I sat in the Waldo County Hospital parking lot listening to the radio with my car turned off, and my car battery went dead. I got a jump from a friend who worked there. I immediately went to AutoZone in Belfast. An employee by the name of Ainsley came out right away and applied a battery checking device. Ainsley was very friendly and courteous to us. She explained what she thought may have happened and what to do in the future. My battery was not completely dead, so I didnt need a new one. I want to thank Ainsley for her very friendly and knowledgeable service. Would definitely recommend AutoZone to friends and family. Thank you, Ainsley for all your help !!

Got there right at open. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and not at all condescending (which happens a lot when you dont know much about cars). Had what I needed, got some advice, in and out with no issue.

Horrible, guy behind the counter on the computer didnt know anything. I was looking for a part that I had forgot the exact name of, I described what it did where it was, everything but the exact part name. He would just type in words that I was using to describe it. Useless, didnt even try to help figure out what it was. How the hell is the average Joe supposed to know what the name to every part is. They are supposed to be the PARTS store. I just ordered it myself from rockauto.Com

Talked with Casey at the Belfast, ME store today. He was entirely professional, refreshingly personable and beyond helpful with a rather odd issue I called about. AND everything I needed was in stock. What more could you need?

Parts are reasonably priced

This is one of the few auto parts stores that really knows vehicles and can help you track down those weird parts or give you advice on what you should do. I always go here first and dont usually end up needing to go anywhere else.

I was given the wrong brakes for my car. I only realized it after I had installed them. I had to take them off and borrow a car to go back to AutoZone. Not happy.

They are always very helpful and when there is something they can help with they are always willing.

My husband always returns to auto zone because they are very professional and helpful.

Great prices and most items in stock at all times. I would have to say that this is probably, in my opinion, the best auto store in the Belfast area. Their prices are lower, the staff is really friendly, and if they dont have something in stock they will order it for you. They are also very knowledgeable about many things to do with vehicles, especially if you dont know much to begin with. :-)

Ordered an alternator belt. Picked up my order thought it looked a little small butdidnt think much of it, got home (45 miles away btw). Realized it was a power steering belt not an alternator belt. Looked at my receipt and they gave me a receipt for someones break pads....what the hell is going on in Belfast AutoZone?

Staff is helpful and friendly. Had a radiator hose break and they helped me fix it right then and there at 8 pm when they were closing.

Autozone in Belfast, Maine always has the parts for my vehicle even when other stores dont...I have a 97 Volvo 850 and parts are sometimes hard to get but they always seem to have it or can get it and quick! Always friendly and knowledgeable staff as well !

I cant say a lot of good stuff about Autozone. I went to this location last month for some spark plugs. They searched for the plugs by my VIN and sold me some. I say this because there should be no way they sell me the wrong part if they look it up this way. I drove back to my home in Liberty (20 miles away) and started getting to work.... until I realized they sold me plugs that dont fit my vehicle. I went all the way back to return them. This time I brought an old spark plug with me to physically show them the spark plug they sold me was clearly too big. We went back to the computer and noticed that of the 5 or 6 spark plug options for my car the one they sold me was just not a proper fit. This is the second time Autozones improper inventory has cost me time and gas money on repairs to my Toyota Corolla. Im pretty disappointed. All I got was a oops sorry. A 30-minute job turned into a 2.5-hour job because Autozones computer cant find the right parts. Napa and OReilly are a stones throw away and their inventory systems seems to work. Food for thought.
