All their down jackets looked like potato sacks, shapeless and dull. Those of us that can wear Uniqlo clothes like to show off our lean shapes and potato sake isnt it. Think Lululemon 👍

Love shopping here. Their puffer jackets are amazing and really do keep you warm and toasty. This is my go to place for all my basics down to the socks. The only thing I dont like is the fact that they changed the material on the shirts...Im still testing out the new material so Ill get back with another review after a few washes.

This was the first time I visited the store and loved the place. They have awesome collection and there are huge discounts going on. They have discounts on the website and app as well. They have limited the number of people in the store and maintaining social distancing guidelines. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend checking this store!

My wife likes this store, it is a Japanese brand. Their prices are marked just fine to compete with other like Zara, H&M, quality looks decent. We dont have store in Portland Oregon yet. Employees are working hard to keep the store safe for shoppers by maintaining the limit of occupants...

If you like the brand is up to you, but for the staff I can speak. They have been really nice every time I go and cashiers are really friendly. Dont be shy to ask for help, they really are good at helping.

I always pop into Uniqlo for a quick look and they never fail to have great staples. Very high quality clothing at reasonable prices. The cut and fabric of their clothing trends toward modern runway. They always have tons of kitschy graphic t-shirts all year long with cartoon characters, bright colors and modern art. I reccommend at least trying on a peice of their clothing, you will be impressed with the fit and quality.

Glad they are in the usa now. Great place to get causal sporty clothes. They have plain shirts and blazers and most popular for their packable jackets and vests. I always love to see their cute new t shirt designs. However wish they would print them on more stylish shirts. But great place to get super cute childrens clothing. They have everything from swimwear, under garments and slippers.

OMG received the worst customer service ever! Came in looking for their basic leggings that are always stocked in the basics section in different colors and styles but this time they didn’t have any, so I asked one of the floor associates who looked hella sleepy and high on something. I clearly asked if they had any leggings and she was so confused and said she didn’t know what I was talking about and decided to show me some socks. Really! How hard is it to find basic leggings, you either have them or you don’t. They honestly need to find better customer service people bc this Asian girl didn’t know anything and wasn’t interested to help and was acting sleepy during our entire conversation. We finally went up to the register to ask and the cashier informed us they will have some closer to Fall and the ones they had already they put on sale so they’re all out. Finally some clarity on the mystery of these leggings!

I always have a pleasant shopping experience at Uniqlo Bellevue. The staffs are always quick, friendly, and helpful. It is also easy to navigate. I tried the Uniqlo store pick up and it was seamless. Definitely better to do in-store shopping than their online shopping experience, in my opinion.

It felt a little crowded, not a lot of space between racks. All the lights and the ticker strip that goes around the entire store was kinda disorienting. Didnt see any staff. The clothes seemed overpriced for what they were.

Two star for the style. But the quality is horrible!! Spend almost 50$ for a kid’s jacket, not expecting wearing for a year. However, ONLY 2 weeks, my lo found the zip totally broken! I can’t tell if it’s coming with this broken zip or not?! Because it’s JUST 2 weeks! The customer service is painful. I bring my original receipt. And they told me they can’t exchange for me, because the tag is gone. For those who want to shop UNIQLO, check CAREFULLY before you pay for it!

Clean and organized clothing store with friendly workers

I wanted to exchange winter jackets that I ordered online for a bigger size. The website clearly showed that the stock is available in store. When I went to the store they told me that they have sent everything to the warehouse a few days back. So I ordered a new one from their online store to pick up at this store. I placed the order at 10:30pm and get an email at 11:15 am the next day that the order is ready for pickup. Looks like they have all the jackets stored in their back room but they were too lazy to go check. Now I have to pay $7 Shipping for returning the previous jacket. Hugely disappointed in customer service

Fitting rooms closed at 8, no one was able to try anything on. People were just dropping clothes and walking out.

Absolutely worst return policy. Even with tags on and stuff in unused condition, they won’t return the online purchased items at the stores.

Bought 2 pairs of jeans for a hundred bucks and the cashiers didn’t remove the security tag from the back of one of the jeans. I didn’t notice till when I was going to wear it and I had no time to go back to the store so I tried to remove it and it just made a hole in it. So I’m not able to wear a pair of jeans because of the cashier’s carelessness.

