This place replaced Al’s Hamburgers. Can’t wait to try them out! I added the place on Google cause it wasn’t listed yet, but it kind looks like they only serve breakfast. I’m not sure of their hours yet. I found their website but it doesn’t list them. Stay tuned, the pictures look delicious!

I have visited this location on 2 different occasions & I must say, it was a good experience on both visits. The representative who assisted me was courteous and helpful. The waiting room was clean and peaceful during my visit.

Website for that location said my car battery was in stock.try to call to verify and as usual nobody answersin both bedford and grapevine locations the man on duty was ignorant first and hostile secondnote: *everybody* else that helped in both locations was wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to track my order down and process it

Replace 4 tires use 4 hours, and the tire dont have balance right that begin vibrate when speed is over 50 mph .

Almost impossible to get a complete and exact quote for tires. Too many fees that they forget to mention. So much easier getting exact pricing online at Discount Tire.

I got an oil change here. It took over an hour and a half. I had to bring my car to the dealership 2 weeks later to get another oil change. Buyer beware. Inexpensive is not always a good choice.

I dont know why I come to this store during the day or ever. I waited in line for 17 minutes, then an additional 5 minutes to have 1 key made. The lady doesnt work back there normally but tried to figure out the machine. Apparently the person who normally works at the register in the Auto department was missing for at least 30 minutes. I went to Lowes and they have this Minute Key machine you can use and have your key in under 5 minutes, or an employee can do it. So fast and easy.

The Walmart auto center is definitely special. Im not sure if I should be giving it 1 star or 5 stars honestly. The pros are that it is cheap, and they do a decent job, and they are fairly friendly. The cons, however, are that it always takes forever, because they are always extremely horribly understaffed. I saw 10 different people today waiting in line for an oil change, and 3 people for tires, but there was only 2 people on staff. I was there a week ago with a different car, and it was the same situation. I talked to one of the technicians about why they are so understaffed, and he said people quit because the pay sucks, they dont give you over time, and they make you take two hour lunch breaks if you are about to hit overtime. I guess that makes sense given it is Walmart. In short, if you can catch them at a non-busy time (and good luck with that), they are pretty great, but they for sure need to hire more people.

Great service by the techs, but the cashier had a poor attitude. She didnt even call us or text us to let us know that our cars were ready. She also stapled together two of the work order summarys for the same car, instead of giving us a work order summary for each car.

I went there for oil change and courtesy cane out and told me its gonna be 2hours it was 4 cars in front of me guy told me we only have 1 tech and its takes 30minutes per car. I thing wallmart need to do better in auto service its always like this.

Absolutely appalling service. Went in for a tire change. And called to ask if they had the proper tire, and waited on hold for over twenty minutes. Then while waiting in line the customer behind me started yelling abour the wait so they decided to change his tire to appease him. The assistant manager told me it would take less than thirty minutes to complete the work. We waited for two hours before they even started to work on my vehicle. All in all if you need work on you car go to a real mechanic. Or teach yourself how to do it yourself it will be faster. NEVER subject yourself to such an experience as the walmart automotive center.

Came in with 2 new tires to just be mounted and balanced, Ive waited so far 2 hours of the promised hour and half wait and my car still has yet to be worked on. I had to call into work late because it was not done in the time it said it would be done.Edit: I waited a total of 3 hours and 50 odd minutes.............

They are always under staff! Even at 8:30 in the morning its a two hour wait just to get an oil change. Something that should only take half an hour to do. The employees are extremely rude! They even tell you that they can barely read that it takes them longer to be able to do anything for you! The waiting area is so small only a few people can sit down or you have to stand in the corner. This is by far the worst location for automotive care ever!

I give the auto center a star for the gentleman who was honest with yesterday about the time frame I was looking at for 2 tire replacements which would have been an hr and a half since he was the only tech on tire install and checking people in so he apologized and referred me to a better priced and faster service center. So thank you to the auto tech that was on duty yesterday afternoon.

