I was very impressed from the service I got from JDs. Especially imad he took the time to explain in details and made sure I fully understood what was the issue with my ac. I needed an oil change last minute before a road trip. These guys were very friendly got me in quickly changed my oil, did a tire rotation, replaced my rear brakes all in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable amount of money. I will definitely be back here.

I am glad that I ran across this business a few years ago, from a Groupon. Since then, they have been my go to mechanic. They are very friendly, and explains everything, all options, before doing the work. I have never felt as if they were trying to get me. When I went in today to get my oil change there two gentlemen that greeted me and apologized because they were busy with another car. They quoted me a 45 minute wait time which honestly isn’t as bad of a wait as I have had in the past. Not even 15 minutes later he came up to me and stated they were ready to do the oil change on my car. When I let them know I had a Groupon they were very courteous and understanding. They finished with it quickly but they then informed me that my brakes and rotors were bad. I ended up getting my back brakes fixed as well, and let me know that I also need to get my front brakes and router changed. All in all I feel like I was there maybe an hour in total and they were very informative and nice.

SPECTACULAR!!! I took my vehicle in wanting them to take a look at my suspension system in my car. They called shortly after dropping it off to inform me that my front suspension was performing just fine and that the back suspension looked good, but with some slight wear. They left it up to me to decide if I wanted to replace the rear suspension or not without any sales pitch or trickery. I chose to do the replacement due to my cars overall mileage. They very easily could have called me with some drastic story that all suspension was in dire need of replacement. In my mind, this is testament to their honesty and desire to maintain long-standing customers. To make things even better, they offer a fantastic teacher discount! I have found my trustworthy auto shop! Thank you!!!

JD Garage recently worked on my Chevy HHR and did a great job. I dropped it off at the end of business on a Tuesday with a pretty long list of things to be fixed, and they had it done by Friday afternoon. They communicated with me via phone each step of way and charged a very reasonable price for the service, and all the work was done well. Highly recommended.

The guys at JD garage are fast and efficient. I found them because my brake line went out nearby. I was able to get it to them and they had replaced the line by the end of the day. My car was 17 years old, and they kept it running right until I could get a new one. Because I commute, it was nice to drop it off in the morning, and have it back by closing time. These young men are upfront, honest, and respectful. Their pricing is fair, especially considering the quick turnaround time.

Hours stated they are open at 8:30am but do not show up till 9:15. Was waiting since 8:25 and when they show up they are servicing other vehicles before me and they don’t do appointments. They do not answer their phones and or return calls when you leave a voice message.

Jd has always been honest, fair priced and its the only shop where I feel they wont try to take advantage of my lack of vehicle knowledge!!

Got me in within the last hour and a half. Got 3 separate services complete before close. Staff was very professional and safe during COVID-19 times. Quoted higher over the phone so it was a pleasant surprise when I got my actual quote. Will return and I recommend to any.

Took my truck in for safety inspection and oil change. charges me for both, then says oh by the way you window tint is to dark wont pass inspection, it has passed the last 5 years with no issue. so went right down the road guy checks tint with meter, says its fine. so I after t pay again to get it done again . I knew I should not go there, 3 years ago they did not install plastic pan correctly, after oil change drug it all the way to Dallas, till someone said something under the truck was dragging went back on Monday, and told him about it he wanted to argue about how he did not leave it loose that I had hit something, seems funny he has a window tint place right across the street, I would not take a dog sled to this place again.

Awesome group of guys. I took my car in because it was overheating and leaking coolant, they fixed the thermostat without me even paying for it!!!! It was free of charge and my car drives so much better now that they fixed it. You should definitely bring your car here if you need a good, trustworthy mechanic, this is the place to come.

I love this place. Has a lot to do with trust. Prices have always been reasonable for me and Ive never had a job not done correctly. A few instances they saved me a lot of money by finding out i had an easy fix and not the expensive repair i assumed i needed. I know a few mechanics who wouldve repaired it unnecessarily for the money. Happy customer here.

Fair prices, whether you need an oil change, a new tire, a tire repaired (as long as it isnt a nail or, screw on the sidewall of the tire as no one can fix that, or so they should not anyway), your ac/heater worked on, or any auto repair. JD Garage is a great place to seek help. They really care about their customers and, their vehicles. Very friendly and helpful.

Came in for a quick oil change, was very affordable price and professional! On top of that, they noticed my tire pressure sign and made a quick fix with my two front tires. Will come back for servicing again!

I had them work on my car about 2 years ago and they stayed in contact with me, kept me updated on the progress and explained what each part was that they were replacing and how those parts affected the car. Definitely using them again.

