Cash, Victoria were awesome, I had an issue with the prior order and Cas was more than willing to fix it address it and handle it I am very impressed and very pleased with this place...

Stopped by very early (shortly after open) and was met by a pleasant barista who was happy to take our order and make our drinks. Loved her attitude, and she made great drinks!

My coffee was good but I didnt enjoy the customer service.

Its good but theres a lot better places to get the same drinks, that taste just as good if not better, and for cheaper.

This is one of the best Starbucks in Gallatin County. They are so friendly and willing to help you through the mixology of all their tasty drinks.

I went and asked for a nitro sweet cream cold brew, the employee “kenia/Katrina” made a regular coffee with half and half in it. It tasted like garbage and a bad start to my morning

This is probably the worst experience at a Starbucks I’ve ever had. The lady behind the counter with brown hair and glasses was absolutely rude. Wouldn’t look at me when I spoke to her, snapped at me when I checked that my drink was iced and I’m pretty sure shorted me on the number of shots I was supposed to have in my macchiato. Not only that it was not made properly as it was mixed together like a latte instead of layered with espresso on top and milk on bottom. I don’t pay higher prices for coffee at Starbucks to be shorted on customer service and quality..

Starbucks is the best of the best. No matter what Starbucks I have been in to the drinks are constant in quality, taste, flavor etc. I know that. So I see a Starbucks I take my prepaid Starbucks card (always carry 3-4 $10.00 cards with me) never want to be short on cash when you need a Starbucks, and go in and get a great treat for myself.

What a great staff the Belgrade Starbucks has! Becca is always so upbeat and friendly. Everyone works hard and my drinks have always been fabulous!

Have gone to this location for 2 years until recently. The service has gotten so terrible and they never make my coffee right, not to mention they make you wait 10 minutes to order. There is a redhead who seems to be on drugs and spaces out and doesnt even acknowledge your existence when she puts the drink on the counter she already remade 3 times without saying a word!

Made my coffee twice, got it wrong both times. And Im not a complainer, this place should not be called a Starbucks.

Decaf machine was broken, no big deal. Asked for an americano with soy and the kid set out a bottle of half and half. Also my go cup was 16 oz and paid for 16 oz. He filled it 12 oz or less but the kids at the counter seemed so incompetent it wasnt even worth having them re make another lukewarm drink. Go somewhere else.

No. I love Starbucks but the people there are the absolute rudest and nastiest people I’ve EVER dealt with. We never really had problems before but until a couple weeks ago that changed. I went in to just get my mom and I our regular orders. First off once I got there, there was only one employee behind the counter and it was also the weekend so it was pretty busy. This part I don’t mind because I work at the Starbucks in target and we have problems being very short staffed so I understood that part. I waited for about 10 minutes until I was able to order and a short woman who I believe is named “Ellie” took my order. I asked for my drink first, had no problem. But once I asked for my mothers drink it’s where everything turned sour. I said “could I please get a grande hot, 1 pump mocha with 3 shots” and she grabs an ice cup. Keep in mind this whole time she hasn’t said a word to me. I see her grab the iced cup and so I stop her and ask very nicely to make it a hot one. Once I said that she threw the cup on the ground and grabs a venti hot cup when I asked for grande. Once I get my drinks and go, I get into my car and realize she made a white chocolate mocha with 3 shots. I go home and tell my mother about everything and my mom is not happy. She leaves and once she came back she said the woman STILL made her drink wrong and it was also another venti instead of grande. She called to report her and they were very nice about and said they’d speak with her and pay for our next drinks. This morning I went in again and it was the same lady. She started being nice to me (which is what I was expecting) and it was going fine until she again, grabbed an ice cup for my moms order. I told her it’s a hot drink once again and she tossed it into the trash. It went fine and I didn’t mind it. There was another man behind the counter helping which I thought was good. Once they handed the drinks out they didn’t even stop to say that my drinks are done or even a very simple “have a nice day” which I couldn’t see me doing. I always call the order out and tell people to have nice days. So once I grabbed my drinks I told them thanks and bye. Horrible horrible people

Prices are high..but great frappes..some little treats and sandwishes.

Worst customer service. Out of product to even make coffees. When told out of product they dont suggest anything else. So lost a sale and customer. Will be going to City Brew for now on before I hit Belgrade.

Ran out of coffee at home and needed my fix!!!! I put in a phone order, swooped in and had it in my hands 5 minutes later. Even at 6:05 a.m. the staff was smiling and happy!!!

3/22/2018: At least they did a good job replicating my drink from City Brew. I practically had to ask to get my order taken. The barista #1 didnt even tell me how much I owed, I had to look at the screen. I find that kind of rude. Barista #2 made my special order drink, even did a good job of it. I tipped them and mentioned that I wont have to drive to Bozeman to get my City Brew drink....Crickets... I will go to Bozeman and get my City Brew drink. Personality goes a long way... these guys are 1/10th as charming as the pig Arnold, from Green Acres. I, again, dont dig on Starbucks. Those two trolls ruined it again.

I have not yet been impressed with the coffee at this location. However, their grounds for gardens bags have benefited me many times, and for that, I am deeply appreciative.

Horrible experience. Ive worked for Starbucks for 10 years so I know all to well what the experience should be like. I tried to tell the girl what I wanted in my drink, and what the Starbucks standard is for the drink, and she still made it wrong, even after seeking advice from another employee on how many shots my drink should get, and how to make it. I told her multiple times how I wanted it made, I was too frustrated to even drink it, because it wasnt what I ordered, and it tasted awful.

Coffee was great service was rude she was so busy trying to get stuff done she spent the whole time complaining to me about her job it was only 530 pm a long way till closing

Terrible service. No one was in front of me in line and I waited over 5 minutes to place my order. Then I waited 15 minutes to get my coffee. And the other people waiting for there coffee said they have waited just as long. Plus they are always out of what seems to be what I want haha.

What can I say...it is starbucks...they may not like me because Im a white, male Christian...but i dont mind the coffee so lets call it even.
