Clean and helpful staff

Staff was very helpful on more than one occasion.

I went into the store purchased items and I ask the cashier with red hair sorry but I didn’t get her name to see if I had rewards since I am a member she said she couldn’t look it up and that they took that feature off so she wasn’t able to see then I told her it was weird because I had just purchase something at another location maybe like a week ago she said they changed that this morning then within seconds she changed her story and said that she was able to see my rewards I think she shouldn’t lie to people like that I’m a regular customer so to me that not good customer service

I felt very happy with Sallys beauty supplies there were very helpful and had a great attitude wont be my only time visiting this location

The customer service was ok but I am beyond mad😡😡😡 because I bought a hair dye remover for 13.99 and not only it didn’t work IT TURNED MY HAIR BLUE😡😡😡 and i followed all the directions correctly and I still want my 14.00 back

I experience the worse customer service ever, I ask for help, and the employees ignore me, when I arrived to to the register to pay for merchandise they change the prize that is mark, so I left without purchasinganything. Need better service, and train your employees.

Worst costumer service!!!! I would give zero stars!!! I much rather go to south gate or pico Rivera for a Sallys dont come here!!!! All the girls are either rude or dont help you at all.
