The guy that runs service in Belen is a rude person not there to help John deer should rely consider replacing him Albert in sales is great guy willing to help the other guy on the other hand makes the visits there awfull if ur dealing with his department

I took my 2009 Kawasaki Mule 4010 with 500 hours on it to the service department because it had a loss of power. I was charged over 500.00 dollars and was told that one cylinder was bad and the engine had to be replaced or rebuilt and it would cost over 2000.00 to rebuild the engine. My friend and I decided to check the compression ourselves and it was fine, we discovered that it had a bad coil which we replaced for under 100.00. I will never do business with them again. WHAT A RIP OFF!

They finally fixed everything and got tractor back to me

They have my moms tractor for over 15 weeks which has cost her thousands no help w lending equipment or integrity ... women shoppers Beware

Walked around for 15 to 20 minutes not 1 person asked if I needed help or any information on purchasing anything
