If youre going to do anything remotely technology related like using your phone to pay, using coupons from the app or using an e gift card then dont get in the lane with any of the older looking workers, they have little to no experience and most likely will mess up. If you have a complaint, dont file it with the manager, file it with CVS customer support, the manager doesnt offer much insight. If possible get your prescriptions filled elsewhere, they often take 20-30 minutes for 4/5 customers.
Nice location, they came in clutch when I needed some butter! It was a bit hard to find but they had it!

Recently visited because this was the location I chose to receive my COVID-19 vaccination. Efficient, well organized, and staff made us all feel comfortable. Thank you to Ron, Marlen and the rest of the store staff for all that they do, especially in these challenging times.
I have a segway scooter i fold and park it inside where there is no foot traffic by the entrance (just know that this area is known for thieves I could lock a bike but a Segway is different) ENTER WALTER grave yard employee this guy has a bad reputation when it comes to customer service but today was it for me ....WALTER told me that I couldnt bring it inside... (???) its not in anyones way in here nor is it a hazard where I placed it... Luckily today I wasnt picking up medicine. I just hope WALTER IS not there on a day i need to get my medication...Update: maria from cvs just called me and after a couple of calls she inform me that Im more than welcome to bring the scooter inside as long as I obviously dont ride it obviously... thank you so much Maria ^_^Going from 1 star to 5
Came here for my Covid vaccine appointment at 3 p.m didnt get seen till 5:45 p.m and still waiting because I need to confirm with pharmacy they didntake anyone else do that. They are unorganized and way understaffed just the lines to buy something was so bad the lines reached the pharmacy.
Staff are very nice and helpful. Cleaned store and organize.

The worst customer service I have ever experience not only did I have to wait in line to pick up my waters Because there are no available shopping carts at this location then the only cart that’s available he makes me go and get my waters myself after me waiting in line then I had to wait for the guess The manager was helping While he’s rushing me out of the line I will not be coming back here plus it’s Father’s Day there’s no father day items in the store the cashier at the main checkout line doesn’t greet everyone she didn’t greet me because I was African-American but I saw her greeting other races and I watch the manager as he eyeballed this Latino kid like he was about to steal....

I wish I could give them zero! They made me make line 3 times at the pharmacy first time they said was the wrong line then they ask for the patience I’d when at other locations mine was enough 3 time they told me she needs to be present. She just have surgery the day before she don’t suppose to be walking that’s why I came in the first place. Now she’s crying in pain and we have to wait another hour for her medicine. Unfortunately this was the only place that medicine.

I went to buy some accessories that I needed. Alejandra a nice young lady from the front register was very attentive to myself & the other customers in line. Though the Pharmacy does need better management.

Everything is always fully stocked and as expected from your typical CVS. Only downside is they sometimes have a line problem in the evenings, nights, or at random times. A line at CVS should never take over 5 to 10 min. This isnt a grocery store and no one is getting more than 10 items. Other than that, a CVS is a CVS. Probably the closest one in the area.
Everything you want is locked up and theres never anyone around to unlock it for you, so you go the register and ask them to help you out the person at the register tells you to wait by the item you want unlocked and someone will be there in a bit. You wait around for 5 maybe 10 minutes, no ones shown up yet so you go back to the register, they make an announcement over the loud speaker and say sorry its taking long someone will be there shortly. You go back and wait another 2 or 3 minutes. Still no one but youre fed up this time so you just leave the store angry and just go to Target like you shouldve done in the first place...
I went bought 2 items gave the older lady with glasses at the first register a $50 she gave me change as if I gave her a 20 she denied it for 15 min it took getting her manager and in the register was my 50 she then said some not to good of words in Spanish and its the worst customer experience I have ever had dont go their
There were at least 2 employees just walking around while I waited 6 min and had to press the customer service button twice for bar soap. There were at least 3 other customers waiting like me.

It’s your average pharmacy and retail store where you can buy medicine, makeup, and toiletries. It’s nice that the cashier in the front greets you when you come into the store. I don’t come here to get prescriptions filled because I have seen the long lines and wait times. You can open an account with CVS to rank up points to get deals and coupons. The place can be a little disorganized at times and most of the items are under lock, so you have to ask for a clerk to open the case. They have their own parking lot and there is no drive-thru pharmacy. I come here to buy basic products and it’s always good when you have a coupon to use. The lines for the cashier can sometimes be long because they only put one cashier. They need to add more people to get people out more quickly.
This location lacks management, lines for prescription pick up are the worst I have ever seen, the wait is usually 1hr and thats with all registers open. The front registers themselves are also a long wait. I went there today for a passport picture, the picture quality is Horrible, you only get 2 pictures and I paid $14 for them. DO NOT GET YOUR PICTURE TAKEN AT CVS, some girl at the register did it and she doesnt even seem to know what she was doing, just because she can snap a pic and is able to print them doesnt mean shes qualified to be doing the job, she didnt even cut them right, one of the 2 pictures has a white line on top and I cant even cut it off because if I do I wont measure 2inches anymore, they wont even take them for my passport foto. Needless to say I spent $14 on 2 passport size pictures for nothing. I Do Not Recommend this place to anyone.
The pharmacist that was there today treated me like a criminal just for being there to fill a controlled substance that was prescribed by my doctor. Her attitude toward me was more like she works for the DEA. I am a patient not a felon. Do yourself a favor and look for a local pharmacy where people treat you like a human being. Do not shop here.
Worst CVS ever, I will give minus 5 stars. The pharmacy is a nighnight over 1 hour waiting unacceptable. My prescription taken somewhere else and if you are reading this do the same.

