Nice to still have a local parts place with a staff of friendly adults who actually know a few things about vehicles and vehicle repair. Dont know how many times over the years Ive had a bad experience at the places on 16th street. Never a bad experience here whether I went for auto paint or some hard to find part.

I cant believe Advance Auto allows these people in their network of stores. Its been a long time since Ive experienced such a rude group of guys. They did have a part in stock that no one else had. However, I think it would be worth the wait to pick it up at an Advance Auto parts store where I have always been treated very well and acknowledged when I come to the counter.

Needed a part for my truck. Only shop in town that had it in stock. Guys were friendly and helpful. In and out of the store in about 5 minutes. I definitely recommend this place, and I will definitely being go back when I need parts.

Had what I needed ready, ONLY because it was ordered through a reg clients acct. Verified with reg client order was correct. Just bothers me that I have been in there and seen NONHISPANIC people ordering thru others accounts not questioned at all. No offer to carry out huge box either. Not impressed. I guess the job was done. Just dont care for the good ol Bedford boy vibe. Been here for 10 yrs and expect it. Just sad.
