticker went back and he continued to engage us rudely stating we had to come back due to them being the only ones open when we showed him our sticker and told him it was none of his business if we had a handicap or not. He kept being rude and we asked to speak to the manager he gave us their card and told us to speak to her on a weekday. We will be doing so.

As with other liquor stores, the selection is great. However, the stores layout is nicer and cleaner than other places - and the staff is insightful - so theres a good atmosphere.

Love this place. Some of the best prices in beaverton for whisky. Often do little tastings as well, so you get to sample some good stuff.

Usually the middle aged man that I have any interactions during the day is a dick and has very poor customer service, so I have not been by for a while. But tonight I was very pleasantly surprised. The tall, young, dark hair gentleman was pleasant and very helpful. Thanks for making a real connection.

Definitely my favorite liquor store on the west side. Its open every day of the week and stays open much later than everywhere else. Its especially convenient after 7pm and on Sundays. The cashiers are always super friendly & helpful, too!

This location is near a busy Fred Meyer, so parking and the ability to get in and out are a bit tough if youre not shopping at Fred Meyer as well. Its not too bad on weekdays but Friday and Saturday are a mess most of the time. Take that into consideration.Ive been in here a few times and its odd. The staff isnt necessarily mean or dismissive, but they arent extra friendly either. Theyre almost awkward at times. I guess its difficult to explain but it just doesnt seem like theyre experienced in customer service. Ive been in the retail industry before so I know how to act around customers and I also know how I want to be treated. And like I said, they arent mean, theyre just not their to thank me for my business I guess.The stock is good though and they have a pretty good selection. But if I can, I try to avoid this location. There are too many other options for me to mess with the busyness of the parking lot and the lack of good vibes.

For a suburban liquor store, this place has a really awesome selection, probably the best Ive experienced on the West side. Staff has been helpful and friendly in my experience too. Worth a stop!

Could have given this place a lower rating for a slightly small inventory compared to other stores but their customer service makes this place a new go-to spot. They made sure to get me a big box to carry things, and they have a really great policy I wanted to share: if you drop anything at anytime and the seal is still on the bottle, they will replace it for free! That is service. Nice to know there are still local stores who take care of customers.

I went in with my son to buy some booze. The clerk asked to see my sons ID, I mentioned it was for myself and not for my son but her response was simply that because he had entered the store with me he needed to be ID’d as well. I know it’s their policy but use some reason when making judgments like that. Won’t go back again.

Super friendly staff, the store itself is small and cramped. Youre constantly rubbing elbows or bumping into other people. They need less boxes of booze stacked all over the place and open up the floor for customers.

Just like every other liquor store in Oregon for the most part. The staff are always very kind and it is open later than most other liquor stores. There is the added benefit that you can get drink supplies at the Fred Meyer next door if you plan on making mix drinks.

This liquor store isnt the largest, but they have all of their bases covered. I will come here when I need something quick, because I have little doubt theyll be carrying it. I wish they carried Chairmans Reserve, though.
