I have been going to the franchise in Arlington and Bedford for a long time. They are helpful and honest. This is always appreciated and hard to find. I think they have another store in Cedar Hill, but that is too far for me. I dont mind going to them when I know they be honest and priced fairly.

They were friendly and quick and they let me know everything that I needed to do on my car. Very good service. I will definitely come back.

They sure were fast, I appreciate that. Got the oil change, but was really hoping theyd take care of that tire pressure warning on my car. They claim to have a 17 point inspection but THEY DONT! As I was leaving I asked if they took care of the tire pressure and I was told they cant put air in the tires. WHAT? I was told I can go down the street to discount tire, they do that for free. Uhhh what was the point of getting SpeeDee service if I have to go to another place to actually take care of my car?Ive attached a pic of my receipt that says it was checked, but it clearly was not. Wondering what else they marked as complete but did not actually check.

The first time i went here for repair the mechanic hank did an amazing job and i was determined to be a returning customer. The second time i went in i had some lights on and a sound from my wheel. They charged me $50 and told me to go to an exhaust shop. I went to a Honest-1 Auto care instead and found out it was my wheel bearing and my wheel was about to fail and be extremely dangerous. I feel like they Speedee scammed me because they did not even check the cause of my sound issues from my wheel or why the ABS lights were flashing and just go to an exhaust shop. I wont return unfortunately. That mistake by them could have been extremely dangerous. I really liked my first experiences too.

They are very friendly and explain what they are doing and if they find something your car needs, they show you not just tell you. I’m usually in and out quickly and they’re the only shop I’ve taken out 2007 Saturn to that changes the oil filter properly where it doesn’t leak. The filter goes on from the top, or upside down unlike most cars. Even the dealerships I took it too would cut corners and not put the filter on correctly. I’m very pleased with their service.

I went here yesterday for lunch and because I was short on time decided to come back after work. I am so glad that I did. From start to finish, everyone there was just OUTSTANDING. All the techs were extremely kind and helpful with all areas. Jeremy was AMAZING. He helped me and explained how much oil my van needed. He mentioned a brake light out and was very thorough explaining everything to me. Inside, there was a lady and a small child waiting as well. The baby started to cry and the other tech, I think her name was Carrie (sorry if Im wrong), came over and picked up that screaming baby and tried her best to put her to ease.The other tech Jennifer wasnt sure if I had been helped yet and offered to get me started as well. Everyone here at this establishment was wonderful. I will enjoy knowing that I can come back here and trust who I am giving my business to. Thank you 3 again for all your hard work and friendliness, it DOES GO A LONG WAY!

No sales pressure and he gave me great advice for future visits. My oil drain tech was also helpful in some things going on under the car. All in all a GREAT experience. Ive been going here for several years with a fleet of trucks and have never once had a bad experience with them. In fact just went in today and got the same great five star experience I always get. Collin saw me coming in and was already waiting to take the truck in when I pulled up, inside reception was nice and clean, had drinks available in the fridge, and it only took them five minutes to get the truck in and out ready to go. Collin even went over with me what also needs to be looked at due to its current mileage but didnt push getting them done there which I really appreciated. See yall in a couple months with another truck!

The whole crew here has gone above and beyond to fix my cars issue. They take the time to explain what’s actually going on, explain what they’re doing to fix it, and always try to help you out as much as possible. They really care about the customer and getting the job done right and it shows. Even with my pricey situation and myself wanting to compare prices, Collin offered to look at other shops quotes just to make sure they were doing the right stuff to my car. I can’t say enough good things about Collin, Caleb and the rest of the crew!

I came in for an oil change 25 minutes before closing and it was raining. I would totally understand if the service techs were tired and less than cordial, but they were fantastic! The 3 guys at the store were all extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. My oil change was done in less than 15 minutes and everything was handled perfectly. I will definitely come to your store again.

Highly recommend using these guys. Not only were they speedy and efficient with my oil change, they also noticed a huge split in my air intake hose that the Christian Brothers Auto shop did not a couple of weeks prior... their employee, Collin, had the part I needed delivered and replaced within an hour. Just moved down to Texas from Indiana. The process of getting my vehicles in line with TX state law as a new resident has been a real pain, and these guys were super helpful. Quick, fair, nice, and super knowledgeable.Brought my old race bike in for inspection and the mechanic who helped me out knew my bike in and out as well as I did. Its a relief to have a trustworthy garage right down the road, and honestly one of the few things that have gone right for me since Ive made the move.

No employees had mask or gloves. 1 employee in particular had a very combative attitude will not go back!!!!

Its rare to find young adults with great customer service skills anymore. Two gentleman (said they were brothers) did a great job. My oil change was quick, the waiting room was clean and the staff was nice and polite. Works for me!

Top tier customer service. A little pricey, but the way they take care of you, and the transparent communication makes it more than worth it. Usually I worry about mechanics trying to lie to me about what my car needs but I never have that concern with these guys.

