The 24 hour road side service was exceptional! Levi was prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He took extreme care with the high end wheels on our Porsche, insuring he did not damage them with limited road side equipment.

Incredible. I pulled my truck out of my garage today to find a tire near flat. I pumped it back up and drove right to Whalen Tire assuming I had a leak. I didnt see any obvious damage, nails, screws, etc.When I arrived they immediately pulled my truck into the bay. Just a few minutes later I was told the tire had a bad core in the valve stem. I asked them what I owed them. They said, Nothing. Its just a core. When I insisted they let me pay for their time they refused.When the tech brought my truck out I told him that staff inside refused to let me pay. He emphatically replied, Good!! We want to make friends! He said it was just a core. When I asked what pressure he set the tire at he told me all 4 had been adjusted to 35psi. Mind you, I run E-Rated tires on an offroad truck and set them at 34-35psi normally. It was great that they knew where to set them for what I do, but also adjusted all 4. With winter turning into spring right now tire pressures need to be readjusted anyhow.For those who dont know. The core is the little nipple in the valve stem. Its the button you press to let air in and out of the tire. They can be changed out on the field in a minute or so in a pinch. But these guys dismounted my entire wheel, replaced the core, checked for other leaks, remounted the wheel and then adjusted air pressure in all my tires and refused to take payment. And I was in and out in about 30 minutes.I did not buy my tires there. I dont think Ive ever done business with them before.Thats what you call great customer service!

They found a screw in my tire and patched the hole quickly. I was in and out very quickly, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Great business.

We were very impressed with the costumer service and affordability of working with Whalen’s in Belgrade. Not being familiar with the area and in the midst of crisis, they came recommended by neighboring businesses. Gordy was able to fit us in, explain to us the issues occurring with our trailer and give us a timely and safe solution in order for us to make our way back to Denver. Im late for an airplane. The tire was flat in Dillon. I change the tire knowing Hertz was gonna stick me for a big price. I brought my car in and told him the situation. They were done in 10 minutes flat no charge.

Wow, we cant say enough about the service this company provided us. We had a flat tire on our 5th wheel between Bozeman and West Yellowstone. We called two other places and one referred us to Whalen and it turned out to be a lucky call. The guy they sent (we think it was Zack) was there quickly and changed the tire in less than 10 minutes. He was personable, polite and we would recommend calling Whalen tire.

My tire blew out on my car dolly and they where close. Somebody came out to help and let me park my bus there a few days to come back. Nice guys.

Got me in quick for a tire rotation and balance. Had a slight when wobble at 60 mph before and an even bigger one after. How can a place with tire in the name not be able to balance tires properly? Ressler fixed it the next week and noted how janky the previous balance job was despite me not even mentioning it. Wont be back.

Do not go here for balancing. I left with worse vibrations than I came in with. Weeks later I got my tires re-balanced from another local shop and the vibrations went away.

Been going here for a few years, bought one set of tires, had rotations and snow tires put on each winter.Things were fine till the last visit. Had snow tires put on and they used three bags for four tires and threw them in the back seat with one tire out of the bag and got the seat all dirty. I called and complained.A week and a half later my wife calls me and says the cars is making noises so i had the neighbor Drive it and on one tire all the lug nuts were finger tight except one. Havnt called them yet but needless to say im done with this place.

The staff was VERY friendly and they got us in and out of there quickly!

They got me in right when I called and were done within an hour putting my snow tires on. It only cost $20; compare that to $60 at an auto shop we paid for our other car. We will be coming back in the Spring.