Efficient systems and friendly staff

This is was the worst experience I have ever come across with such an unfriendly staff ever. We came into the store like 30 minutes before it was closing and then every 5 minutes the staff told us that the store will be closing. When it was 5 minutes from closing, the staff demanded that we go checkout right away and not allowing us to finish what we were doing. It would have been fine if it would have been one person, but it was a couple staff members, one after another saying the same thing. The staff did not offer any help at all to find anything in the store and it was just the worst, unpleasant experience ever.

Uniqlos baby clothes quality beats Carters. Please put baby sale items close to the normal ones. I discovered that like when I went there for the 10th times.

What a mess: clothing everywhere, the heat must have been on 80, too many people, and very long lines to check out. Ive heard the products are good quality, but what I tired on seemed thin and poorly made. The sizing (s/m/l) was based on a petite body frame.

Manager was not helpful in resolving the issue.

Really unique store (pun intended!). I love that their clothes are cut skinnier. Not like the hipster skinny thing, what I mean is that shirts, for example are cut much trimmer so button up shirts dont have all this material billowing out around your midsection. The shirts look much better. Ill go back, for sure.

Like an Asian Forever 21, I love this place. Inexpensive, fair in fashion and darn good material. Best of half my wardrobe is from here and every season comes out with more great stuff. Plus, good location, around plenty of good places to eat and visit. Good clothes, music and atmosphere. Happy shopping.

I really like their Heattech range for the winter, it’s great to layer. My issue is with this one person at checkout. I was trying to return some things that I bought online. She didn’t ask me if I had the card that I ordered with to begin with. After going through the entire process she said I need to have the card to get a refund. When I said I don’t have the card, she said ‘oh, I can give you a refund on this card’ which is the store gift card. I politely said I don’t want that since it’s almost $200 and I don’t think I’ll shop for that much at their store anytime soon. She said she has to follow company policy and cannot refund it to any other card. And, she was very condescending and behaved like I didn’t understand English (almost judging me for being Indian). She spoke slowly, and said “this is money, you can use to shop”. I understand the concept of store credit, thank you. My point being, I don’t want to shop at your store. Why can’t Uniqlo just do a direct refund to the card we used, like all other stores.

Great location, big, organized, and clean store, good selection for all ages, and friendly, helpful staff. One thing, clothing on mannequins can be updated more frequently. I wanted to buy a pair of pants that I liked on a mannequin, but when I asked, they only had 3-4 pairs (not my size) left.

I LOVE THIS STORE!! I have been wearing UNIQLO for years. They are a clothing company from Japan, and the clothes are well designed and well made. They use really good materials, especially for active wear.In Asia, they are famous for their down jackets, which are super light. All their products are well made and reasonably priced, and even better when they have sales. You can also shop online.The parking garage is rather confusing. Just park close to MACYS, and go through the store to the mall.

I just love their seasonal UT Graphic Tees but you have to stop by in time before they are sold out. The pajama sets are nice too!

Good for wardrobe basics for a good price. The clothes have been sturdy, but nothing too fancy. They have mens, womens, and kids section, though the kids section is much smaller than mens and womens.

Extremely friendly staff - have helped me with several purchases and a few hassle-free returns in the past. While a few products didnt work out, the ones that do are great. Favorites are the slim fit chinos, selvedge jeans, button-down shirts, sweat pants, and hoodies.

Socks of such good quality, less than 4 dollars. Half of the UNI QLD is in the business and the other half is volunteering for the society. Really cost-effective, why am I so stupid before?

Finally able to access Uniqlo in the Pacific Northwest!!! Although their style may be simple, it is always a great place to go to get some staple pieces for the wardrobe. Generally decent quality and prices are reasonable. Of course, if you catch something that is end of season, then usually great discounts. All of their pieces are available in several colors so you can definitely mix and match.

This is my type of style. Minimalist!!!! The clothing is very simple and made of good material. I would recommend to go during the weekdays cuz if you go on the weekend it is crowded. Their sales are awesome too!!!! 7 bucks for a nice dress shirt.!!!! Will continue to shop there.
