I am new to the area, and scrambled to find a clean, nearby temp controlled storage facility. At a stressful time, I could not have been more relieved to find Denise at Bel-Red Storage, who answered the phone and was available in the office that day to help. This facility is spotlessly clean, well maintained, secure, and most importantly staffed by someone such as Denise who went above and beyond to be of kind, professional, and considerate help. I could not be more happy with my experience here.

Had a car booked at Hertz. I entered through the Storage rental office doors, being the first time I had ever been there. As I waited for someone to arrive I plugged my phone into an outlet at the base of a lamp as it was critical to have juice to complete the transaction I was about to make. The manager/owner, older guy in a blue oxford came in immediately started barking pointed questions at me. Were closed!! he angrily spouted. I have a reservation, I said For what?!!! he yelled his voice growing louder and temper at its max. He was THE most frightening and rudest worker Ive ever come into contact with. The Hertz employee was gracious to me and went above and beyond. Dont ask for help from the storage place for the last hour of the workday. Youll get your head bit off.

If.you have to store, Bel-Red Storage is the place to store. Excellent customer service from a knowledgeable staff.

I shopped around for a climate controlled space for storing summer tires. I called locations in Monroe, Redmond and Lynwood. I was surprised that Bel-Red Storage offered the best deal. In addition, only they offered complete climate control (heating and cooling) so as to keep a steady temp indoors, as well as control humidity. Finally, the security is also excellent. I was also very happy with the customer service offered by Nick and Denise. -Recommended!

I was there to rent a U haul truck. It was a Sunday and there was only one person working. She was very efficient and got the job done very quickly. But remember people going to this store to rent a truck should look for the name of this business and NOT that of U-haul.

I rented here for about 9 months as I was looking and moving into a bigger place. They were great! I love the facility, big and clean. My sister went with me once expecting it to be creepy...far from it.After I moved procrastinated on moving out. I thought I should make it coincide with the monthly billing. Turns out I not need to wait. They offered a refund for unused days and I promptly received a check about a week later. That was a nice little bonus.

Ive rented various types of units here and cant complain about anything. The staff is all very friendly and the prices seem to be in-line with other storage units in the area. Collocation with a Hertz car rental has also made this place somewhat of a one-stop for me as well. Great place!

A clean establishment. The building would seem to have clean floors, well lit hall ways and offers a convenient selection of retail items. The business offers a variety of locker sizes.The staff is great, I never had an issue with any of them. I know I can ask them any stupid question I have about my account or their facilities.The only gripe I have about this place is the smell of cat litter and the lighting in a locker unit. My locker is on the second floor and this floor always smells like cat litter. I have a large locker and the single light bulb doesnt offer a significant amount of illumination. This would seem to be a common trait across storage facilities.

The manager (Jennifer) is always willing to help. I really appreciate how she will go the extra mile to make sure all my storage needs are met. Climate-controlled, clean, and secure. Everything I want. Staff is friendly and professional. Wide aisles and big carts provided. The many times weve been there, it is quiet and uncrowded, even on weekends. Codes are required to get onto the elevator and to each floor, so its very secure. Nothing goes unrepaired. The restrooms are well-maintained. Driving a big truck there is easy with loading spots and no tricky hills or big roads. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff. The storage was convenient, affordable, and the late hours really worked for me. Overall a great experience and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend.

Bel-Red Storage is a wonderful community oriented business. They give significant support to Bellevue Youth Symphony, helping to ensure that all kids can participate, regardless of financial position.

These guys are best. I had very good experience twice when I went for Uhaul pickup. They also have storage options from small to large. Every storage is having temperature control maintained in all seasons.

Upgraded to a bigger unit during a move, and when I showed with a uhaul full of stuff, my code didnt work. Their on call maintenance determined my problem to be a non emergency and cost me a whole lot of time and money.

The employees are unfriendly and arrogant and will charge ($50.00) even for cancelling the U-Haul beforehand. BEWARE. Go for public storage for your needs and other U-Haul location.
