This is an excellent place to get tiles. So many choices. I have been to many floor places and could not find the one I like. I found my mosaic tiles for my kitchen backsplash here. Prices are good and it took them the next day to get my tiles. B & w said 3-5 business daysand I needed it ASAP. Wish I have known about this place earlier. Excellent service. Francisco is Amazing

Dan of Outlet Tile Center was INCREDIBLY helpful with a closet remodel project in our home. We were in a tough spot as we needed to match the unusual flooring in the other section of closet. It was a very difficult to find porcelain tile product.Due to the pandemic, our family is staying in-- so I sent Dan photos of the unusual tile. He hunted down the manufacturer and distributor. He helped us place an order. We just received the order this week and its a perfect match! We are so grateful to the Outlet Tile Center as they have the widest selection of tile and excellent customer service. This was the easiest textile purchase Ive experienced. Thank you!

This is the best flooring and tile place I have been to. Always straightforward with what to expect and when to expect it and will give you transparent recommendations based on your budget. I got the most affordable premium vinyl flooring for less than I expected. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Do NOT shop at this store. They are not even remotely interested in providing customer service. Though they pretend to be an outlet their prices are higher than nearly every other tile provider around. I drove an hour to get here yesterday looking for tile to match existing tile in my home. I had a very specific conversation with a sales person about the tile I needed for a renovation project. He knew what I needed and was supposed to contact the vendor. I drove all the way back today, and he refused to even ask simple questions of the vendor. He refused to give me any contact information for the vendor. COMPLETE disregard for my time. With typical bait and switch he suggested I find something else. DO NOT patronize this store.

Bought hardwood flooring and at thier suggestion they installed it. Worst thing we could done. This floor was not put in right. It creeks and squeaks and where it meets the bathroom tile was left unfinished. It looks good but just dont walk on it. We are now in the process of having it all ripped out and a correct floor put in.

Came in looking for some hardwood greeted by I guess a salesman wasn’t to helpful. I inquired about installation he said it’s $12 a sq ft!!! RIP OFF! Other places around have everything included for that price material and labor here it’s only labor
