This is really just your average everyday Family Dollar, where no one can really expect an over the top environment and customer service. Our cashier was really nice, though. He was very courteous. I think the place could use a little organization, as it seems that every day is stock day (with stock carts always out on the floor). My candy wasnt very fresh, but that brings us back around to that over the top thing.

It has been more than a year since going to this store and some isles have moved.

Needs help with store organizing too much clutter shelfs alway half empty

Nothing was stocked, boxes everywhere people could get down aisles.

Prices were different than the lables, like pop. Have spoken to manager multiple times. Manager was very dismissive and charged more. Not friendly at all. Never going back.

Had a lot of stock that has to be put on shelves, which is good because a lot of store have been a little sparse.

This store is never clean the workers are so rude they are on there personal cell phone all the time employees change every other week

Poor customer service communication. People should be made aware of their policies which could ultimately affect the customer experience. I have worked with family dollar for about six years and I do not think it is fair for consumers not to be told about certain policies before purchasing products. Always ask questions and do your research when dealing with any company.

Today I see they are rearranging the store so I got lost where things at but for the foremost its ok

I was a former employee at the Bedford Hts, Ohio Family Dollar and the manager Sarah Williams was very unprofessional as to my accommodations. I am 7 months pregnant and I put on my application I was not available on Sunday’s and she tried to schedule me to work on Sundays and I told her I was not available but she insisted my application was open in which it was not. Yesterday January 13,2020 I was not feeling good so I asked the manager Rob if I could go home early and he let me. This morning I still was not feeling well so since Sarah texts her employees instead of calling I sent her a text letting her know I was not feeling well and that I would not be able to come in. She told me I needed an excuse and I told her my pregnancy is an excuse and she told me it was not. I told her that I was not coming back to work and she told me “ok bye” as if that was professional of her to say that to me. I do not appreciate not getting breaks until 4 hours into a shift when that is against the labor law.

Every time I go in there the store is a mess. Half the aisles in the back are blocked by boxes and can never get what I need.

Would give no stars but not an option stores always dirty and in chaos. Moving on did not want to stop by the other day. Was too tired to go anywhere else brought some wonderful moldy cheese. Like beyond disgusting. Hire new people or simply do your freshness checks before you all kill someone. Will be returning it too you all because thats unacceptable.

Very dirty, boxes and merchandise on floor in every aisle, at every corner making it incredibly difficult to shop. Im sure it is a fire hazard. Its horrible. Staff seems uninterested with attitudes. Trash on ground in parking lot al the time as well. They need to shut this location down asap. Is this Bedford or East Cleveland? I cant tell.

First time stopping in that location. It was absolutely disgusting! It was a mess and filthy. The floor was covered in garbage, boxes and merchandise. A disabled person in a wheel chair couldnt even get through!! I walked in..and right back out. Take some pride in what you do and where you work no matter what or where it is..just gross!!

The store closes at 10pm on Friday and the sales rep would not let anyone in after 9:45pm on Friday January 31, 2020. Very rude and stated that they were closed

Rarely have what I need due to unstocked shelves. The shelves are bare. Takes forever to fully stock the store. I dont know if I have ever seen this store fully stocked. Only one register opened every time even with a longggg line.

Decent customer service. Id like to known if they get trucks in weekly. the safety hazards all over the store are just perfect for a lawsuit from injury.

Turn over rate, RE-DAMN-DICULOUS. Over-all my experience there is alright, has what I need some of the time. Guess keep up the work. 😎

The outside of the business was filthy. Garbage was overflowing out of the garbage can and the sidewalks were filthy. I asked for the key to the bathroom and was told the manager has it. The manager was nowhere to be found
