Chad is a stand up guy and really won my trust. He got me in within a week which was about 3 weeks earlier than the other 20 mechanics I called. He knew exactly what I was describing and was familiar with the issue (camshaft position actuator solenoid) and already had the parts on hand. After I dropped off my car he called with the estimate and was very thorough and patient with all my questions and explained the what and why for the charges including a complete breakdown. He spent the time and went the extra mile to get to the root of the problem instead of just swapping parts. My car was ready same day.He knows more about Chevy’s than anyone and I’ll trust him with my Equinox any day.

I moved to Montana in September of last year and relocated my company as well. I have always performed my own mechanic work on my vehicles but this time it was just to much for me to handle. Chad swapped my entire motor out of my 2012 GMC Terrain. Before doing so, he laid out a lot of different options that I could take instead of swapping the entire motor, such as disassembling the motor and fixing the issue directly, how long the motor would last before complete failure, and others. He offered me a 12,000 mile warranty on his work for me, and is going to do a free checkup on the motor when I bring it in for its first oil change in 3,000 miles. After a week there does not seem to be any issues directly related to his work swapping the motor out. There is an issue with a type of fuel sensor that is slightly concerning, because it is causing worrisome noise from the motor. But, this will be replaced within a week, and hopefully that issue dissipates completely. Im hoping nothing goes wrong here in the next few months, because Chad is very friendly, honest and seems to be able to articulate mechanical processes very well, and definitely deserves this 5 star rating!