I had a Groupon for an oil change. Didn’t think they would get in a rush to help me. Greeted shortly after arriving and was told it wouldn’t be too long. After less than ten minutes, he had started on my oil and filter change. I didn’t have to wait long and usually getting your oil changed is an inconvenience, but this wasn’t bad. I recommend them.

JD is an awesome guy! I take all my vehicles to him. He’s very fair on price and always takes care of me. The shop may not look like much be he gets it done. The other staff has been friendly to me and helpful when JD isn’t around. Definitely come check these guys out and give them a chance.

Called here asking for the price of a cv joint/axle replacement for my make and model car as I am shopping around for the best price today. I was told to come in. I said no no no, Im shopping around for the best price. How much would you charge total for the part and labor? He said I cant just tell you. You need to bring it in so we can have a look and then I talk to my boss. Keep looking.

Dropped my car off for repair. They kept my car for two months with little to no communication about what was wrong. This place is very busy, so if you have a spare car, or lots of time to spend, its ok to leave your car here. They repaired the problem but I havent driven it to get a good feel just yet. The wait time is little more here as there are many customers but trust me this guy fixes things really really well. I guess that is why there is always a que before he opens the garage.

Excellent service! I live in Maryland and drive to Texas a few times a year to visit family. My steering wheel had been occasionally shaky when I pushed on the brakes but right before it was time for me to make the 1300 mile trek home the shaking got substantially worse. I went to have my car checked out on Friday right before they closed. He told me the cost and I assumed I would have to wait several days before my car was fixed. He told me to come in when they opened in the morning. I was on the road with new rotors and brake pads by noon. Not only is this place cheaper than others nearby, its customer service is awesome.*Edit I visited again and this service continues to amaze me. They are thorough, honest and dont try to take advantage of you. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!

Took my jeep there after I took it to a jeep dealership. They spent alot of time trying to figure out this serious issue. Told me before they put it in that I needed a new battery. Even after they spent all that labor and time on it They only charged me for the battery. Turns out only the dealership has the tools to get into there dashboards. Highly recommended!!! Just took my Frs there today. Will always go back. Fair and honest!!!

This place is only open till 5:00 M-F and doesnt do oil changes on Saturdays. I explained I had bought a Groupon and I cant get to his shop before 5:00 because I work in Irving. Didnt matter. Sometimes you have to work with folks to get new customers. All the mechanical reviews were good, but the customer service skills stunk!!

I got the voucher off Groupon..went in for a full oil change an tire rotation...it was less then 25 minutes..thanks I will be back...

The owner is very honest and straight forward. Coming from a girl who knows nothing about cars except putting gas, he really went out of his way to explain to me everything that was wrong with my car and I havent had a problem since then. I highly recommend this place.

WOW. I am impressed with the service I received today! I first went to a different place to get an oil change in which they told me JD Garage had ruined the parts in it the last time they did my oil change. Anyhow with all the miscommunication and issues, the guys at JD Garage resolved the problems for me and would not even take my money. (He fixed the issue and even topped off my oil for me at no cost). I could not be anymore satisfied and thankful for them! I dont know any other place that would take care of me the way they did! Will definitely recommend this place to everyone and only take my car here form now on!

I had a used car inspected for purchase....I was very pleasantly surprised that the mechanic was very thorough and showed me issues that would have cost big bucks to fix....then the owner?? went over each item and told me what it meant and about what it would cost to fix....some of the stuff he could do and some he said I was better off taking to a bigger shop...very honest, very refreshing

I found JD Garage on Groupon. I had an awesome experience with them. They did really good work and was very nice.

My last two times going there they didnt want to take my car and it was 4:40 and it was already closed in the front, not in the back. Always the same excuse, we only have one employee and hes fixing another car and is going to take him to much time.

I am so grateful for this shop! My starter went out on my truck. Other places were quoting me anywhere from $350- $450 to fix it. I knew that the part was only $150, so they were jacking up the prices to get one over on me. I received a call back from Imad and he quoted me that it would be $220 plus tax and that it would be done in an hour after he received the part! He fulfilled his word! Thank you again!!!

Im really glad I stopped by here. I was a long way from home and my car started smoking from under the hood. Went to firestone first and they wanted $800 (trying to take advantage of me being stranded) for a radiator, hose, and thermostat. Couldnt afford so I kept going and saw JD Garage. The guy there was very nice, informative and most of all HONEST. It turned out to be just the hose and cost me $110. I called my other mechanic to get a quote and he said $140. Definitely check this place out, itll be worth it.
