The result is fairly well. I cant believe they finished earlier for us either! We have 220 blankets and 70 pairs of slippers. They finished everything less in a month, and did some extra slippers for us.

Designs are customizable. There are various color options for threat. Great service. Everyone is really patient while working with us. They gave us great advice base on their experience and profession as well. It is much easier to visit their store/factory in person for details.

Nice staff but the owner/manager Ronen was extremely disrespectful. After accidentally charging me for embroidering 6 scrub tops instead of 5, he admitted the mistake and that he owed me one. That 6th scrub had the wrong colors - after informing him of that fact and asking how to fix the error, he responded with ‘who gives a s—t.’ Unbelievable.I’m happy to edit this review if he fixes this issue, but the lack of professionalism is notable either way.

I like good service that I received, I ordered a hat and shirt and both looked good, Id come back again. They are located in two places so it easier to pick things up if one location is near heavy traffic. Oh and Ronen? Hes quite the character, in a good way!

I wish I could give them negative stars. The boss Ronen is terribly rude, and has awful phone presence. He cuts you off in the middle of sentences and generally does not care about the quality of work that he puts into the world. The staff is beyond incompetent when it comes to customer service and education. I dropped off $700 dollars worth of scarves to be embroidered assuming the finish would be just as Ive seen on my own clothing with logos stitched into them. No. There was cardboard paper stitched to the back of every single scarf. When I called and asked them to explain how and why this happened, their excuse was everybody knows theres a paperback with embroidery. HOW?! How would anybody know that unless thats explained to them?! I tolerated their awful customer service just for them to ruin all 30 of my gifts.
