7/28/21. Thought I was in need of just a battery! Chris, Danny and the professional motorcycle mechanics at Yellowstone, saved my bacon. I was on day 4 from Phoenix Az, Chris sensed something not adding up! Very very grateful for his professional intuition! I could have found out in a remote part of my journey without being able to contact help! Just getting the battery was not the solution! The entire team stepped up and had me on the road by the end of the day! Labor intensive and they came through! Wish I could take them to Phoenix but I wouldn’t do that to them😂😂

Needed a bike for Sturgis and our first thought was Yellowstone Harley. We had used their mechanics on one of our other Harleys and were very pleased. We were not disappointed! Joe with the sales staff was easy to deal with and very attentive to our needs. He went out of his way to check to see if the additional accessories we wanted were available. He was knowledgeable. I would encourage anyone that needed a bike, accessories or service to seek out Yellowstone Harley.

Fine, tent set up then came along a mini micro burst. But the Festivities still took place. Mighty Fine 🙂

Everyone was friendly. They have a great variety of Harley products. Then there are the scoots that they have for sale. Bring your drool bib. The parts department was great help. I told them, I am new to owning a scoot, which really helped me admit to myself that I dont know that much about Harleys. Ladd helped me as much as he could, going off pictures. I know I need to go back for some more parts and look forward to it

Stopping by Yellowstone Harley-Davidson was quite honestly one of the best interactions Ive ever had with a business. I originally stopped by in a pinch to see if I could top up my Chevy Bolt using their fast-charger, but ended up chatting with the staff and taking a spin on a LiveWire, their all-electric bike (the one Ewan McGregor and Charlie Pierce drove across South and Central America).Ho-Ly @#$%! That thing is incredible! Before I took off they warned me to hold on tight. 0-60 in 3 seconds. And the low battery keeps the bike super stable. I hadnt ever thought seriously about buying a Harley before that ride, but now I cant get it out of my mind.Anyway, I definitely recommend this place.

Great shop! I was on a road trip and got caught in a cold rain, dropped into Yellowstone HD and was received like an old friend. Had coffee and conversation, warmed up and was on my way. Awesome folks!

The guys at Yellowstone worked with us to get this done. Very difficult with the store closed. They worked by appointment but I drive a truck and only get one day at home. Sometimes I have run all weekend and not get through the house. They did their best to work within my schedule. My wife and I are very pleased with our experience and purchase.

I walked in just browsing, no real intention of buying anything as I love my Honda Fury. I was welcomed to the store with a handshake, asked if I ride, what I ride, and if I like my ride. After telling them what I ride and that I enjoy it, I was told good, thats what riding is all about. Feel free to browse around and let me know if you have any questions. Far different from other HD stores Ive been to in MT who pretty much ignored me from the minute I walked in.

If you own an older bike, dont even bother calling the service dept. I was just told they only work on new bikes (ones that can be plugged into the computer. Couldnt even get a basic clutch adjustment on my 77.

I was shopping for a used road glide. I bought a brand new one and added pipes, intake and cam before I left. Josh is great and Mathias is a real asset. Yellowstone Harley has the best maintenance crew I have ever seen. The confidence of the staff makes repairs and purchases easy.

Took my motorcycle here due to the reviews saying nothing but wonderful things. As well as the Bear tooth dealer in Billings having horrible reviews. Turns out if you are a local in Bozeman area or know someone at this dealer you’re good. If not then I would not suggest this dealership for repairs. They had my bike for 2 months...waiting for this....waiting for that...then didn’t even call to say it was ready for pick up. I just showed up and saw it was sitting out all day ready to go. NO CALL, to top it off....lied straight to my face that they even washed it for me....I guess by that, they meant it sat in the rain all day the day I picked it up.

Josh Frye has a wonderful crew! As always, the staff greeted me by name. Everyone on staff was very accommodating, helpful and curteous. Always a pleasure to do business at Yellowstone Harley.

I have always had good service

I went into their part department today and spoke to Jim. I needed something they didn’t have and he gave me a few options. As we were outside trying not to reinvent the wheel Jim found the clip we were looking for. This is something that was above and beyond what would be expected and shows true dedication to the customer and the dealership. Thank you for helping a needy traveler.

I bought a new GPS from these folks and had the old one shipped home (not in the US) There was some complications at the border with the old parts but Yellowstone Harley went above and beyond to help get it sorted out.These folks are honest and reliable and I highly recommend them.

I really wanted to give this place a 5-star review. I grew up in Belgrade/Bozeman, and would visit the shop often always wanting a Harley. I moved to western Washington a couple years ago, and finally felt I could afford getting into an HD. I wanted to patronize my hometown shop, so when visiting in late July 2017, I stopped in and spoke with Andy. Andy was and continues to be a great salesman that wants to make sure you get what you want - very straightforward, and I highly recommend speaking with him.They had a bike I wanted, but I had no way of getting it back to Washington. So, working with Andy we made a deal to ship the bike to me without costing an arm and a leg (awesome!), except this is where my issue begins. I fully expected shipping to take 2-3 weeks. I purchased the bike on 07-29-17, and was informed that shipping was being ordered that day. After a week, I dont hear anything from the shipping company so I reach out to the dealership. They assure me it has been ordered. Finally, I decide to call the company (Haul Bikes), and they have no record of a shipment order. I speak to the dealership again, and they assure me it was ordered, but they emailed the company for verification. The next day (08-08-17), I receive an email from Haul Bikes saying theyve received an order - 9 days after I purchased the bike! The email explains that the bike should be picked up in 2-5 days, and delivered within 2 weeks after. Sad, but what can I do? Then I receive a call on 08-10-17 explaining that the bike should be picked up and delivered on 08-13-17 (woohoo!). So, Im eagerly awaiting a call to set up a delivery time, but nothing. I reach out to the driver, who calls back and explains they were re-routed, so now the bike will be delivered by a different driver (sad again). I email Haul Bikes to see what is going on, and why I wasnt informed. Theyre response is they had to re-route the driver, so now the bike is being taken to one of their warehouses and is scheduled for delivery within 21 days. So here I am, writing this long review to express my complete dissatisfaction with the shipping company being used. I sincerely hope to receive my bike before the estimated date of 09-04-17, but it seems unlikely.So, to summarize, this is a great shop with awesome people, but if you happen to be one of the few people like me purchasing out of state, I dont recommend their shipping method. Not only did the order take over a week to process (not sure if that was the dealerships fault, but why I am taking away a star), but the shipping company is taking over a month from purchase date to make a 600 mile delivery.

I was asking for a price equal to my home dealership and she found a way to make me happy, therefore kept the business in her store and than gave us a great recommendation to a local sushi restaurant .
