Took my car in to get my belt replaced because my car was squeaking like crazy and to get my radiator replaced because it was leaking all over the place. Travis took a look at my engine compartment and noticed right away all the problems that I was having. He gave me a complete breakdown of the cost for each part and labor for each part which I think is a plus. His pricing is very reasonable. I went online and priced all the parts and they all matched up to what Travis was selling them to me for. Travis and his team did a great job in fixing my problems. Travis constantly keep me updated with text messages and photos. They even fixed a few things on my car that I did not ask for free of charge. I highly recommend BB auto Tech!! Travis is amazing! He cares about his customers. He puts himself in consumer position to think effective ways to solve problems with less cost. I got engine error light on and he told me it may be air/ fuel imbalance. After further inspection, he used the injection cleaner to help me clean injector. He was detail oriented and help me to solve the problem.I don’t really know about car but I trust him.I came here got my colleague’s recommendation and now I become the loyal one. VERY HAPPY with the work done here. I had a lot of parts to replace - nearly my entire right suspension. It only took a day to do all of this work. Travis and his team looked over the car to show me what was old and then what had to be changed out. Plus, after a good once over, he found one more wheel issue and quickly fixed it. I have a 2005 Ford Excursion and it had an electric problem, other shops reject my car because it was too old but this guys took the job and fix it. It took them a little while to find the problem but they fix it. they also have reasonable and affordable prices.
