Wonderful butcher, eye candy everywhere you look! The key west chicken is... well you will just have to try it now! I cannot describe it! Mmmmm

So the place is great. Product outstanding, great beer selection (should get Founders Unraveled!) and prices fair for the quality you get. Seems they are doing great in the new location and thats awesome. Most of the comments seem to be on customer service and I bumped into one of those today. The person in front of me had about $400 worth of stuff that they wanted to split into two orders. Thats fine, but there was one cashier on and they opened the other register at the deli, but instead of asking for next customer in line it was just a free for all. Granted the clientele should be considerate enough to say you were next or something, but manners isnt what it used to be. It would be nice for the staff to recognize this and take charge. Myself and the guy behind me waited a while. Not a big deal, just a suggestion. I love the place and their 5-Star Rewards program is awesome. Enjoy!

This place is fantastic! I will be coming back for sure. I approached the meat counter and was immediately greeted. I ask about marinated meats and was definitely impressed by the knowledge of the staff. I order the Redsox and Maple bourbon and ordered some of Zak salad which was delicious. Today I smoked the marinated meats on my smoker and I have to say it was awesome. Keep up the good work. Can not wait to come back and get more.

This review is based on having vegetarian bowls from Wicked Good Butchah: the women who worked at the bowls/burritos counter provided excellent customer service. The portions were generous and the ingredients were fresh. The bowls were tasty, healthy and reasonably-priced.

Great selection of steak, chicken and sausage and all types of salads & fixings. Small selection of wine but decent variety. Customer service needs some help as the iron out the new model in their significantly bigger new location. Tried the burrito stand and the protein as expected are awesome but lacking in toppings and any type of hot/ spicy selections.

Excellent place with lot of selections. I got an excellent burrito there. 10/10 would go there again. Family likes the place as well.

First visit to this butcher will be our last visit. Went in to buy some steak filets. Was told they cut them to order so I told them what I wanted. The employee came out with 3 filets but it was difficult to see the full filets when they show you them from the top of the high counter. Got home and opened the package up. These were not just cut per the browning on 2 of them. Very disappointed in the quality especially when they cost $30/lb. Definitely not center cut filets. We’ve purchased better quality filets from Market Basket. I expect more from a butcher shop. Good butcher shops are getting harder to find these days.

Product selection is good spent almost $100. Customer service is poor. Women in the deli with long dark pony tail was rude and yelled at her female coworker and the girl just put her head down and walked away. I felt bad for her. Also called the store to determine correct address as the phone message says one address and the website says another. The guy who answered told me he didn’t know their address. I think I’ll stick with my go to Mr. Steers in Londonderry. Hopefully the food is good.Update: Steak wasn’t good. Bahama mama advertises sweet it tasted like robust Italian and not a good flavor. Steak was very tough.

I use to love this places steak tips Bahama mama were my favorite but they just started making there own hot sauce and it has ruined the steak tips I love hot food but this is just way to hot wont be going back very disappointed and they said it was going be hot and sweet like it use to be but it is not if they fix it I would go back

Great selection of meats. We tried the philly cheese sausages and they were amazing! Very cheesy. The second baked potatoes were also very flavorful.

Last week I went in and bought Tips and numerous 4 packs of beer, they gave me a coupon for my next visit which needed to be used within a week, so went back in and spent another $70 and went to use the coupon and they told me “ They can NOT honor it because I was 2 hrs late and it’s expired “ are you crazy? I told them I told them that they would lose a customer, they did not care, I should know better, I’m sticking with what I liked from the get go and they treat you great! LEMAYS

I was very happy when they opened in the new location. They really needed the room in order to offer more of their selections.However there seems to be a disconnect regarding whos supposed to serve whom. If you get there after 6:00, even though theyre open till 7:00, its a gamble whether youll be able to get something cut at the butcher counter, something from the deli counter, or have them makes a sandwich for you. These get shut down well in advance of when they close.Ive worked in the food industry and we always cleaned up after the doors had closed for the night. I need to know when I go into a store that I can get what I need and not walk out empty-handed because even though theyre open those services have been turned off.So Ill just have to go elsewhere, another place thats perhaps more dependable, because I dont have time to waste. And if you dont either then consider whether its worth a trip here.

