Great customer service, I always order the chamango and a rocky road banana split, though sometimes they’re out of ingredients.

I JUST Discovered this hidden gem today.Ok, ok, its been there for a bit, but it was MY First time there. The lady was VERY Friendly, courteous and attentive.The raspado was delicious. The rest of the menu was just enticing. I will DEFINITELY Return...and SOON!!! 👏

The BEST BEST BEST place for raspados. I grew up going to raspados xpress in Panorama City at Plaza Del Sol and when I move from the Valley this was one my place I will miss and thank god they opened one in Bell Gardens a lot closer to me 💗 I love their raspados the chamango is my favorite !! All their flavors are natural flavor is not like other places and they say if fresh and freshly made ! You can actually taste the difference!!

Ordered 3 raspados, Tamarindo, passion fruit and pineapple. All of these were spoiled. The almibar was expired already. All 3 of them. I understand its been super hot but still it should be kept fresh especially when this is the main thing they sell. Last time coming here.

This place is home. Ive gone to other Raspado Xpress, but the Florence and Walker one is the best!!! The mangoneadas, chamangos, and bionicos are sooooooooo good!!!!

Love this place. Best raspados in town by far. Service is always great. Unless the girl with the red streak in her hair is there, shes pretty rude. They dont have AC so its more of a grab-and-go place, especially in the summer. Also, theyre cash-only. Other than that, definitely a must try if youre from the Bell/Bell Gardens area.

The items are great but sadly the staffing is the worst...they add up on their own the totals and have totalled things wrong for me multiple times so make sure you always double check their math. the women are not welcoming and they seem very unhappy to be working there. Lastly, tonight when I visited with my child a woman stated she was closing early because she had been alone for the day; this was odd since three other people were there closing. After I shared that online the business hours show for 9 pm she said OK Ill have them, the other staff there, help. Made me feel like a bother. Soon after two more customers came and they too were helped but with less drama....so double, check their math,call if youre visiting after 730 to make sure theyre still open and try to ignore the bad attitude so as to enjoy the delicious goodies.

I really like Raspado Xpress chain, however this location needs to upgrade everything. There was no costumers when I got there, and there was 2 people working. It took them a while to at least greet me. When they finally did they just said I will be with you shortlyThey finally took my order, and started making it. The fruits tasted like they were in the fridge for a long time. I asked for a drink with chamoy, but it didnt taste like chamoy at all, it tasted like hot sauce and lime. The decor is just like a donut shop, nothing like the other locations. I wish they put more effort at least into their customer service.

Overall, they make good raspados. The regular raspados such vanilla or tamarindo are not that good.
