Within 3 years of leasing your “like new” system the soft water system broke and flushed it self for about 20 hours which is like keeping a hose running for the whole time. In California that’s really bad and doubled my water bill. When the tech cam which took about 2 days they said “oh this system still has the old valve, I’ll update it now”. Now my RO system is leaking for the 2nd time, a different component of the RO system. This makes me really question the quality of materials you guys sell. Called the call center just to tell me to turn off the water in the kitchen and someone will call (not come) on Monday. I regret deciding to use your products.
$20 a month or $2,000 to buy the system 😂🤣 Costco sells same thing for $200. This place is a joke
