I bought a sandblaster from Northern Tool, model 40002, and when I opened it up I discovered that the dead man handle was messed up and wouldnt shut off the airflow when it was supposed to. I contacted S & H industries and they told me no problem, send us the defective handle and once we have inspected it we will send you a replacement handle. I told them I didnt have time for that, and since I hadnt even used the sandblaster, I just went back to the store I bought it from and they exchanged it for me. Dont recommend buying something from S & H industries due to poor customer service.
