Very clean and easy to use indoor storage. One downside is having to park and haul things all the way in but its still clean and nice.

Great location, can get here via the highway with no tolls. Plenty of parking. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Plenty of moving supplies and inventory for anything you might need. Also, the only u-box storage facility in NH! Climate controlled storage is available, as well as vehicle and RV storage. Units have alarms, which is a big plus. This is the one to go to! Veteran-owned and operated, too!

I reserved a unit online, it said 2 available. Ipicked move in date. I drive down to location in Bedford NH. Showed up to move in. Rep tells me the system is not updated and Im# 5 in line for my unit. It really was not available.??? Very frustrated.

The location is great and easy to get to, huge parking. The truck was clean and smelled good. Storage was immaculate and the security is impressive. The staff was very well versed in what they were speaking about and were able to answer my questions about my truck rental. They gave us a free month of storage too which was unexpected but very appreciated! Needless to say, we will only be using THIS uhaul facility for all of our rentals and storage! VERY impressed!

The facility was very nice and organized easy to get around and plenty of carts to get the job done. But you think a big place like that would have a soap dispenser in their bathroom.

Nice big retail area. Decent selection of packing supplies. Will be back.

I got my wiring done at the UHAUL in Bedford New Hampshire for my trailer hitch.I have a SUV. They left all of the wiring inside the car. Plus when I dropped my car off it was running fine. After picking up my car there was knocking and the car stopped running within approximately 10 miles. This experience has left me so angry. Everyone say you need a hitch you have to go to UHAUL. Not me

Worst customer experience Ive had in a long time. Ordered 4 x 12-bottle wine shippers online and PAID for them. Not reserved or some other such nonsense...PAID. Uhaul took my money and later said the order was ready. I drove 1 hour in a blizzard (12/05) to pick up my boxes. When I arrived, it took quite some time to establish where my order was. Ultimately, it was not ready and we picked out what could be found from the display inside the store. They only had 3 of the 4 I PAID for. That was the next long wait (back and forth over text messaging with the manager). They refunded the one 12-bottle box that they did not have. I let them know that we are not exactly even at this point. I still need a box for 12 more bottles--they had 2 x 6-bottle boxes and I asked if they would make this right by essentially trading the 2 6-pack for the missing 12-pack (Issue was that the sticker cost on the 6-pack and 12-pack is almost the same and this would double my cost). Another wait for the manager for the answer: sorry, nothing we can do.Net out for the customer: Uhaul took your money for items you will never be provided, made you wait almost an hour for something that should have taken minutes--during a blizzard no less and refused to even _attempt_ to make it right.Awful and unacceptable.

Everyone I encountered here came across as a squatter that decided to act like they work at Uhaul today. Always seemed confused and preemptively threw one another under the bus. Not a single person wore a mask and everyone worked in close pairs. Nothing but inconvenience when trying to access a Ubox. Always acted as if I was inconveniencing them. Short staffed or not, Im paying for access and theres no excuse being argumentative or intentionally misleading. The very last person I spoke with over the phone was competent and professional, so at least one good person here, but never had the pleasure of working with her until it was time to cancel the contract.

Amazing location brand new many options with outdoor units and Climate control I got one of each. Manager was great and very helpful. This is a true one stop shop truck rental and storage.
