Dont waste your time with this company. I ordered a new door back on 4/1/21 and they quoted a 1 week delivery/install time frame. Its now been almost a month and a half and we still dont have a door. Their level of communication with their customers is extremely poor in my opinion. Im not sure if they are just completely disorganized, or really just dont care at all. My emails asking for updates have all gone unanswered. I have now been calling them daily asking when the door will be delivered. They say it will be delivered today before 6pm. We will see... Update: Still no door!

Dont waste your time. Completely unreliable had install dates back in december. They kept pushing back and finally stopped answering phone calls or emails. 3 weeks ago i tried again because they had one of my doors and it seemed like they were going to get it done. They then repeated the process from last time so I called and canceled. Horrible communication.
