I had a wonderful experience today. Pharmacy staff was very helpful getting me a discount. The pharmacist today was extremely helpful. The one the other day was not at all. It’s just luck of the draw I guess
Pharmacy staff was rude. She got annoyed when I explained she gave me the wrong product. Front counter staff were more friendly but nothing to write home about.
Today called to check on a prescription that was Escribed by the nephrologist and the first call was never picked up by a person but a machine and then music played for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back and a store employee told me that she would help me and call the pharmacy on another line and find out the problem and have them talk to me. She also hung up on me. I called back and waited 2 minutes for a pharmacy rep to speak to me and tell me that the prescription can be picked up. This is the routine with most CVS pharmacy locations when I am asked to call by the patient to find out their Rx status. I always ask the patients to use another pharmacy for this reason.
Gave them a second try but the same b.s. Days passed and no sign of my kids medication. I called to ask what was going on and they tell me insurance wouldnt cover so they just didnt worry about even asking if I cared to pay out of pocket. They just assumed for me. Staff at pharmacy is rude and unprofessional the way they talk to you. Switched to k&m already. DONE WITH CVS!
Waited in line 1 hour in drive through for testing just to be told I’m not in their system they told the same thing to the customer in front of me same thing and they had an appointment as well, very unprofessional
They dont answer the phone and bad service!
The pharmacy employees are disrespectful and rude
Drive through line 25 mins, on hold over the phone18 minutes only for someone to answer and quickly say please hold, then be thrown back on hold for another 5 minutes. I can honestly say I’ve NEVER had a good experience with them.
Under staffed, over worked, and no sence of workflow.The Urgent Care sent the medication Rx at 430pm. I had to go in a show my insurance card before they started to make my 14$ medicine.I told the lady I would be back at 9pm, then waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes before they attended me at the window. They attended two other customers that came after me and the pharmacy tech got two baskets filled with medications and started to reprice them instead of helping me. When I was finally helped, they said it wasnt ready! I told them they needed to find it. I had to wait another 15 min for them to find the medicine. Then I had another RX, I told the pharmacy tech to put it on hold. She DELETED the RX. How stupid!!! I will never be back to CVS. CvS should stop making multi billion dollar deals with insurance companies and hire more a qualified employees.
Makeup and beauty products are too expensive.
