I have bought many vehicles over the years and am a 25 year active duty military guy, but NO OTHER car buying experience comes close to the experience I had with this dealership. Chris and Nick were the consummate professionals. The customer service, responsiveness, and honesty with ZERO PRESSURE convinced me to drive 3 hours to get the car I was looking at AND pay $500 more than another vehicle I was looking at much closer. Had a great experience buying a used car here. I was frustrated after going to another dealership where the salesperson was giving me the runaround and changing the terms of the deal at the last minute, so I walked on that deal and found out that this dealership had the same car, less miles, for a lower price. As soon as I got here I could tell it would be a much better experience. Chris made the experience so easy and quick, I was able to get a great deal and trade in my old car. Chris was honest and straightforward about the price and the process. I walked away very happy with my purchase and grateful that I didn’t buy a car elsewhere.

Recently found out we had car trouble and had to look for a new car. We looked online and found a used car here that we liked. When I got there Chris was super nice, patient and friendly and helped us in anyway he could. Helped us get a loan and a new car in a quick amount of time cant thank him enough. Terrible service. Came for a simple oil change, with appointment at 0845am, its 1130am and still waiting. The representative that took my car is nowhere to be found, and the other ones are not willing to help. If an oil change takes over 3 hours, I wonder how long would it take for something more complex. Definitely killed my morning plans. Ill have to look for another place to service my VW. Its now 1135, and was told its almost done. Disappointed at the time it takes even to get an update.

Don’t take your car here if they have electrical issues. what took them two weeks to do nothing about, another shop i took my car to figured out in two days. and this place still charged me 500 bucks. stay away imo.

In my 40+ vehicle transactions this was one of the best. Nick worked on his day off to confirm the features on the car I wanted, Kelly made the transaction a joy. I immediately could sense an exceptional level of integrity, vehicle knowledge and confirmation of vehicle quality. I made an appointment to have my oil changed at 11am. I arrived a few minutes early and was told that it would take around an hour and a half. I was told it was “because of lunch and all”. I ended up waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes JUST for an oil change. I think waiting almost 3 hours for my oil to be changed when I made an appointment is ridiculous. It definitely didn’t appear to be a very busy day, either.Needless to say, I won’t be taking my car back.

Really a wonderful experience. I have a terrible habit of swapping out cars every year or so so Ive been through a couple dozen experiences and never had one so painless and easy. I worked with Kelly, and she well understood the used Audi she was selling on a technical level I wasnt expecting. She understood each feature to quite a surprising depth. The negotiation was fast and painless and paperwork took only 45 minutes. From the decision point to driving away + the complexity of a trade took me 1.5 hours beginning to end. Incredible buying experience thanks to Kelly and the Finance manager I worked with. Unfortunately, I cant remember her name but she was also wonderful. Very transparent and the warranty conversation was quick and painless because she didnt try to up-charge on the quote. Sometimes dealers come in with crazy pricing on the warranties and they didnt approach it that way either. Great price for the car and a very fair offer for my car on trade in. End-to-End was so painless, I will be returning to this dealer to try to find my next car (Hopefully not in the next 12 months!)

I had contacted them regarding a estimate for a valve body replacement in my Beetle. When the estimate was sent to me it was a line in an email that said it would be about $3400 plus tax. There was no written estimate or anything attached. So I went in to find about about a more detailed break down and was told he didnt have one. He was told that it needed a bunch of parts (of which he couldnt tell me which ones it would need). I find this strange as the valve body from their own dealership costs $1350 approximately at their parts counter and most places have said it was about a 4-5 hour job. Why would they think that a customer should take that as an estimate and just go ahead without actually knowing what the full job entails. Horrible way to do business!

Bought my diesel Jetta here and it ran smooth for almost a year then there was a fuel system issue. It was terrible timing with me working full time during the pandemic. We brought the car in during the, I was scared it was going to cost a few thousand and without being asked they covered it even though we didnt have a warranty. I can tell you that made our day! Car runs wonderful now! Thank you! returning customer for sure.

I bought from them even though I am in Seattle and they are in Bellingham -about 1.5 hrs away. While they did have the specific car I wanted, they were also excellent to work with. The transaction was done largely over the phone prior to pick up. Jackson and Nick were very straightforward as was the Finance person John. Finally, we had an issue where after taking possession of the car we discovered there was a feature that was advertised as it having that it did not actually come with. I contacted them and the resolution came from them and was completely fair and reasonable. It gave me a lot of confidence in them and I would certainly refer all my friends who are interested in Porsche To take the trip there as opposed to our local dealership which really doesn’t seem to deliver the level of service one expects when buying cars of this esteem.

I was just in to have my 20,000 mile service. Everyone was professional and nice. The service dept area and showroom were spotless. They explain the details well. Plus, they wash your car for you. How great is that. Ive had to deal with many a car dealership and this one is the best.

Chris Orlando and Roger Jobs are very very good. I live 2 hours away and purchased an 18 year old but Chris treated me as if I purchased a new, expensive Porsche! This included keeping my new used convertible for 3+ weeks in the used car showroom so it wouldnt suffer from inclement weather. Audi is out dated. Why can’t they put the led screen into the dashboard like all other car manufactures and still using analogue heating systems. No lane keeping assist and adaptive cruise control standard with other car companies.Look out for the depreciation close to 20% a year.Service is poor. Difficult to make appointments. They do not check fluid levels.Not above averageThey will try to fleece you for everything you got!! Good luck!

Came home with our 2015 VW Tiguan yesterday and it was hands down the best car buying experience we have had. Juan was friendly and knowledgeable about the car. He wasnt pushy at all and it was such a relaxed atmosphere. When it came time to sign all the paperwork, John was easy to talk to. He was respectful and not pushy when he asked us if we wanted to add on something to our payments and we said no. When it is time for another car, my husband and I would go back to Juan at Roger Jobs in a heartbeat.

Chris Orlando rocked the purchase of our new to us 2013 Audi! He took care of us seamlessly beginning to end of the process and went so far as to sit in the car with us to show us how the all the bells and whistles worked! Super happy and would totally buy from there again!

Usually, car salesman have a reputation of being slimy and untrustworthy. Nick Leader blew these perceptions away during my car buying experience with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and I felt that he was helping me choose the right car for me and not for the dealership. I would wholeheartedly recommend using him and Roger Jobs great selection of vehicles in the future.

TJ and Chris made my car buying the most pleasant I have EVER experienced... and this isn’t my first rodeo!!!!! Soooo personable... always making sure I was physically comfortable, personally walking me thru the procedures of paperwork and taking so much time with me to explain everything about the car... even the part that tends to bring the most tension... the dreaded negotiations... even that was upbeat and pleasant.