Just went to the new store. Looks pretty good. Higher end items. The have a burrito bar and sandwich shop. As well as a nice selection of prepared meats.

Fresh and delicious burritos and bowls

First time here. The staff was nice but very short with you, no personality. The take a ticket was a joke. We keep getting cut off by customers. But that could be just how they do it in Bedford. We got some steak tips and some chicken. Price was a bit on the high side but we were gonna see if it was worth it. The food was ok but we are just gonna keep going to Mr Steer in Londonderry.

I am usually happy with the food but Tim from the deli has been very disrespectful with me. He used profanity and yelled at me to wear a mask. This is not the first time I have encountered problems with this employee but Im finally going to complain about it and I am not coming back soon with this behavior. I really wish I could give 0 stars. 🤦‍♂️

I don’t even know where to start with this place. There meat is soooooooooo good!!!!! They even have bores head deli which I prefer over any!! Moving from their old location what a great choice. The employees are super nice, and friendly. When I asked the person at the counter a question bc I wanted to make sure the meat I was choosing didn’t have anything I was allergic to, and the person at the counter who didn’t know the answer, did not hesitate to run back and make sure that the answer they were giving me was 100% correct. That right there shows me how the employees care for the customers.Another addition to the place, is the burrito bar!!! It’s just like chipotle, BUT BETTER! They have burritos, bowls, and quesadillas! The only unfortunate thing about it is that every time I get there they seem to run out of some things, but that means business is good for them!!.Update: I did see someone’s comment about not knowing when the place closes, I actually asked one of the employees, and they told me that they close the burrito bar, and the deli at 6:30 M-Sat, and at 5:30 on Sunday( because they close earlier). This should be a little more helpful to some people, but they do officially close at 7pm so you can get meat, or other products throughout the store throughout the 30 minutes of time.

High quality meats. Convenient, fast and safe (in a social distancing world) curbside pickup. Friendly and helpful folks. Patiently answered our food allergy related questions. Tasty steak tips and sausages. Well worth the extra cost.

I absolutely love this place. Even now that it is not open for shopping all you have to do is call, place your order, pay over then phone and they bring it right out to your car. They are always friendly and the meats are better than good. Plus they have members rewards through Five Stars.

We usually love this place. Then they started delivering in a ten mile radius! We were psyched,as we are 8 miles away. We received our second delivery(not a cheap one) and the man delivering told my husband it was too far to drive and he wouldnt be coming back. We were floored. Guess we will use up our points and find another butcher. 🤷‍♀️

Quality of the meat was good. Although I feel like it was still over priced. Not being able to go into the store was frustrating, but not really their fault. That being said they could have used better communication skills in the several phone calls we used in the process .

While the name implies this is a butcher. The menu (which doesnt include prices) they really only have marinated meats and alcohol. As a side note when seemingly every other business is open and you can actually look and choose which steak you want this place is not opened and you must call to order from a menu without prices!

What a great little hidden gem! We have been going to another butcher, about 20 mins away, for a while. The meat pack at WGB is sooo much better! They have so many choices, so many marinades... And everything is great! I love the local items they keep in the store as well. Everyone is always helpful and friendly.

We are usually very happy with this place, but this past weekend we ordered 100 wings, and the price on the website said $49.99 for the 100. I get there to pick up the wings and was charged $81.00, almost a 40% mark up. When I said something to the cashier, he pulled out his menu and showed me the new price, which was crossed off with a pen ( a pen ) and marked up. 40% increase!!!! I can appreciate the menu saying, pricing subject to change without notice, but 40%?!?!?!?! This was a huge turn off to me!

Some people want to be number one when they walk through the door but all the years going there they have been great to help you out and really friendly.

They do some really good stuff in there. Alot of options from grilling items to easy to cook prepared food. Great!

Never been to a business where the “help” is so unhelpful and unfriendly. Even the owner himself. After stopping in today to purchase a special release beer, he told me he wouldn’t sell it to me unless I signed up for his text club... what a jerk. So after signing up and being “allowed” to make my purchase, UNSUBSCRIBE! What a pitiful way to try and gain a customer. Will never go back again.
