I was given excellent customer service by Jonathan, who was very knowledgeable about printer set-up, software, mechanical challenges I had about inserting new cartridges, where is the port for the bus cable, when it is seemingly not visible on the outside, etc. Management should commend his helpfulness and his technical knowledge which he shared with me and with his great patience for this old non- computer geek (me).

The lady behind the print center was extremely rude and unknowledgeable, I was going in there to make copies of 17 pieces of paper that I need to do because of my terminal cancer and I was given an attitude I called to talk to the manager and she was unsympathetic and just seemed very clueless on how to handle the situation I live near this store so I thought it would be easier but I will never return to that store and I will always go to manchester, Ive never had an issue in Manchester

Citizens Bank used to run an ad depicting random instances where they would go the extra mile for a customer. This Staples store will never be able to reproduce such ads. Kim, a manager in the Print & Marketing Department, had an easy opportunity to fulfill a wish for a paying customer but out of sheer laziness, she passe. It also seems like​ Kim and her employees have a propensity for referring most phone calls​ to the website. In my case, I havent found a solution online.

Went to South Willow first but they were out of the item we decided for but the associate there checked nearby stores for us which is what brought us to the Bedford location. We found the item, couldnt find anyone on the floor to help us get it so I went to the register to ask. The cashier told me they were out despite what south willow had said and despite the web site showing inventory. I went back out to the sales floor and finally found someone to help. They seemed annoyed that I asked them to help but went and found the item the cashier said they were out of. I went back through the cashiers line and he didnt acknowledge that he was wrong in any way or that he tried to send away business. Poor service at this location.

Got what I needed with helpful people at a good price. Would have been 5, but I was getting something done in print services that was slow. I wouldnt have minded, but no one told it was going to take that long.

When you go to an office supply store, the experience tends to be anti-climatic. You go in, grab what you need and get out. When I went to Staples, I was looking for a specific pen. I figured I would be pompous to as for the one specific pen I wanted out of the thousands Staples offers. I moved on, grabbed the rest of my items and proceeded to check out.Ilene rang me out and asked if I found everything I needed. I gave a half hearted yes in response. Ilene recognized something was amiss in my body language and further confirmed if I had got all the items I went to the store for. That is when I went for it. I asked for the Pilot G2 1.0mm pens in blue that I could not seem to find anywhere in the store or any other store. She called over her colleague Jon to further assist. They found them online and shipped them to my house the next day.This may seem like a normal transaction to some, however I felt that Ilene and Jon went in to work that day with the expectation that they were going to make sure everyone they interacted with that day was helped. As a consumer, I appreciate that. They went out of their way to make sure that I had the specific pen I wanted.

Id give it a 0 stars but system wont let me. I went in and walked through aisles for 10-15 minutes looking for an item. The same clerk walked by me twice, never asking if he could assist. When I caught up with him again, I asked for help to find the item. He said I dont know where it would be, so he used his headset intercom to ask someone else, he got no response. I then witnesed a shift manager walking by, didnt offer help because he was apparently off the clock. I will never set foot in this place again

Cashier ILENE very unpleasant unprofessional and no compassion for children with learning disabilities who want to be independent shoppers. I was shocked with the disrespect this employee gives to paying customers. If I could give this store a zero I would for her manner. its a shame anyone has to deal with such humiliation.
