Absolutely terrible customer service. Would not return my phone calls and the product is giving bad results even when used by a professional body shop. I recommend do not use this company or product..

Ordered a number of time with no issue, but placed the largest order I have ever done and now cant get any updates on my order. Clearly their answering service is of no help since they dont even work for the company. emails go unanswered, so I will go this route before filing a dispute

Put in an order in November have not received my paint. tried calling at least 30 times. answering service every time no calls back no emails back. they are literally just taking your money and sending nothing

Alsa is a great and amazing chrome specialist. The best in what they are doing. However, they are way too busy with products. No one will want to a lousy products. Therefore, a great product takes time to produce and develop. Dont expect a peanut can give a diamond. Great people and great company to do business with.

These advanced paints require patience and professional application.My experience with Alsa began in 2007 while creating props for Star Trek (2008). I continued to use them in the production of Iron Man 2, Iron Man 3, as well as many non film related projects.Best paints Ive ever used.

Hi to allI do not cover this company !!! I bought paint from them and I am waiting for 1 month for deliveryI am called by a woman who knows nothing !!! He takes information from me and makes me wait for the phone. I have been waiting a week and nobody is calling. I call her several times and nothing further. They took $ 261.82 and I have no paint and no messages from them.The worst company Ive ever done business in my life !!!!!!

Have you ever had to wait days just to place an order despite repeated attempts to contact customer service, dealing with a website that doesnt know the difference between a shipping address and a billing address, or how about reluctant employees that will not return phone calls that keep going to the answering service instead?Heads up, because this is what you get with Alsa Corporation.Was just about to spend several hundred dollars, but it doesnt seem possible!

The most horrible customer service ever instead of fixing the issues they screamed at me and hung up on me when i asked for a supervisor to fix the problem it been almost a month since i put in the order and they have not shipped said there was problem with address but someone contacted me 2 days after the order was made and fixed the their address issues evidently someone there cannot read addresses properly.;

We have new administration and shipments and customer service is immediate.
