Brooke stayed after the store closed to help us out with a new phone issue, she stayed on the phone with customer service for over three hours and refused to give up until this problem was solved. If I could give ten stars, I would.

July 2 went to Ohio to visit my Dad for his Birthday and to get him a phone. Gave him my Apple 11 with 128gb of memory and I got a 12. The sales rep didn’t tell me the 12 was giving me was only 64gb. I Went to use it for my job and the apps I use are there but they can’t be downloaded due to the memory only be 64gb. I should have asked but if someone has a high memory on their previous phone why would you not keep it that way or at least tell them it’s less. Didn’t get a receipt. Wouldn’t let me add my device dollars because it was “too late” horrible. The phone is going back tomorrow. Verizon’s and their authorized dealers customers service are getting worse by the year.Update- so I called July 3 less than 24 hours after purchasing the phone and spoke to the sales rep Josh. Was told when I got back to Maryland I could take it to any of their stores. He even pulled up the store in Ellicott City. When I got home to Maryland 7:15 PM July 3rd, the day after I purchased the phones in Ohio, I called the store in Ellicott City and three more stores in Maryland to be told the same thing, they are not a part of TCC and they cannot not take the phones back. Verizon would not help either due to the phones being purchased at an authorized dealer. So I am stuck with a phone, had to by storage on the cloud (extra money a month) to move my photos and music so I can get my work apps and email back on the phone.Horrible experience. I will only buy phones from Apple as this was the last straw dealing with Verizon and their authorized retailers.

Nice employees and although they couldnt correct the problem. Evidently a tower is down that affects Bellefontaine Ohio, I felt they understood why I was upset. Ill definitely be back.

I was having internet service (Centurylink) issues at home. Jen was very helpful in figuring out a data plan so I could use my phone as a hotspot in order to be able to work from home.

Great customer service, the only verizon store Ive ever been in that actually left me satisfied. Though I sat in there for hours on the phone with customer service trying to set up a new account & plan on top of getting a new phone, each worker in there made sure to keep me happy & Ethan stayed passed closing time just to make sure I left with a working phone & a better plan. Greatly appreciate each of them for their hard work

This place is awesome. The staff was like joking around with an old friend. It did take longer than expected but it was right the first time and I didnt have to go back. ( like I have at other stores ).As he was on hold with corporate with my problem he took care of other customers. And as he was the only one in there he helped as many people as he could while working on my problem.Thank you so much Derrick M. Im going to tell everyone to go to your store from now on.And to the people that said they are pushy are wrong. He did not try to pressure me into anything I didnt want. But then again you are in a phone store and they are just trying to make sure you have what you need

I will never buy another product from this store again. Within 12 hours of my mothers passing, I went to this store to replace my phone that was damaged. The sales rep quoted me a price on the new phone since he did not have mine in stock. He set up my new phone and I left. Unfortunately, because I was emotionally drained, I did not take time to look at my receipt until I got back home (which is 1000 miles away.)It turns out the sales rep quoted me a price that was 80.00 less then what he charged me. He also charged me for phone set up which he did not tell me about. The new phone is also defective.I have called Verizon and the manager of the store to try to get this resolved. Unfortunately, because I bought the phone outside an actual Verizon company, they will not replace my phone. The store will not replace it either because I am not able to bring it in physically and it is outside the 14 day return policy.Basically I am now stuck with a defective 930.00 phone with no options from anyone.Lastly, the manager I talked with did not care about my concerns or my call . He was unwilling to provide any options or even credit my account for the erroneous information given. I guess customer service is not a priority at this store.
