I submitted an order on the website for plastic bags. And then they emailed me that shipping cost will be more, that there was a glitch on the site. There was no glitch, every time i logged on the site there was a flat shipping option. They cant just change it anytime they want, any professional company would respect the transaction. And they didnt even let me know that they cancelled the order which caused me a lot of inconvenience.
