I was recommended to Cudahy Auto Center by a family friend and I have to say that this shop is legit. Bill is very friendly and helpful when it comes to customer service. Today I took my car in for several maintenance issues that the dealership made recommendations on. I gave Bill the list of recommendations the dealership gave me and he says let me take a look and see if I agree with their recommendations. That is genuine communication because most auto shops just want to rip people off. Aside from the customer service, Bill is very kind and compassionate. My car had a mickey mouse job on the radiator, which I was completely unaware of and Bill noticed that my radiators hose was glued to the radiator with silicone! WTH!? I was furious! Had no idea I was driving my car like that. He was very concerned and ended up doing me a favor of fixing it at NO CHARGE!!!!!! Now, thats what I call GENUINE CARE! Bill really did an awesome job overall and I am forever thankful. He really cares to make a difference in peoples lives (hence our community). Give Bill a chance and take your car in, you wont regret it. Very honest and loyal. Thank you Bill.

I needed my car’s front suspension replaced entirely on a Saturday and with many shops closed on the weekends, it was a nice surprise to call and hear that my car could be done in ONE DAY.And it was.INCREDIBLE service.Because I provided my own parts (which was an exception by the general manager, Bill), one of them had to be replaced within a matter of days, and Bill helped make that happen, with again, GREAT and SPEEDY service.The guy is a straight shooter and I am very glad to have found a mechanic I can trust.
