NW Chevrolet has consistently provided me with great service. Friendly and responsive while providing quality work.

Great service, they found an issue during an oil change and worked to ensure it would be covered by my service contract, nice people!The only thing is either they dont write down the actual oil weight they used, or they tend to mix different weights together. For someone who usually changes their own oil its annoying not knowing what they actually used!

The gasket between the engine and transmission failed. Apparently this was a recall, but didnt get that told to me until basically all my oil was leaking out. However, I was able to get it in and they took great care of my truck. I cant fault them for a factory issue or for the delay in getting parts. Good communication. Jason was awesome. Helped me out with getting a replacement truck. Would recommend their service in the future.

I was irritated! 1.5 hours into my quoted hour wait, they told me that they had to order special synthetic oil for my car. How did you not know I was coming? You texted me several times to remind me. Then they didnt reset the service reminder in my car. Why does it take 2 hours for an oil change? Very frustrating!

When I checked the fluids two days later, I found the engine cover wasn’t even put back on.Totally loose, sideways, and hanging out in the wrong spot.Don’t worry, I put it where it belonged. But shows poor quality of service by your technicians.Guess that’s what free gets you. Oh, but wait, I paid $18,000 for those free oil changes.

Just got done spending 25 minutes writing a reply when Goggle Chrome deleted my reply,So instead of a great reply about NW Chevrolet of Bellingham I just want to say that the Service Advisor Sydney Jarvis was very professional and was able to get my SRX repaired. She worked with the service department and together they were able to fix my car in 2 days as apposed to the 2 week estimate, that I would be without my car, that I was originally given. I thank Sydney for her professional attitude and making me glad I use NW Chevrolet of Bellingham for servicing my SRX and keeping it in great running condition. Thanks Sydney Jarvis.

They had a shuttle for me to get to work and picked me up when it was done. Sydney is the best gal there and was very helpful

I have made an appointment for 8:30 in the morning to get dropped off and have diagnostics done and they would call me when diagnostics was completed. At 4:30. I called them to find out what was going on with my truck and they were just bringing it in to have diagnostics done. ( Whats the point of a appointment). By the time they got the diagnostics done they couldnt get a hold of my warranty people cuz they had clothes for the day. So then they had to keep my truck over the weekend and call him first thing Monday morning. (What a inconvenience) Once they got a hold of the warranty people it only took about an hour to fix the truck so they could have had this all done the original day and not kept my truck for 4 days. Very irritating wont go back
