My Car kept popping up a message, so i called my husband and he told me to take it to Autozone there in beeville so they can run a diagnostic test, since i was an hour away from home. He called them, told the gentleman I had my toddler in the car with me and they had no problem running outside to accommodate. When I actually pulled up they were already waiting outside for me! Thank you so much AutoZone!!

I like coming here. I always get excellent help and information from the employees. My person that I talk to and trust is Jacob Martinez, always nice and welcoming to anyone that comes in the store and he has some good knowledge about cars and trucks

My family and I were headed to corpus for my graduation when my dads alternator went out. It’s 9:55 I’m 15 minutes away from the nearest auto parts store and they all close at 10. I called oreillys and they automatically tell me they won’t stay open. But I called autozone and the associate says let me ask my manager (Ray). Ray picks up the phone asks for the information for the truck to make sure they had it and stayed open for an extra 20 minutes so we could pick up this alternator! When we got there they weren’t irritated or frustrated they asked where we were going, congratulated me and told us to be safe on the way there.

Someone, needs to teach them good customer service.

Im not sure if its laziness, or lack of proper computer training, or lack of accountability, if associates can relay the proper information to customers about ordering parts thatd be great.

This Autozone must have trouble with employees working on Sunday, i went into this store in Beeville TX and only 1 person was working the front desk with 4 people waiting, I left and went to Orielly Auto parts in Beeville TX and was promptly waited on .

Excellent. Went in with two problems. Walked out with no problems. Staff and Manager took excellent and friendly service. Still getting use to guys with cornrows. ;-)

Horrible customer service. Associates too busy talking to each other or on their phones. Ordered a part that was suppose to be in at a certain time and i was told it would not be received till the next day. The associate I spoke with was careless and showed no sympathy. Will be taking my business to O’reillys as everyone else should. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The management guy was very helpful and referred me to an affordable mechanic. Thank you.

Went to exchange my rear wheel cylinders forThe right ones . I ask the salesman if I couldSee the other wheel cylinder for my 1995 Chevy.He totally ignored my request and only refundedMy money.
