I love this dealership team. Best Product, Best Team and best centralized location in NE Ohio. The team members give their personal best and it shows.
Every time I make an online appointment for service, I show up and they act like they didn’t know I was coming and I’ve inconvenienced them. I don’t think they monitor their online system at all, even though I received multiple reminders about my appointment. Poor customer service compared to other Mercedes service centers. No one has ever acknowledged me as I enter the building, whereas at other locations I’ve been greeted before even getting out of my car and lead to a desk to check in.
The service dept. is not very service oriented. It took over a month to get my questions answered re: a diagnostic test they performed at $150 per hr. Unfortunately, my concerns re: the diagnostic test was like pulling teeth and ultimately was never answered to the point that it didnt even make sense to the service technician.
Customer service was fair, not as they advertise, they lied about service. I had to call them back to straighten everything out. Was inconvenienced, had to come back another time to finish my previous service appt. Of course they gave me generic excuse. I felt everything could have been taken care of the first time around.
Go there and see what they have. The best of everything. Cars and service !