I go here regularly for my oil changes. Being a real estate agent that means about every other month. The manager Bryan is always friendly and helpful as is his crew. They do a great job and get me in and out efficiently. Bryan always lets me know about any deferred maintenance issues he sees which is helpful and appreciated.

Had my oil changed there and one if the workers told me my car wouldnt pass inspection that it needed work done. Next week, without any work done on tbe car, it passed inspection.Note: I wasnt at SpeeDee for State Inspection. I was there for an oil change. The guy doing the oil change said I needed work done to pass State Inspection. I wasnt there for State Inspection, ONLY an oil change. I didnt ask his opinion on my car and its ability to pass State Inspection. I had no desire to get State Inspection at SpeeDee.Went to State Inspection at another location, where Ive been going for years, as they have been very honest with me about REAL needs for car work.And after the daft reply from SpeeDees, I wont be back at SpeeDees for anything nor have anything positive to say about them.

My car broke down on the side of their shop at 8 in the morning. Carrie and Caleb was so helpful. They pushed my car up to the shop and checked it out for me. Even though it was a problem that they could not fix they allowed me and my 6 month old to sit inside and wait on tow truck which took 3 hours. Very friendly to my son and offered water. While waiting I also seen multiple people coming in getting cars fixed so try them out. They are people who are passionate about what they do. THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING

My husband tends to ask a lot of questions about how everything works and Carey and Jeremy were very patient and went the extra mile to make sure my husband had a clear understanding without being condescending or acting like we were annoying them (which is how a lot of other places have treated him in the past). Carey even brought my husband and myself out to show us how to change the air filter.Really good people and really great service. Definitely going back for future oil changes.

The manager, younger blonde guy, was super nice, quick, informative and honest. I believe his name was Connor, he did such a great job. He let me know what was up with my car, his recommendations and he delivered great customer service on top of good quality work. He represented SpeeDee in such a positive good way. I was very iffy going here because my last experience at a SpeeDee (Hurst location with Mo) was horrendous. SpeeDee corp should definitely be either present or watching them on camera to assess the problem with that store. Please hire more guys like the entire team at Bedford SpeeDee location, these guys are super stars with a good manager who cares about his work, his job and his customers.

Rude is an understatement. If the manager is this rude I can’t imagine how the other staff is. Brought in my BMW for an oil change and took my car to the BMW dealership the next day only to find out SpeeDee didn’t just put the wrong oil but also the wrong filter which led me to pay double the price to fix it. I mean mistakes happen, and I’m okay with that, as far as it’s dealt with professionally. I requested a refund and brought in a letter from bMW to make my case legit, the guy sitting on the front desk refused to speak to my friend quote “it’s her car and I’m gonna deal with her only” which was ridiculous and he then said the owner will contact us for a refund although on the phone he had told us if we brought a letter from BMW in he would process the refund instantly. Super disappointed.

I went to get my inspection on Saturday and they threated to fail my car for a dirty cabin air filter. A cabin air filter has nothing to do with an inspection. They workers ther tried to take advantage of me as a women taking in her car. I bet if it was a man they wouldnt have done that. I was first time customer and this was my experience and I will never be back. I will also go to BBB.

Hear about places changing oil and not actually putting oil in? This place did it, then ruined my engine even though they wrote on their fake list as well as told me verbally that everything was ok with the car. Then when I told other customers the manager who is a little kid got cop happy. He refused to give the keys back and trapped us there. Car ran just fine for years and either the car was not in good condition and they should have told us (they changed the oil doesnt that mean they make contact with the oil reservoir and would see if it were cracked?) which wasnt the case unless they purposely let us ruin it in Hope of more money later, or they just flat didnt put oil in. When we asked for his manager he said he was the manager and that his manager couldnt help us. Dont go here. This is one of those crook places. Past manager may have been good. This manager a crook kid

I came in to get my 2016 Kia Forte 5 inspected and I was literally driving out in 10 minutes. Fast and professional service.

Last time ever will go there. I got an oil change and they never even asked what oil I wanted. Their excuse was that I was a repeat customer so they used what I got last time. Every place I have ever gotten oil change at has asked me regardless of how many times I have been there. Don’t they think that maybe people want to change what oil they used from the previous time? Also to top it off when I was arguing with them another customer was in there getting his oil changed and they asked him which one he wanted. Welp they lost my business now all because couldn’t ask a simple question and than argue with me about it.

Avoid! They pocketed our customer provided synthetic oil and threw conventional in my car which runs only synthetic. They charged for a full synthetic change too and almost destroyed my engine. My husband was in need of service and our regular shop was closed for the day and he only had one off work that week. He stopped in and paid quite a high dollar amount considering he provided his own filter and oil. After the car started knocking I took it to our regular shop where the incorrect and scorched up oil was discovered. There’s really nothing more to say.