I ordered tires online because they are low profile tires and werent in stock. I got an email saying to go to automotive to pick them up. I called on Sunday at 4 to see how late the auto dept was open and they said come on in so I did, I live 5 minutes away. I also specifically asked when I called if they could put the tires on my car when I picked them up and was told yes which confirmed a call I made to them earlier in the week as well and was told the same. The girl at the register didnt know how to deal with tires ordered online so she asked everyone else in the department and apparently there was only one girl with ugly weird gauges in her ears and a nose ring (not professional at all), who, instead of helping me, who was first in line, took customers that were after me out to browse tires for a half hour before coming back to tell me I had to go to the back of the store (layaway-no longer pickup btw) to pick up a ticket in order for them to get the tires that were supposedly already in automotive. Gauges girl wouldnt listen to the other girl who said to go to the front of the store to the tower so she walked me to layaway only to learn she in fact, doesnt know it all. Well, after touring the entire store, I got to stand there like an idiot for another 20 minutes waiting for someone to come after checking in at the tower. The auto center was going to close so I had my husband wait and ran back to auto and sure enough, all were leaving but I caught the first girl cashier walking to the front and she walked back there with me and asked all the mechanics that were sitting around if they could help but every on of them responded, Im clocked out and walked away. The gauges girl was long gone after she told me she would write up a work order for them to work on my car the next day. So, luckily there was one lone mechanic who was clocked in who wrote my work order up and let us out the now locked door since our car was back there. Had he clocked out too we not only would have had to have come back but would have had to walk around to the back of the store to get to my husbands car. After going out the door my husband then tells me that the guy-girl that helped him at the tower said he was going to bring the tires to automotive. Well, the doors were locked so I dont know if the tires ever made it back there(was gold they were already there but none of them know anything so who knows). Well see if they can get their stuff together, get my tires on my car as well as the new battery that couldnt be added to the work order that the mechanic said hed stick a note on. I think its really disgusting customer service to pass the buck over and over, basically running me around so they could get off the clock and not do their jobs. I was there an hour and a half and got nothing done. Can;t wait to see how they mess this up tomorrow.

On Thursday evening 2-15-18 I had my car tire replaced here (see their receipt attached). At that time it was quite late (6.45PM) and they urged me to leave early when they finished the replacement. I did not fully notice and when I came home, I discovered that they stole my car hub cap( see pictures of it on front and the missing one on rear). I contacted them twice, even stopped by at their shop to ask about it. They even got my name and my phone number twice and promised that their manager will actively contact me regarding the issue. So far ive not received any phone call from them. I called them back and their Walmart representative was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Its not a very valuable stuff but now my replacement tire looks very odd & ugly. Be very careful and cautious with this shop, stay alert and monitor them all the time for your personal assets when you have your car serviced here.

Everytime I come to this place they have a new reason why they cant work on my car. Today, the guy told me they are out of the air filters for my car and doesnt know how soon they will get it back in stock because his supervisor doesnt order parts when he is supposed to. I will never be going back to this place. (Also I have a 2011 Kia Sorento... its not an old and uncommon car..there was even another kia sorento in the bay in front of me when I pulled up.) These people are so lazy.

I guet there by 4:05pm no body ask me anything until 4:21pm, I dont have cars in front of me nor working or waiting for oil change so they place my order by 4:32, they started to work on my car by 4:37 they finish by 5:19 pm, I paid and take off by 5:33, REALLY 1:28 minutes in a oil change? Not mention the nice welcome, unacceptable this have to be fix not to happy....

We made the mistake of coming here for an oil change while also doing our grocery shopping. Thankfully we didnt have any perishables because we waited 4 hours for my car to get an oil change. An oil change, people!! Thats ridiculous. The manager told us after my car was done that they were short staffed and thats why the wait was so long. If they were short staffed, they should have told us that when we dropped my car off, as well as how long the wait was. We would have gone somewhere else if we were told it would be 4 hours for an oil change. Never again.
