Had a great experience ordering a kayak that was from their store. I ordered it online at night and it was ready to go the next morning. Everything went by very quickly and Kyle was great to help in any way he could.

I had a damaged section of fencing that was delivered directly to my house by 18 wheeler ( it happens). Took the damaged section to the Belchertown location today and the gentleman at the customer service desk could not have been more helpful. Within 10 minutes I had a replacement . Absolute pleasure to deal with this customer service employee and the other employee that quickly got a replacement section and placed in my vehicle. They kind of made my day as I feared that I may get the run around and have to wait weeks to get this fencing replaced. I gave them 5 stars because thats all that was available. Just got great customer service with these two gentleman. Thank you to them and Belchertown Tractor Supply.

Staff is great. They dont always have the duck feed I need, which makes sense it isnt the most popular product and it tends to be a waste letting it sit on shelves. That being said they offered to order it for me. I really appreciate that because nowhere around carries it and the have the best prices.

I have never had a bad experience going to the store, in the past 7 years I have been shopping there. I had called ahead of time and spoke with one of the associates there, Jenn, and she had provided me with the information in a product that I was seeking. I ended up going to the store and making the purchase, and there ended up being a small problem with one of the products I had purchased, Jenn had gone out of her way to remedy this for me, going as far to directly get in contact with the store manager, so that I may make an exchange, next day. I ended up going in the next day and the store manager had taken care of it for me, the other accociate I had spoken with, Tim I think his name was, he also did everything in his power to help remedy the situation, which he did. I personally feel the staff treated me very well, despite the other rude customers in the store, they still kept a sunny demeanor. They are awesome, and I will continue to shop at the belchertown location. 500 stars.

Got every thing I needed in a one stop shop

The staff has always been very helpful every time I’ve been here. The manager is also very helpful and attentive. The prices are reasonable and a wide variety of products. I’d like to suggest if it’s possible, to stock up on alpaca/llama grain, many farm stores in the area have them so it would be great to just shop at one place! I enjoy my visits to this tractor supply.

The company in general, specifically in Western Mass could use some customer service training.

I was put off by the lack of pricing and product information during my recent visit there to shop for a cordless trimmer. Im not an expert, and needed to do some feature comparisons by checking some product packaging and pricing, both of which were missing from just about every trimmer in the aisle.The manuals and any hardware were cable-tied to a bag on the product, and Id need to tear open the bags and read any manual that may have been in the bag, to try to discern the features of the product. This was clearly NOT going to happen, as there were a few models on display, and I only had one day off left to read the manuals. Furthermore, when we did ask a clerk for help, he indicated that we needed to take the tag off of the product and go somewhere else in the store to look it up; I assume that it was on a website, but didnt ask. Given that there were virtually no tags with SKU or pricing on the trimmers, this also was going to be a task.I suppose there may be some appeal to a feel-good, small-town hardware store, but being new to this environment Im used to going to a store where I can examine prices and product features, assemble products myself from a sealed box, and speak directly to a knowledgeable clerk. I think Id rather feel mediocre and be educated at Home Depot, thank you. Best of luck.

Fun store to shop if you are the farm and garden type. They have all kinds of different items for yard decorations. Great pet supplies and magazines. Pellet stoves and supplies. Purchased a portable heater and the replacement plan, was a very reasonable price. Chain saws, mowers, tractors etc. Farm and garden type toys for kids. All around nice family store.

Great store almost always have what I need and if they dont its a click away .😁🇺🇲

Great farm based store that has a little bit of everything. Its fun to visit the chicks when they are being sold. They have good prices and decent sales. I feel like I always leave with a little something when I visit this store. They even sell a good quality dog food as well!

This could be my new favorite place to shop. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They dont seem lost in their own store like in the big name places. Selection is great, despite the relatively small size of this location.

Its not bad I guess. Probably the equivalent of northern tool if they had a brick and mortar. Often times what is online is not in store, or what is in store pretty low buck stuff. In an emergency though I guess it will have to do.

Went to buy something at this location, that said they had in stock online, asked an associate for help when i couldnt find it, then another employee not very helpful asked me what is was so he could look it up on his register to see what their inventory said. He looks, and their inventory said they had 3 but then he says well if its not over there we dont have it. You cant trust what the computer says we have. All while sitting down at the register, im sorry i came in wanting to buy something and when i couldnt find it i asked for your help and you did nothing at all to help. Iv worked retail for just under 9 years and have never met an employee at a store that made me feel like i was bothering them wanting to buy something!

Love this place. Great prices and you can usually find what your looking for since they carry such a large variety of products.

Staff are always friendly. Nice place to grab supplies for around the house or garden. They also fill propane tanks and have a good selection of hardware.

Have a good selection of small farm items. I always get my wood pellets here. I bring my daughter to look at the chicks when they start hatching. Everyone Ive talked to is very helpful and friendly.

The staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable. The store is clean and tidy, but a bit cramped. I really enjoy shopping at this store, I get grain here sometimes and horse care items, they have a fairly good selection of the necessities fit a fair price.

The manager Im Belchtown is awesome. If you got problem he will find away to make it work. Its a very pleasant place compared to Daves.

Tractor Supply is one of my favorite places. They have everything! If they dont have it, you probably dont need it.

Got three pairs of pants for $13 each. Got a hat for $5. No complaints

Great place to find everything you need for the house and Yard.

Not a friendly place, if you are a Veteran, they dont think that a Veteran is deserving of a Token discount on purchases, as So many other suppliers of similar goods, my advice go to Home Depot or Lowes or Rockys Ace Hardware, they all have good supplies of a great deal of the products that Tractor supply has.

Good place to get a belt for your snowblower in a pinch. A lot of hardware, good prices on Carhartt shirts and dont forget to bring your doggie as there welcomed too.

We buy our bird feed there for the chickens ducks and turkies. They have a lot for sale but are pretty pricey for most things. And what you see is what they have. If something that you want isnt on the shelf then they dont have it. They also sell a lot of stuff for cats dogs horses and other animals. they have lots of fencing and gardening supplies, some clothes, shoes and home goods.

Heres a place that can make lose track of time. Its a kind of big boy toy store in my opinion as well as having all of your farming needs.

Staff is always friendly but the items I seem to need are not always there.

I had to go here to get a 1 7/8 socket because they were the only store in the area that had it. The store was a mess, cluttered and unorganized. The cashier was apothetic.

Big corporate stores dont provide all the basic needs! The first thing you notice about this store is the carcinogenic stench of cheap Chinese tires. I wish there was a smaller farm supply store here, but TC pushes them out.
