I have to give Straight Shooters a big two thumbs up for their exemplary customer service. I received a damaged sample pack of airgun pellets and didnt notice that there were a significant amount of them damaged as a result of shipping. I sent an email out pretty late at night hoping for a response within a day or two. To my surprise, they responded within an hour of me sending it. The owner, Craig Porter, told me no problem and said hed send a replacement pack the next day....which he did. He told me to keep the one I had (most of them were good, they werent all bad, just 15% or so). I got a replacement pack in a couple of days and they were all good pellets. Service like this just cant be any better. Ill deal with this place again in the future just based on his response. Hes the poster boy for getting it right!

This is my favorite place to buy air rifles and air rifle supplies. Theyre small and customer service oriented as opposed to the big box stores. Id highly recommend that you check out Straight Shooters.
