Ill, be honest the store manager is the worst. I had to wait one day, because I was picking up script s because 3 year old was sick. It was the start of the pandemic, and I had to wait in line for 2 hours to get inside. And then had to wait another hour for the pharmacy, too open. I got hungry and went over and got some food from the deli. Just some potatoes. And while I was wanting and eating the store manager name over and told me if I dont put my mask on her was going to kick me out, just because I took my mask off inorder to take a bite of food.

This Walmart has everything that other woman dont have its under construction its tidy organized put together well kept well stocked its like a gym nobody smiles but thank God for Walmart and Beverly hills right that no one shops out start giving away food and youll start two see people show up for your silly information

On our last shopping trip we had noticed that this store seems to be having an issue to maintain stock on their shelves. At times, it seems, that there is ALWAYS a difficult time to get an associate for help. It seems this has increased since the order online service has started. If an associate is found and doesnt stock the area they dont know where to find an item. Ive also tried to use the app and the app isnt like live updated to keep an amount of items. So there have been a LOT of occasions I couldnt find what I was looking for because it was out of stock. Ive called to check if its going to coming in a delivery but no one knows and will say it should be but dont bet on it. This does make online, in app, or in store shopping a POOR experience.

Recently my store has been lagging, when it comes to the store being organized and stocked. However the most recent trip, the store was organized and employees were on every isle restocking. The store itself is old and you can tell. The deli still knows how to roast a chicken though.

I now support the boycott Walmart worldwide movement.Walmart continuing to roll back prices customer service and overall care for anybody but their corporation.Hopefully in the future Walmart will become powerfully enough to have soldiers.So the next time I have bad customer service I can act my actions out.And have it be followed up by a great skirmish most likely with the car pushers. This review is for the Auto Center, the employees were really helpful and efficient, my SUVs tires needed air as they were low, they immediately took care of it, Im glad I purchased my tires at Walmart.

Just curious. Is it normal to be waiting an hour and a half for pick up service? My pick up time was between6 and 7 am. Its 830 and yes im still waiting. If I wanted to wait this long I could have been waiting in the ridicules lines. I have watched numerous other films drive up and pick up their orders. They drive up, two seconds later the attendant comes out and loads it in there vehicle. I list count at the 2 hour mark

Some of the return reps have rules on what you cant return. Theyre not managers. I Went to return three avacacados. Realized I was charged the price of 3/5.00 when they were 3/300. The cashier wasnt going to return them unless I bought more of other things. Finally she made her mind to adjust the avacados to the right price to 3/300 and gave me the difference in change.

Walmart is a good place to go if you know what you want. This way you dont over spend. It also has so many mini experiences in each department, especially if you dont cram it all into one trip. I have tried their pick up and deliver, and the hardest part was placing the order. Ill continue to use Walmart.

Has all my needs and has a pretty good selection for everyones wants and needs.

Highly disappointed. We waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to help us out at the fabric counter. Spoke with a manager and not a single soul who knew how to work the fabric counter and the only other person was out to lunch. The best suggestion was to continue to wait or come back. I would think any store manager would be able to manage all parts of the store.

Its walmart. Full of walmartians. Fullfills the needs of my family. No complaints

To ask for refill medication at pharmacy, they always say wait for 20min and ready it is good to be hang around but after that, they say there is no stock and wait until they get it.It is third time!They shouldve CHECK FIRST if they have stock or not and say to customer wait.Do they make themselves in good image?No dissapoint first and repeat come again?

Its always good to go to Wal-Mart itll be nice when the later hours come back

Usual Walmart experience. Walmart is loosing its edge. Im old enough to recall when Kmarts attitude and retail lazy atmosphere became a problem. Walmart needs to set itself apart with daily specials, expanded deli with seating, coffee shop, and lunch counter. The tools are of a quality equal to value. Paint department is an opportunity in waiting. No associates trained to help or make suggestions in the paint department

Its Walmart they are all pretty much the same

This Walmart is way better than the one in Los Lunas and Socorro. They always have what I need here and the people seem friendlier. They even had Nintendo Switches in stock! Only bad thing is it is a ways out but, its worth the trip to this one.

I love to go shopping at Walmart. Its my favorite shopping center. Im very happy with the service they give to there customers.

Gone there about 10 times since we move here an have found even stuff that I couldnt find at lows or home depot. Great store to go too.

Most times I can find what I need. I ordered online what I needed, I went to pick it up, and customer service had no idea how to find my order. I asked if I can cancel and just go to the aisle to pick it up and said no I couldnt till i Canceled my order. So short on workers there.. most called in and said they had covid-19. I waited 30 minutes in sports dept for someone to help me...

Im glad we have a Walmart in Belen thats for sure.

The pharmacists in particular are really eager to help in this store.

Walmart does have pretty much everything you need...and stuff you dont need too...if its not in the store and available go to the app and you will find it there for sure

Need more cashiers and less teenage employees loudly exchanging expletive based verbiage while rough housing in the aisles. And if you feel bold enough to interrupt their gossiping or inappropriate music listening to ask them about the location of an item, you either get a response of confusion, indifference or impatient belligerence.

When I went the store was a bit of a mess and the shelves were pretty empty. I am thinking it was because of the holiday. But the low stalked shelves is a regular occurrence.

Everytime I go there, it seems they are very nice and courteous to their customers.

Unprofessional at night. Safety and loss prevention are stereotyped on honest people while thieves were walking out the store. 2 cash clerks on cellphones not helping.

They said the had the 8 snapset kids pool, so I went out of my way to get it and nothing. They did not have it. Not happy with Belen Wal-Mart.

It good as of now. Our Governor(NM) put the clamps awhile back. Let in 75 people capacity. People were standing in the frigid cold in line probably catching cold or worse the flu.Killing the purpose of trying to battle Covid.

Latest COVID lock down hit today. Allowing only 75 bodies in stores at a time . How many workers? 45 minutes wait at noon and getting worse. Makes you think that in 2 weeks maybe I will need it -- or not. Great way to save money and lose weight!

Easy to walk in. Not a lot of shoppers. Shelves are still bare. Not a lot of hand soap available as expected. Video game selection always has the most popular title sold out. But the customer service here is better than Albuquerque.

The morning line is a joke, disorganized, unfair and from what I saw none of the Walmart workers seemed to care. At 6:50 they had two lines formed outside and the 2nd door (home & pharmacy) didn’t open at 7:00 like the grocery side. What that means is people who arrived after me and the others standing with me on home & pharmacy all didn’t get in and had to start our position over in line. I arrived at 6:50 and due to the lines not being fair I still haven’t gotten in and the other side is now open and people who arrived after me and others I have been standing with are still not in on grocery side. Leadership appears to be terrible. Signs should have been on the Home side door and this process should be managed more fairly. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is a nice walmart. Security in the parking lot and in the store.

They were very careful, counting how many people left and allowed that many people in. Very courteous and helpful employees. Nice atmosphere and as always great prices.

Walmart was busy. Long lines waiting to go in. Thankfully, I did my order online, even at the pickup there was a wait time but not anything like the wait to go in the store. They were out of fresh eggs and the white organic bread I like to get.

Clean and helpful employees. Stock of bread, water, dairy products, paper products are hit and miss. Still effected by covid supply and demand.
