If possible no stars, Im reporting this olace to the bbb . Incredible, i got told a price for new tires and alignment, turns out the tires were semi used, AND the alignment wasnt included and when i asked them to put my old tires back they started throwing stuff an felt they would damage my car..spoke to the manager an he was the one that did the pricing for me turns out i paid for semi used . Wow. And as far as we know they shouldnt charge for them keeping the old ones i can definitely keep them idc... so first they said in the receipt it was for card transaction which another thing turned out to be a lie, it was for the tires. I was still trying to compromise an legit what they did said to get out an take whatever they gave me. I asked to speak to the owner cause family owned . That the owner is never there so if youre the owner please contact me to get this fixed. First being lied with everything, the first time i took it around the corner cause they said the light was okay itll turn off, it never did came back an said the tire didnt have air. So i dont get it. Its new an the light would turn off that it was my car first but then it was it doesnt have air. Second off all i noticed no one wearing a mask an the ones wearing one were half put on under their chin, once my tires were off, protocol no where near. Save yourself from doing my mistake an please dont go here. Worst experience ever. They legit closed the gate on my face. Im forced to give one star to be able to post this. But wow.. this place is trash.Carolina is the one that answers the phone, i was speaking to her as soon as i got there but since i had paid already she went ahead an answered the phone an proceeded to talk on the phone, noe is who i spoke too who is the “manager” . Please don’t go here.

My sister and I went to ask for help with a tire that continues to lose air after 30 miles of driving. She took her car to Brite White Tire and was told she needed a patch and they charged her $15. Great... or so we thought. Her tire continued to lose air while driving so she returned and was told that nothing was done to said tire.She’s been here several times and when our brother-in-law calls on her behalf, they quote him decent prices but when my sister shows up, they double their prices. The employees here are clearly trying to rip off members of the community who want to support them. We are never coming here again.We will take our hard earned income elsewhere.

Im so thankful I decided to call when I busted my tire today! Noe was very helpful over the phone and in person; I got the tire replaced in less than 20 minutes- so I am happy to write this review. It was friendliest and fastest tire service ever! Prices are reasonable as well!!

Both my boyfriend and I had work done on our cars and took them the same day. He left his car there over week and I bought two tires and had an alignment done. When I went back to my car, my softball bat was gone and today when he picked up his car, his case of water was taken. Good work but someone is stealing stuff from clients cars. This is not okay and very disappointing!!!

Always receive great service from Brite Tire. Manuel is great and Noe is knowledgeable for all your needs. Prices are only two dollars higher than the others but at least their prices are posted. I also trust them and use their services without hesitation.

Does good work at a fair price and they use quality parts. They replaced all ball joints, tie rod ends shocks on a chev diesel pickup for under $1,500.00. The truck drives like a new truck now. I never give 5 stars.

Good service but, I like more details apon the work being done. Will see in a few months if 4 new tires and a 2 wheel alignment go with the warranty like stated( 60,000 miles) and 4 new wheel steam, 4 balance tires. And checked both spares! Thank you guys for the great team effort awsome ppl, service and hooked us up with water bottles. Awsome!

Fast and courteous service, I received an alignment it only took about 30 mins, they even Filled my tire with air Because it was low, also the alignment is even better than when I bought it new.

Pulled in for a quick tire change. Guys working are good, fast and knowledgeable. Coming back for a wheel alignment soon.