Good cvs but the shift supervisor, Ronald, is so hostile and aggressive toward both his employees and customers. I have been a witness of how unprofessional he is which is why I rate this cvs so lowly. The employees are really nice but you can tell how nervous they feel when he is around. Never returning, just because Ronald is excessively unpleasant.
Pharmacy service was horrible!! Rudest pharmacist i have ever spoken to. Wouldnt recommend coming here for your medication. The store itself and the workers arent so bad but that pharmacy isnt right.
The last couples of times I went, around 8 pm, the pharmacy was properly staffed and the wait was short and the service was super fast.
If you plan to drop off any ups box go somewhere else unless you have time to make a long line just to drop off.

Came to use coin star and by the time it was supposed to give me the ticket it prompted to ask for employee assistance, went to ask a cashier which happened to be the manager and he told me I had to wait, there was no one to help me. SMH I am a customer as well and didn’t appreciate the manner in which I was spoken to. Very unprofessional, I’ve worked retail for years and we go out of our way for customer service. This is my local cvs, I always had a pleasant time shopping there till today.. one of the product I purchased had a peel off coupons, I took it off to see if it was expired. I go to the cashier and the coupon doesn’t scan. The manager Ronald is called and he is the rudest person I have ever meet. He didn’t acknowledge me, he seemed fustrated and upset. He said the coupon didn’t scan because it wasn’t for that product. I explained to him I peeled it of that product and he elevated his voice saying I shouldn’t of taken it off.. after this incident I will no longer shop at this location.. RODALD should leave his personal issues at home.. no customer should have to put up with his ugly attitude.

Worst Customer Service at CVS Pharmacy... Pharmacy technician didnt want to refill my prescription just because she didnt feel comfortable... Since I usually go to RiteAid she said for me to go refill the prescription to RiteAid even though I mentioned to her that RiteAid didnt have the medication available. She was Rude and her explanation didnt make any sense to me ... Never going to this CVS Pharmacy again!!!
The pharmacists discriminate against people for reasons of their address, medication type, and quantity. They do not honor your doctors medically necessary treatment medications. They suggest they know better than your doctor.
I would give 0 stars if I could I brought my prescription and been coming every day to pick up and they told me it was going to be ready next day, and now they told me that they have on hold so I have to make another line!!!!! And they are rude

The blonde lady with glasses always stares at everybody coming in. Is creepy. The only reason they get 3 stars is because on school days they make the kids leave their backpack on the entrance. I do come and shop here at times but it can get really expensive and the pharmacy gets packed. For the pharmacy you should head there at 10 pm or 11 am.
Horrible service. The Pharmacist Lucy is not professional. She creates a hostile environment for other employees as well as customers. She has a serious attitude problem and is beyond rude to customers.And Im not the only one who feels this way. She needs to go find another job or fix her attitude.

The pharmacy service is horrible!!!! I only used them because they are 24hrs. They leave you on hold for 20 to 30 mins. Went there today to get a prescription refilled the lady swore my insurance was no good which she was wrong. Had to call the Cvs on Firestone got it fixed solved in 5 mins. This workers need some customer service skills six people working only 2 helping when the line is almost to the front of the store absolutely horrible service.
Absolutely horrible.... Went in for a prescription they said it would be ready in an hour went back after an hour and 45 minutes and still wasnt ready. Waited another 45 minutes and went back and the pharmacist didnt even touch my order which then the cashier said she would get someone else to get it. This is worst then going to the doctors office. Avoid the pharmacy in Atlantic very poor service and even worst employees

Very dissappointed with this CVS, their pharmacy in particular. SLOW SERVICE. The waiting line to just dropp off your prescription is ridiculous! They send you from one line to the other, only to tell you to get back in line again.

The pharmacy has the worse customer service. We waited nearly an hour to drop off our prescription.
A couple of other reviews have pointed this out as well. They are not 24hrs. They close around 12am. They have no signs of hours but I have gone a couple of times and have found it closed.
